So, I decided to drive all the way to Glendale to see if they had what I was looking for and they did. Went in yesterday around noon and all I needed to get was 4 value pack of Febreeze. One the Linen and Sky scent, and the other one their original Gain scent. I also needed to buy 4 Glade applicators for my plug-in Glade adapter. Well, found everything. The applicators--2 were clean linen scents, one was Hawiian breeze, and the other one was an orchid blossom. When I was looking for my items, another lady that was stocking more stuff, asked me if I needed help. I replied "yes, if you could please unlock those windows so I can get my items," She said for me to wait, and she will get the key. Didn't take long for her return. She came back, unlocked both cases, and I was on my way to the registers. Her name was Mary. Sweet Mary. She even told me "people steal stuff, and that is why we have to lock a lot of our items". I smiled and proceeded forward. Can't comment on their pharmacy, because we get our essential needs, medications, vitamins from the one that is a lot closer to me. Store was super clean, employees were very nice and helpful, has a drive thru, and ample underground parking structure. You can also park outside. Last, but not least, I had a $5.00 coupon for my $20.00 purchase. She honored that too. I wish that they can bring back that $10.00 care pass. I don't know why they discontinued that care pass? It saved us a lot of money. Now you have to sign up for it, and pay $5.00 for each month. Not beneficial at all. Total for all that was $37.03 including tax, minus my coupon. They also have great discounts all around the store. One of the best CVS stores that I have been to in a very long time. Keep up the great work! Overall, had a very nice experience at this CVS.

Each time, instead of helping me, she simply told me to press a button to call for assistance while she continued her conversation with a subordinate colleague. I found her demeanor extremely rude and dismissive. I was genuinely surprised to learn that she was a manager, as her interaction with a customer was anything but welcoming or helpful. A manager should understand the importance of stopping to assist a customer, especially when the customer is directly asking for help. Andrea did the complete opposite. Some additional training in customer service and the principle of putting the customer first would certainly be beneficial.
