The price you pay for that convenience is that MANY people like that. While it does move quickly there is often a LONG line waiting to get to the pharmacy. Now the bad and the reason for my frustration. I have called 3 days in a row and have yet to speak with anyone. They have a system where you call, leave a message and they call you back. I was trying to find out what problem they were having with one of my prescriptions. I called for 3 days and still haven't heard from them. And last the ugly! I recently got a letter from my insurance about something complicated. I KNEW it was complicated so took the letter with me. I could not get the tech to read 3 paragraphs. She assumed she knew what the problem and answer was. She wouldn't shut up and listen to me long enough to hear that wasn't the problem! In the end I had to ask for her manager who took the time to read the letter, understand what was changing and type in my information.

They have never let me down and I am glad to have walked into their quaint, clean and professional pharmacy a couple of years ago!!!! Their personal touch just adds to the great experience over all!!! I have always been able to park on the street in front of the pharmacy. I have never had to wait in line and my prescriptions have always been filled in less than five minutes. It is family owned and operated and the manager seems like family. They are all amazing!!! I was parked in front and when i got back…read morefrom my grocery shopping I noticed UniMed Pharmacy and since my parents old pharmacy closed without any notification i was looking for a pharmacy that would do a delivery..since i have full time job and my parents dont drive that was my big concern. As i walked in i was approached by Dee who i believe is the manager. I explained him about my parents situation and all i had with me was my parents insurance cards he got their Primary doctors information and copy of the insurance cards and fallowing month medications for both of my parents were delivered to my house without any delays or questions. Im soooo happy i found them. Ps they also have a parking lot behind the pharmacy but parking on the a street never been a problem:)

I had to switch pharmacies in November, which I wasn't thrilled about at first. A friend…read morerecommended Glendale RX Pharmacy, and I couldn't be happier that I took their advice. They made everything so easy for me. I simply texted a copy of my insurance card and ID, had my doctor send over my prescription, and by that afternoon, my medication was ready. In December, I caught a nasty cold and couldn't make it in to pick up my prescriptions. They sent Edward, the sweetest and funniest delivery driver, to bring my medication right to my door. Since then, I've become a very happy delivery customer. This month, I had the pleasure of meeting Ray, another driver. He was so polite and thoughtful--he didn't just toss my package over the gate or pretend I wasn't home. He actually rang my doorbell and called me to let me know my prescriptions were at the door. I can't say enough great things about the staff at Glendale RX and their amazing delivery drivers. Their professionalism and kindness have made switching pharmacies such a positive experience. Highly recommend!
