ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The entire staff is delightful. From day one, they treated me with kindness and respect. I was changing pharmacies, and I found it complicated; they did not. It was a smooth and seamless process. They never skipped a beat. As I was dealing with the process of losing my father, they were tender. I was easily able to pick up his meds the same day they were needed, and there was much to do. I never worried; Lisa, the pharmacist, and all staff treated me so well. Recently, my father passed. I was not able to get my meds. That very day, out of the kindness of their hearts, the OWNER went out of his way to deliver them himself on a Saturday with a couple of hours' notice. SPECTACULAR. I feel so blessed to be cared for in that way. It is a difficult time, and there are no words to express my gratitude. Their intelligence, quick response, and knowledge are impeccable. They knew my name by my voice when I called. It almost feels like family. I'm not aware of another business that operates this way. I'm very grateful for The Sunland Pharmacy. Thank you again, AMAZING. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Sunland Pharmacy. From the very first day I walked in, I was treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care. The entire staff is extremely nice, incredibly helpful, and they actually answer the phone right away when you call, which is rare these days. I ended up switching all of my prescriptions to them because their customer service is outstanding, their service is fast, and they truly make you feel like you matter and not just another number in line. Every visit is smooth, every question is answered, and they always go out of their way to help. In a world where good customer service is hard to find, Sunland Pharmacy really stands out. They are efficient, professional, friendly, and just overall amazing at what they do. I highly recommend Sunland Pharmacy to anyone looking for a pharmacy that truly cares about their customers. Thank you to everyone at Sunland Pharmacy for being so great and for taking such good care of your customers. It truly means a lot. read more

The only good thing from becoming ill was discovering Sunland Pharmacy. The main pharmacist who is Lucy is so smart and super friendly and honest. Due to my wonderful experience with Lucy and her staff I made my entire family change there pharmacy to Sunland Pharmacy. Overall experience whether in person or on the phone or when their delivery service; their customer service is always genuine honest, sweet, respectful, and friendly. Sunland Pharmacy treats their clients with so much kindness and respect not like other pharmacies that have no manner nor ethics. Happy to say getting sick ended with a happy ending in discovering Sunland Pharmacy. read more

I'm so happy that I found a pharmacy where they care for their patients, instead of just handing out the medications without knowing them. I like how in Sunland pharmacy they get to know you, and they remember you. I used to pick up my prescriptions at the CVS until they were on a back order, and I came across this place. This pharmacy has been opened for few years already but they treat every patient with personalized care and service. Once I came here it would have been very hard for me to go back to CVS(which I never did), since there is almost no wait time here. They do what actually they promise to do, and they won't let you leave unhappy. read more

Great place. Karo and Lisa are very friendly and welcoming. I talked to both of them over the phone and despite me not having all of my information together, they were very patient and helped get my prescription transferred. Talked to them in person the next day. The best people. They are very caring and want to make sure you're doing great! Gonna recommend this place to everyone! read more

I have been using this pharmacy since I moved here in 2021. I have had great service until I decided to have my meds delivered, following the loss of my car. It is a 4 hour round trip bus ride so delivery was my best option......I thought!! I have had to go without crucial medications because the delivery was not made. I have been lied to on SEVERAL occasions saying they tried to deliver but I didn't answer.....when my ONLY goal for the day is to get my meds , that I've stopped abruptly, believe me im answering my door!! I have sat by my door until it was obvious no one was delivering, and when I call the next day I'm told "we can't deliver yours today" and I have to wait ANOTHER day to get my medications!! It's ridiculous that I'm told this is an issue with me when I have patiently waited for a delivery that NEVER came time and time again. I am instead BLAMED!!! Today I transfered my scripts back to CVS.....at least they don't lie to me!! read more

This pharmacy is the best in and around the area. Their technicians ALL have a smile the pharmacist will do their best to get your medication ready on time why would you spend any time at the big chain pharmacies like CVS waiting in long lines and with no customer service have your doctor call in the prescription directly or bring it in they will do their best to fill it promptly. They also carry a lot of over-the-counter medication's with great prices we have to keep Business like this opened to service our community this is where you get the best service don't let the big chain Companies treat you like the same person standing in front of you you're just a number to them here they know you by name and that's worth everything read more

This place is easily the best pharmacy I've ever been to. They keep my prescriptions on auto fill so I don't even have to call them in - they're ready for me every 30 days. And even if I have to pick up a new prescription, I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes. The owners are super friendly and remember my wife and I by name. I'll never go to a CVS pharmacy again. read more

Came across this pharmacy cause it just opened and I am so glad I did. You can feel the new as soon as you walk in, the pharmacist helped me immediately and got my prescription filled in no time. Not to ramble here but I have to say I hate chains as you can feel everyone is there for a shift and paycheck. Considering I am getting medication to put in my body I need the pharmacy to be immaculately clean and this is by far the cleanest place I have found. The staff (2 people at the time) really seem to care about service i got a thorough explanation on my meds and even got a have a wonderful day on the way out. I have to say that Sunland Pharmacy was a blessing since it opened. Lisa and Karo are so caring and professional. They even deliver the medicine when needed. They are always willing to help in anyway to make sure you feel comfortable while waiting for them to fill your prescriptions. I was actually referred to here by a CVS pharmacy technician. I can't be more pleased by what this pharmacy offers. They alway's have the medication I need in stock, with no hassle. Many other pharmacies I have visited will be out of stock and give me a reason why they can't order the med. This place prepares everything I need in about 10 minutes, compared to an hour of wait time in other pharmacies. Besides the availability of medication, their customer service is by far the best I have encountered in a pharmacy. I look forward to picking up medication from here in the future. Thank you and keep it up! read more

Best client service I've ever received at a pharmacy. I've been sick for over 5 weeks & have visited the ER 3 times. I was finally given strong medication for my cough; which was unavailable at 3 pharmacies I visited & called 2 more which said the same. I finally found this place on google so close to home. I called & pharmacist ordered my medication for me which was available the next morning. If there's something you need & they don't have it they'll order it for you. Beyond satisfied with this family owned pharmacy. They are trilingual as well and offer free consultations. Would recommend this pharmacy before any big chain corporate pharmacy. read more
