Everything was organized very well in any knew exactly which aisle to go to. I then checked out at the self check out, which made a lot easier. I was able to use my points and rewards. They're fairly easily redeem. I did come across a minor hiccup, but the team member was quickly there to be able to troubleshoot things for me. And a few moments later I was out of the store. It took them 3 months to resolve a simple prescription issue, despite my multiple attempts to resolve it. They handled it very poorly, and I was practically sent on a wild goose hunt between them and my doctor because they're incapable of clear communication. I can't fully discredit them however...because they do excel in one area: wasting customer's time (5 stars).
