They're fairly easily redeem. I did come across a minor hiccup, but the team member was quickly there to be able to troubleshoot things for me. And a few moments later I was out of the store. It took them 3 months to resolve a simple prescription issue, despite my multiple attempts to resolve it. They handled it very poorly, and I was practically sent on a wild goose hunt between them and my doctor because they're incapable of clear communication. I can't fully discredit them however...because they do excel in one area: wasting customer's time (5 stars). Anyways, I will be working with any other pharmacy but this one in the future and I encourage you all to do the same!

It has now been over 90 minutes with poor communication and very little urgency from the staff. Customer service was frustrating, and no one seemed to care that people waiting for medications may actually be sick and uncomfortable.
