It has now been over 90 minutes with poor communication and very little urgency from the staff. Customer service was frustrating, and no one seemed to care that people waiting for medications may actually be sick and uncomfortable. If you are really ill, this pharmacy will make the experience even worse. Honestly, I would recommend going to Walgreens or using Amazon Pharmacy instead if you want reliable service and less stress.

The funny ass thing is there is a sign that states "Open Tuesdays and Thursdays" and "if you need service call the office number"...bro - review 1) and 2)... USC Verdugo Pharmacy is a shitshow...and they couldn't even prescribe themselves the right meds to fix their own problem...cause the pick up window is Tuesdays only before 3pm... I had to switch pharmacies in November, which I wasn't thrilled about at first. A friend…read morerecommended Glendale RX Pharmacy, and I couldn't be happier that I took their advice. They made everything so easy for me. I simply texted a copy of my insurance card and ID, had my doctor send over my prescription, and by that afternoon, my medication was ready. In December, I caught a nasty cold and couldn't make it in to pick up my prescriptions. They sent Edward, the sweetest and funniest delivery driver, to bring my medication right to my door. Since then, I've become a very happy delivery customer. This month, I had the pleasure of meeting Ray, another driver. He was so polite and thoughtful--he didn't just toss my package over the gate or pretend I wasn't home. He actually rang my doorbell and called me to let me know my prescriptions were at the door. I can't say enough great things about the staff at Glendale RX and their amazing delivery drivers. Their professionalism and kindness have made switching pharmacies such a positive experience. Highly recommend!
