The price you pay for that convenience is that MANY people like that. While it does move quickly there is often a LONG line waiting to get to the pharmacy. Now the bad and the reason for my frustration. I have called 3 days in a row and have yet to speak with anyone. They have a system where you call, leave a message and they call you back. I was trying to find out what problem they were having with one of my prescriptions. I called for 3 days and still haven't heard from them. And last the ugly! I recently got a letter from my insurance about something complicated. I KNEW it was complicated so took the letter with me. I could not get the tech to read 3 paragraphs. She assumed she knew what the problem and answer was. She wouldn't shut up and listen to me long enough to hear that wasn't the problem! In the end I had to ask for her manager who took the time to read the letter, understand what was changing and type in my information.

If you stop by for ice-cream, tell the cashier up front, so they can tell a staff member to help you out at the ice-cream counter- otherwise you will be standing there waiting. My kids love Thrifty's Ice-Cream; and I love the price, lol! Cheap good ice-cream. I grew up on this stuff. So happy this Rite-Aid is around. The many locked-up cases were sad to see, but that was more for a longer social commentary discussion. The one negative I had with them was their mile-long paper receipts loaded with a ton of coupons you probably wouldn't use! But, I felt their loyalty rewards program was pretty good because it seemed like I always qualified for a $5.00 cashback coupon. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $37.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). Everything was organized very well in any knew exactly which aisle to go to. I then checked out at the self check out, which made a lot easier. I was able to use my points and rewards. They're fairly easily redeem. I did come across a minor hiccup, but the team member was quickly there to be able to troubleshoot things for me. And a few moments later I was out of the store. It was very efficient shopping trip, which I appreciated.

It took them 3 months to resolve a simple prescription issue, despite my multiple attempts to resolve it. They handled it very poorly, and I was practically sent on a wild goose hunt between them and my doctor because they're incapable of clear communication. I can't fully discredit them however...because they do excel in one area: wasting customer's time (5 stars). Anyways, I will be working with any other pharmacy but this one in the future and I encourage you all to do the same!
