I've been going to this place for years and I have always had good eats! :) The prices are a bit high. But totally worth it for the enormous amount of food they give you. I always walk away from there feeling so stuffed! I love their house salad dressing when I order a salad with their hot sourdough rolls and white country gravy on my mash potatoes. For a burger and fries, I think it was $9. But the burgers are HUGE! People are friendly and service is quick when it's not so busy. But when it's busy, I think overall you are there for about 45 minutes from seating time to when you get your check. read more

I have been coming to Lulu's for a while and can say mostly for the coffee. This place has in my humble opinion the best tasting coffee for a regular restaurant. I can now now speak of my further visits there. I went on Fathers day and it was fairly busy, the server that waited on us was extreamly slow in getting to us. The truth is that the manager had to bring us our menus and drinks from the beginning. I can surely say that the manager is a caring individual who really wants to please his customers, but perhaps that waitress was more new to this then the rest. I was surprised when she messed up my order and brought me my sausage later on a separate plate due to her mistake ..well after I had begun to at least start on my meal. The worst of it was seeing the family that sat down after us getting their meal order messed up as well. The waitress was not very good at all. I have found that the scrambled eggs taste watery and not very good, as you will find out for yourself if you try them. The Sugar free syrup leaves a bad after taste in your mouth and not recommended. I tried the Country Potatoes and found them slightly burnt on one side and bland in taste, I can wholeheartly say that I can cook better tasting Potatoes myself if I was in a hurry. I spoke to the manager today and since he was interested in hearing how the food was... I told him. I suggested that perhaps some onions and or some bell peppers would surely improve the Potatoe taste.I even asked if they had a suggestion box and he replied "No". this would surely help him to improve things a bit. I will say "Thank You" to the other fine people who know how to wait on the Customer's at Lulu's and the Manager who at least tries to better your experience there. read more

Good old fashioned American food at good price. Excellent BBQ when they have it going outside. You must try their lunch menu, I never went wrong. A bit of aviation theme is excellent touch being next to the airport. Overall quiet and nice ambience. They have a small bar with a few television sets playing sports so that's covered. I honestly am not commenting on the food. I'm am only commenting on the way I was treated on the phone. There was a mix up with my order being delivery instead of pick up. An honest mistake, probably on my part even. But the man I spoke with on the phone was more than rude. Whether the problem occurred on my end or theirs there is no reason to try and make your customer feel like a moron. It was a very simple fix that could have been taken care of kindly. Their food may end up being awesome but truly it won't matter to me because of my first impression of how they treat their customers. Service was great. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. My husband ordered Eggs Benedict and the eggs were SO undercooked. One was *just* edible and the other got pushed to the side. The hollandaise was meh. They also served him visibly burnt hash browns that we sent back. We would have sent back the egg too but he had a flight to catch. My monte cristo looked delicious. Unfortunately it was a grease bomb. I knowingly ordered something deep fried, yes, but really? Blot that sandwich first, cook. My stomach still feels a little gross. The food was marginal overall, and included the most bizzare mixed vegetables consisting of: mushy squash, rock-hard carrots and 90% red & green peppers, all swimming in grease. Pleasant waitress, Jessie, provided HORRIBLE service, meaning she smiled and came to the table whenever I successfully flagged her down (and ONLY when I accomplished that). My food was barely warm when she served it and definitely stone cold by the time I flagged her down to bring me an essential condiment. The only reason I didn't send everything back was due to the fact I hadn't eaten all day and it was fast approaching LuLu's 11 pm closing time by the time I finally received my meal and condiments; I had arrived before 10. The busboy served my wine without a coaster and spilled some of it on the table without cleaning up or apologizing. The waitress ignored the empty glass and dirty napkins, choosing to leave them for the busboy that also never returned to clear them. I couldn't get her attention to pick up my payment (or dirty dishes) and the manager had to get her! I gave her a pity tip of 15%. I wanted a non-junk-food, non-drive-thru meal after leaving Home Depot. Sadly, this nearby "restaurant" is a terrible option. read more

We ordered via ubereats.... we specifically asked for pancakes and got French toast. Asked for ham and only got French toast and eggs. There was no bacon either and that was asked for. Basically fucked up the whole order . Waste of $70 to be honest. Doubt I will continue ordering from here because this isn't the first time this has occurred. What a shame , I actually like the food from here. Too bad there's a lot of careless mistakes. I ordered the cinnamon French toast w raisins with 3 sausages and a short stack w bacon. The pancakes were undercooked as well for the French toast. The French toasts egg was barely cooked and had weird chunks of cinnamon that wasn't good at all. The sausage also had weird texture. read more

Excellent food and wonderful staff. My husband and I have been fans of Lulu's for years and still love the place. We both had a great meal and a couple of yummy adult drinks from the bar, and as we were leaving we saw there was a comedy show in the back room. We asked the manager, Carlos, about it and he invited us back to see the show free of charge. We are fans of comedy as well and were extremely impressed by the level of comedians. When the show ended we stopped on the patio for one more drink and to her people singing karaoke. We didn't join in but the patio was full of others who did. The waitress in the front is extremely rude. When asking how long my order would take she replied its being worked on very rudely not answering the question. So i asked again and she rudely replied i dont know. And as this is happening the manager is having a personal conversation on the phone. Not being a manager and fixing it. i'm a fan here because the wait staff/hosts were all so welcoming, accommodating, and when i talked w/ them about the menu or any of the 3 games on the Tvs (baseball, hockey, basketball) they all kept it positive, pointed out seats w/ better views of the screens per game!! this is my very first time to Lulu's and it will not be my last~ they serve a pretty hearty looking breakfast spread & serve many all-American dishes, i.e., pulled pork sandwich, pastrami & french dips, prime rib, burgers, cobb salads, etc....they even have Monte Cristo's on their menu!!! I almost forgot, they have a nice sized patio in the front, prbly seats 30-50 people, with a big screen t.v.~ every seat in this area is a good seat ;) Stay tuned for more reviews~i'm hoping to bump then up to 5 staraaaahs!!! I haven't been here in forever as I moved away from the Valley about a decade ago, but I can only remember great things about this place. I kind of grew up here as my grandparents are good friend of the manager's, and it's a terrific family restaurant. This place has been here ever since I can remember. The food is delicious and they have terrific prices! Only thing that sucks is the energy and ambiance. I've never been inside but always ordered delivery. They are very fast! I believe it is the manager who has twice delivered my food to my work. Very nice and courteous gentleman. As for the food it's never been disappointing. Today I ordered the stuffed jalapeños as a side and "omg" is the best way to describe them! They're huge. Nothing like any ones I've bad before. Very tasty and not hot at all. A slight spice but nothing a person who isn't into spicey food can't handle. Also, they weren't gates of hell burning hot either (temp wise) which I like. I've had some before that borderline singe your lips/tongue when you bite into them. Overall I love this place and one day I WILL dine in lol. read more

This place has such a variety of foods, I can't even begin to tell you how amazing it is. First off, it delivers! That in itself is great since I don't always feel like driving out to get a meal. The menu has everything from burritos to fried shrimp to steak to waffles. The quality is definitely above average, it isn't the best I have ever had, but for a restaurant to have such variety the quality will always take a hit. I was having a rough morning & my boyfriend ordered me the Turkey bacon avocado sandwich and had it delivered to my work for me and my co worker. The thick cut turkey breast (real turkey, no Oscar Mayer bs) and crispy bacon was the perfect thing to pull me out of my funk. The sandwich was so big I could barely take a bite.
