Worst store! Rude and lazy. Went in with returns and wouldn't process them claiming I needed to print out online recipes as I was doing this for my daughter yet had all the information not to mention payment was made with my credit card.. not their return policy and not environmentally friendly. Do NOT come to this lululemon. I came here because it is conveniently the closest to my house. When I came to get my clothes hemmed here, the sales associates did not know the process of hemming the clothes. She was clueless and did not even know where the safety pins were. Once they found the safety pins, they did not know where and how to put on the safety pin. She was struggling and after offering her that I could do it, she said "no, I should probably do it." In the end, I had pin the rest of my 10 tops and bottoms. After picking up my clothes, many of my items were not hemmed to the lululemon quality that they stand for. What is the point of spending hundreds of dollars on clothes when it comes out to shit? The threading was uneven, messy and loose. I wouldn't be surprised if they came undone within a month of wearing it. You can clearly see that the person who hemmed my clothes did not handle it with care. read more

I had a brand new pair of pants I wanted to exchange because I don't like the feel of them. They were so rude to me. The manager Alyssa then came out and told me I can't argue with them. I never argued with anyone. I was very nice to them but the associate and manager with nothing but rude to me!! I Just wanted to do an exchange. They told me Lululemon no longer backs their products. That is apparently their new policy which is very unimpressive for the price of their clothing and products. read more

Seems to be an okay lulu place--I've never had a horrible experience at a lululemon though, to be honest. Their size selection isn't huge, but I think it's more because products tend to be bought very quickly. My partner had trouble finding pants his length though (he is very tall), but the employees were very friendly and tried their best. I'm just glad there is a lulu in this area. read more

Unpleasant experience with trying to pick up hemmed clothing. They lost it and would not admit it. I felt like they were accusing me of lying even though I showed them the emails that they have not been picked up. Literally email reminders to pick up the clothes. Manager "A" Was rude and condescending instead of trying to make it right. I also feel was a bit racist and discriminating. Would avoid this LuLu. read more

First of all I love that the brand is now carrying extended sizing!I had an amazing experience with Alyssa and Ruby! They really went above and beyond to make my experience memorable! I am very loyal to brands that have amazing service and they really made sure I was happy and did an excellent job at suggesting pieces! I really felt very supported in my shopping experience! Their attention to detail really tied the bow for my experience at Lululemon Santa Anita! I'm so glad that they have a team that is so client driven and who are really creating brand loyalty through excellent customer service! I think this brand is doing a great job at making sure their clients feel seen and heard! Also I love that the company donates to and supports The Trevor Project!Also Lululemon has committed $75 million to supporting physical, mental, and social wellbeing programs by 2025! The customer service here is unbelievably horrible. Some of the employees have a stick up their rear and make it hard for some women to shop there, return items or even get them to honor their guarantee. They act as though the end decision is going to end their Lululemon career. Rather than having your customers come back to exchange something due to lack of supplies make sure your store is well prepared and stocked. read more

I have always been interested in Lululemon leggings, so when I saw this pop-up at Santa Anita while shopping for gifts I thought "Hey, I can finally check them out!" Unfortunately, my first-time visit was cut short due to the TERRIBLE customer service I got from the gatekeeper. I get it, we are in a pandemic and need to limit the number of customers entering (and I'm happy to wait!) but to speak to your customer's in the following manner is unacceptable. Here's how it went to give you an idea: Me: (excitedly walks in; mind you there was no one there at the door initially. Until I was seen entering was I stopped) Employee: Hey, do you need something? Me: Excuse me? Employee: Do you NEED something? Me: Uh, yeah to shop??? Employee: Ok, sooo you need to shop? I think we are at capacity but if you need to shop right now I'll count again. Me: Umm, ok? Employee: (turns away and back at me) So, you NEED to shop right now, right? At this point, I am annoyed, confused, and somehow feeling unwelcomed. So I said "Nevermind" and walked away. This is not the way you stop a customer at the door! Heck, I went to H&M and other stores prior who were limiting customers and they all kindly stopped me with "Hi, would you mind waiting, we are at capacity right now." NO PROBLEM- I'll wait! This is how you speak to customers and not in the pretentious, haughty way that the Lululemon employee did. So Lululemon, please provide better customer service training to your employees, especially now during the holiday season. I personally will not be setting foot here again. I went to the store trying on clothes today，I know I changed my size now, so I'm trying to try on a few more, when I get my size again back to the dressing room, the sales standing in front of me said: "you can't take clothes several times.Don't do this!"is to use the tone of command, warned me. I was a little upset, really, and didn't see what I was doing wrong by going out and getting my own size. Next I tried to ask her what her name was, and she said unhappily that his name was 'Nicho'.I don't know if he was upset with someone and took it out on me or some other reason, but it just sucked. I was talk to the lululemon store manager. The manager was very nice. She said he would like to give me a pair of pants and clothes if possible. I said I didn't need them. Overall this store is good. Staffs are friendly and can accommodate my needs in time, fitting room is clean and spacious. I deducted one star bc the store seems don't have enough stock for many items. I understand this is only a pop up store, but driving here only find almost every item I want to try is either unavailable or run out of my size is such a disappointment. Normally, I'm always happy with Lululemon's customer service, but this particular location is a completely other story. The manager told me they couldn't find the item when I went to this store to pick up something I had altered. She refused to give me a refund when I requested for one, saying that I had probably already taken the item, but I had only received the email the day before reminding me to pick it up. After her trying to blame it on me, she gave me store credit. It was all fine until I returned a week later to select the apparel, the same manager approached me and informed me that I could only select one item. The item they lost was around $140. Nothing in store I didn't own was around the same price. I eventually picked out an item but I lost $40! Arcadia lululemon should do better. Blaming a customer when YOU lost their item isn't right, you should be apologizing. I would never come back here again after this terrible experience. read more

Let me start of by saying that I was a loyal Lululemon shopper until this unfortunate incident. On May 29, 2021, I stopped by Lululemon (Santa Anita/Arcadia store # 11310) to return a pair of invigorate leggings. Shortly after my purchase, the invigorate leggings were marked down significantly on to the "we made to too much" . I was greeted by Cardiel ( I believe a manager) that was not friendly, happy or otherwise in good spirits. I explained to her that I was returning my leggings because of the price adjustment and not for any other reason. I also explained that i purchased the same leggings on the "we made too much" for a lower price. She rudely said that I was past the return policy of 30days (which I was not aware of) and that she could not accept them. Note that I had a receipt, all tags and original packaging. I politely asked for store credit and was rudely informed that she wouldn't issue any store credit and I could call customer service if I was unsatisfied with her service. Never have i experienced such lack of customer service - perhaps POC are not valued here!!! read more

Wish I could give this store 0 stars. These people are so incredibly rude. I am someone who just bought 3 pairs of lululemon leggings after being skeptical because my mom had a poor experience at the Pasadena store. I ended up buying 3 pairs of leggings online and I loved them. I went to the store that just opened in the mall. I went to look at the leggings and the girl at the cash register looked up at me when I walked in, looked me up and down, then proceeded to look back down at her register. She wasn't assisting anyone. I walked over to the wall of leggings and was looking at a pair I was interested in. A worker came out of the back, looked me up and down, then squeezed by me in the aisle without saying excuse me or anything. I proceeded to look at the wall of leggings for about a minute more when a nice guy came over and told me if I needed help, I could ask him. I am appalled that it took three workers to finally get someone to greet me. I am disgusted with the lululemon service I received. I wish I could return the three pairs of leggings I bought online. I honestly believe that if I was smaller frame and lighter skin/hair, I would've been assisted immediately. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU'RE NOT BLONDE, SKINNY and ABLE-BODIED!!!! read more
