Wide selection of workout clothes. I love their butter-soft leggings, but honestly still overpriced for this item $98+ at the end of the day. Lots of dupes you can find elsewhere for the same quality and way cheaper. read more

I have bought a pair of pant from a different lululemon store so I just went to get my pair of pants hemmed at this location since it's the closest to me. Somehow I got an email telling me it's ready for pick up but when I got there they said they didn't have it. Like they LOST my pair of pants. the only thing they did for me was give me my refund back no sincere apologies or any explanation of what happen to my pants. so I would really consider not getting it hemmed at this location. not sure what happen with my pants like did the employees stole it or give it to the wrong customer. I was so upset as the item I got was sold out and I can't even get it anymore even if they gave me the refund for it. read more

Amazing customer service provided by all staff in Arcadia. Came in for an exchange on some online items and everyone was very helpful.

Just want to send a huge THANK YOU to the wonderful staff at Lululemon in Santa Anita for the incredibly kind gift and the card of encouragement supporting my Sunday LAM run! ‍ The entire staff was amazing--especially Amanda and Sophia--for going above and beyond to make the day feel special. Your kindness and support truly meant a lot and gave me an extra boost of motivation! Grateful for such an awesome community. read more

Amanda was very nice! I've heard some not so good things about lululemons customer service but my experience at the Arcadia mall was amazing. She was very sweet and helpful! read more

Great customer service. I purchased a pair of pants online. After 2 days of delivery I stopped by this store to hem the pants. Lani is who helped me and what spectacular service. She went on noticing that the pants was in poor shape. There were thread coming off of the waist line with a safety pin and stains on the bottom of legs. I was appalled but at the same time I knew there were sold out of these pants. She called customer service support and proceeded to help me with finding a solution. She found a resolution for me in the end. Again I'd go back to Lani anytime for her amazing customer service. read more

Love shopping at this lululemon location! The staff is so helpful and I feel they go out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience. I went on a Thursday evening and was blown away by how attentive and kind the staff here was. Folks here are really knowledgeable and happy to help, and Jasmine took extra care to make sure I found the leggings that worked best for me! I got the wunder trains that I am already obsessed with. They're so comfortable and buttery and great for both working out and everyday wear. Would definitely recommend checking out this location! read more

What happened to Lululemon? Its' stock price wen down 45%. and so many customer service review are not great. I really wan to like their product and want them to improve customer service. Sadly, I was disappointed. I need to return a pair of yoga pants with too many seams. but I can only get store credit because I only have packing slip. the store MUST have order confirmation! However, on their web site, it clearly stated "Proof of purchase: Required, such as a receipt, packing slip, or online order confirmation." Be careful, keep your order confirmation! read more

Customer service was really bad today, it made me really upset. I just had one question and there was one customer at the register. She was taking some time trying to locate her receipt/account. Even she suggested that the employee take me while she does some searching on her phone. The employee still did not acknowledge me and so I kept waiting. Even after she helped the customer, she proceeded to gush about the customer's rings and nail polish and TOOK PICTURES OF THEM ON HER OWN PHONE. Still in no hurry to help me. I waited for a long time. The kind floor manager came over to ask if I needed help. Finally, a worker who wants to help everyone. Sad how terrible the cashier customer service was. Can't help but feel like I was judged today and that she didn't want to help me. read more

Seems like being of Latin descent is a problem with the girls who are working the dressing rooms. My girlfriend who was trying stuff on could over hear them whispering about her about how she had clothes with her and also that they kept coming up to her in a rather unsettling manner. She loves the clothes but today somewhat left a bit of a sour taste in her mouth. The gentlemen who was taller and had arm tattoos was the only person who made us feel comfortable and more importantly not like an outsider. Her take away was that she felt they thought she would steal which is truly saddening and frustrating. The reason it isn't 1 star is because of the guy who helped us at the register. read more

Come on! Lululemon is the flagship and must have brand for women's Yoga and active wear. Great quality, perfect fit, huge selection of styles, colors, and patterns, that always makes a fashion statement regardless of where you wear their garments! What better way to reward my wife for her accomplishment in the gym, and the positive impact she has on my life! Highly recommend, and challenge you to visit a store and leave without making a purchase! And the reusable shopping bag is perfect for grocery. read more

My girlfriend and I were gifted with such a pleasant experience at this Lululemon location this Saturday afternoon. Aside from being the most reasonably distanced Lulu to us (626 residing), the staff at this location were all very kind and extended such body-positive and non-judgmental compliments towards my girlfriend and myself as we tried clothes on and asked for feedback. In particular, Lizzie (with badass red locks of hair) was so kind to us and provided my girlfriend with valuable input as it related to the way the Instill HR Tight leggings were supposed to fit. Additionally, she accommodated our request to go with a paper bag versus a plastic bag for our checkout. Lizzie, you're awesome and made our day - thank you so much! read more

Lululemon - Today's score - Men's Clothing Near Me - Arcadia, California

I placed an online order. They clothes were nice, but had to be returned because they were too big. I had horrible experiences with online customer service, returning and processing my payment. Then I attempted to redeem the 15% as a new customer. They wanted to verify my order first and it took forever. They refused to honor a measly 15%, when they can charge $238 for jackets. Ultimately I decided to forgo a 15% discount for poor customer service and overpriced cheaply clothes made in China. I heard they are going bankrupt. That may be why. No no no lululemon for me. I will pay any price any price for quality clothing and superior customer service. read more

JJ was super friendly and helpful. I was looking for a bag/pack that would hold a water bottle. We looked through the store and found a couple of things that could work, but wasn't what I was REALLY looking for. While I continued to shop and without me knowing, she tracked down exactly what I was looking for, the All Day Essentials Belt Bag! She not only sold me the bag, I decided to also purchase a small water bottle that fit nicely inside of it. Customer service was top-notch!! read more

I came here Sunday January 26 to do some shopping for my girlfriend and I walked in was greeted Nicely only problem is the stores not to big like not much things. MOST IMPORTANTLY the store smelt like butt like if someone's dog pooped in there and I just couldn't stay in there for more then 5 minutes they need like to mop or something. read more

Here's the review like I promised the manger and staff. 1st off terribly managed hard to get employees attention because they are all on their phones. 2nd, damn the employees are salty and miserable looks like a shitty work environment and it definitely shows that in their customer service. Had a situation with a return I was not satisfied with the product. I had my recipet and it was bought a week ago. Just so they know I will be back and it will end up getting returned. I promise. I will update the review with my return recipet Satisfaction not guaranteed on their products. read more

Lululemon - Terrible place - Men's Clothing Near Me - Arcadia, California

Do NOT shop at this location!! I bought a pair of leggings and got them hemmed. The store clerk said it should be ready for pick up in about 2-3 business days. It's been 7 days now and I've been calling the store but NO ONE has answered the phone! I also sent them an email and no response. It's a drive for me so if I got there and my leggings are not ready, I would be very upset. This is the WORST customer service! read more

Lizzy helped me and my friend Corrina. Her customer service was exceptional. I enjoy coming to this store and will return.

If you want to have a good day, please do not shop with them. Their manager is so rude, the attitude they have for your may base on your race, color and how you personal looks. I have make phone call with the lululemon company they stated that We've updated our gift card limit so that any individual guest can't purchase more than $5,000 in gift cards per day and no more than $2000 per individual gift card. The Santa Anita Mall store would only sell you $400 in total. Waste of my time to come here. read more

This is the first Lululemon that I've ever gone to, where I didn't feel like I was going to get mauled as soon as I walked in. Many of the items that I wanted to see they didn't have in the store and for that I give them a rating of fair or below. I wanted to go into this store because I'm looking at everything online all the time... its nice to break up the monotony The clerks there were very friendly but why wouldn't they be when you are practically the only customer in the store ? read more

I came to make a return today. A male employee working around closing time (forced) to helped me out. From the beginning, he didn't even acknowledge me. Just waved his hands at me to come forward. I said hello to him and stated why I was here. NO SMILE, NO GREETING. Just had a face that screamed (I don't want to be here, let's get this over with) I have made returns at this store and never had an issue, until tonight. I would expect better service from a store that is on the high end. read more

As a previous employee of this lululemon I'm so disappointed by the behavior of employees at this store. Specifically today I encountered a male employee with a return. I had original tags/receipt/had not worn the item. He gave me nothing but unsatisfactory service and when I mentioned I was a previous employee he told me to go back to my own store! I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional, rude, and entitled attitude when I was making a simple return. I ended up leaving with the item I wanted to return on hand because of the terrible service I received. I think this store needs to circle back on customer etiquette because as a previous employee, this is not the culture lululemon wants their customers to experience. For now you're better off shopping at the Pasadena store! [I shopped there on Friday around 3-4PM] read more

Please read, I'm writing to everyone regarding a shocking and unfortunate racial discrimination incident and unfair treatment during my Lululemon store with a young white women sales. Firstly, allow me to briefly provide you with some context of the accident. I have very goal-oriented to buying a white hoodie today. This hoodie is the only one on the shelf, but this hoodie neckline is a bit dirty. After that, I want to look for staff help to change a new one. Me: Can you check if you have a new one of this hoodie? Staff: is there any problem? It's all the same! Me: there is some stain near the neck Staff:(keep silence............no answer） Me:(repeat) this part looks a little bit dirty Staff: I'll check However, she went to help other two customers, the first customer is an Asian girl like me, this staff still kept a poker face, this girl is asking this legging if other size is available, she didn't even use her device to check if the size still available or not, directly said: it's all sold out. Then, she turn to help another white lady with great attitude and smiling. (while I was standing there and wait for her) Afterwards, she finishing to help those costumers; she went to the back for few seconds and gave me a new one. And said, they are all from the factory and I don't think it's "clean" (quotes finger) and you are going to wash, anyway. 1) Standing at customers point of view, I think I may ask you to find a new one for me. 2) I knew all the hoodie are the same, therefore, Is it preventing me from getting a new one? Even the hoodie has a stain on it? 3)Terrible attitude, misbehavior. 4) Problem as employees to say their products are not "clean". 5) It's my business to decide to wash or not. You don't need to taunt me after giving me. 6) Enthusiastic when geeting other customers, expect Asian people. 7) Greeting is one of the basic functions of communication but this young white women sales does not have this basic ability, from start to checkout. From the experience I had post incident with the store management, racism and bad attitude should not be tolerated at any Lululemon store. read more

Absolute worst customer service from one employee how she got this job is beyond me. She would be the main and only reason I never come back to shop at this location. Classless Rude Need customer service training Definitely a bad experience overall The company and store would do better without her working here. read more

This is a pop up store, but I hope that they will be here permanently. Came here the day before Black Friday. The store was limiting the number of customers in the store. Customers were required to wear mask even in the fitting room. They have a good selection of clothes and accessories. Staff was very helpful, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions. This is definitely my go to lululemon store. read more

The older asian woman is extremely rude and disrespectful. She racially profiled me and wouldn't stop berrating me asking me if I was going to buy something. While I'm literally trying to decide which things I want. I can just take my money Alo read more

It was a terrible experience being here today. I chose 12 items and spent over a thousand. But what I get is unfair service, because I choose too many things and put them at the checkout first. Later, I went to choose my underwear and prepared to pay, but the staff saw that I was waiting for payment and still did not come to help me, but told me that he had to help the other two customers who arrived after me first. What made me most angry was that I asked for a military discount and the cashier gave me a dirty look! I think it's absolutely racist! I'm here to consume. Do consumers deserve your bad attitude? read more

The service today was not there. Associates not acknowledging customers is a problem. Ive been in retail for over 25 yrs. I'm also a retail manager so I know exactly what customer service is. It's a simple: a hello, how are you and can I help you... any of those would have made my experience a little better. The working moms in their 40's is your clientele who can afford the product and who have daughters that we buy for!! So next time I'm in your store I hope service is better!! read more

Worst lululemon location! The Asian female store manager has no idea how to manage a store and her staffs. 1. Some rude staffs provide no service! 2. Return policy is more strict than other locations. 3. Less products and sizes for non-sales items 4. You will never find good deals at the sales section Overall, I'll suggest going to other lululemon locations! read more

Good products but bad customer service, I think lululemon need to focus in training of basic manners for customer service as well as investing web business. I did not understand why they looked so mad when I was buying their product. read more

My favorite line is their Align high waist leggings (black) and crop bra tank (neutral colors only). It's what I wear for my Pilates and barre classes. The quality and simple styles are consistently excellent and it's why I wear this brand for my workouts. It's pricey but with proper care, they last a really long time. My previous leggings lasted me 10 years before it became threadbare and loose in the waist. Their pieces are super functional, stylish, fit well, and all of that is worth the money to me! Every time I come in here I get friendly service. I'm the kind of shopper where if you don't greet me, I won't get offended, lol. I don't sweat the small stuff like that. I like being left alone while I browse and if I have a question, I'll ask. Looking forward to my next visit! read more

Great customer service! Employees are extremely helpful and super nice. I would recommend the store to anyone

Love the convenience of this location but customer service sucks more than half the time (except the male employees who are all very friendly). Came to try to get my new define jacket sleeves hemmed (which I had done 2 months ago for a different define jacket) and was told that it cannot be done. They said it was a new policy and applies to EVERY LOCATION. I immediately called a different store and they gladly took it in. read more

Some mean Russian lady was rude right off the bat when trying to make a return. No consideration and cut me off multiple times.
