Pepperoni pizza
Monique T.

I can not express how taken back I was by the atrocities, disrespectful "customer service" my family and I received by ordering from this establishment. The employee "Bman" (my apologies if I spelled it incorrectly there was a language barrier) This even we are lace an order of * large pepperoni pizza * mozzarella sticks * barbecue chicken sandwich *Small Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza We called to inform them our order was not completed. Upon answering the customer service representative was upset/distracted & very unhelpful. When bringing to their attention that our order was not completed, and we were requesting a refund or for our order to be replaced, her words were "that's not my problem" and hung up on my spouse. I then thought I'd try reaching out, I started out the conversation by stating I did not appreciate the tone she had with him & hanging up on him was unprofessional and uncalled for. She stated she is to busy & can not help us. When trying to explain what we received VS what we ordered she continuously kept talking over me after I repeatedly asked her to stop. In so many words, she basically told me there was no point because she couldn't help me. I asked for her name and she hesitated, I asked for the managers name, and she stated they weren't there. I asked for the managers name once again she hesitated, finally gave me a name. I asked for the managers number she asked why I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude towards us, and all we were trying to explain is that we received the wrong order. I will admit that the beginning of the conversation, when I called was cordial and respectful on my behalf, until she began raising her voice, and interrupting me, and understandably, I was upset . When I proceeded to ask if they served rice as that's what we received versus my pizza she hung up on me. I proceeded to call back and my call was hung up on . When she finally answered, she asked me to stop calling because she cannot give me a refund . $88.02 was the total. Honestly, all we really wanted is them to admit that the order was not made or placed correctly and perhaps replacing it or refund in the item we did not receive . At this point it is beyond that and more towards the horrible customer service we received. And wondering how often this employee ask out toward other customers that don't speak up, Out of the entire order my family was only able to eat the pepperoni pizza. The mozzarella sticks were soggy & cold in the middle. The sandwich breading was a little burnt. I do not recommend this establishment more because of the customer service VS the food.

Cheese pizza by the slice.

Just a basic warm pizza by the slice that's everything it needs to be. Service is good and fast. The place feels like a classic city pizza parlor with a good ambiance. My only remark was that the pizza was a little on the greasy side.

New Indian owners..never been to this place before but decided to give them a try after recently folks mentioned about their delicious pizzas.. ordered the butter chicken pizza, chilli chicken pizza and the butter paneer pizza.. devoured all 3 pizzas very authentic in their flavors and the pizzas tasted great.. their pizza bread is a tad too thick for my taste but still great for a traditional pizza.. i wish they had a thin crust version..their sauces actually make up for it all.. The couple handling this place has a young small kid and I dint have the best experience placing my order. I literally had to repeat my order 4 times and they still got it wrong. The pizzas also took very long to get ready but I guess its cos they were making it fresh from scratch and I dont mind that. When you checkin to yelp you do get 10% off for your first order from this place. All in all I will go back to order their butter chicken, chilli chicken and butter paneer pizza. They have saved me a trip to kent to one of my fav indian pizza locations so I am happy.

Medium Pepperoni Pizza

Worst meal ever!' Chicken Strips, mozzarella stick and fish and chips arrived as weird chicken patties, fish sticks like the cafeteria served in third grade soggy fries and let's not even address the mozzarella sticks or my salad- how do ruin a salad? Give a person with onion sensitivity onion after asking for it to be onion free. So disappointed- we love Luciano's and their pizza has been wonderful but for this I should have saved us all time and put the $70 directly into the trash. Moral of the story buy their pizza but steer clear of the fried foods,

Butter Chicken Pizza
Nainy R.

This is one of my favorite pizza place. I liked it better than Canam due to their pizza crust which is perfect and not too thick and not too thin. I have ordered twice from here, once through door dash and other takeout and both time it was Amazing. Have tried Butter chicken, Paneer Tikka and Luciano Special. The pizzas were cheesy and very flavorfull. Even my friends like them as well. Their service is little slow but worth the wait. Note: it's a takeout place not a dine in. Must Try : Butter Chicken

We arrived and was able to finding a parking spot as there is only a few spaces for parking. There are a few tables and chairs outside of the store. We entered and were greeted by the employees in a professional manner. There is quite a lot of seating and tables around, and even a long table with chairs that had crayons and coloring books to enjoy. I love that they seem to support local brands from food, drinks, alcohol, snacks, and much more. They seem to have specials every month for a sandwich and drink which I always love to see. They offer sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast tacos, coffee, tea, alcohol, and ice cream! The prices are pretty fair from what we could see. Additionally, they seem to host events such as weekly food truck pop ups! They had dog treats at the counter and a dog water bowl outside their door so they seem to be dog friendly as well! We were able to get our ice cream: I got the blackberry with sweet cream base with rainbow sprinkles while my boyfriend got the blueberry ice cream with sweet cream base with chocolate sprinkles. The ice cream was so smooth and had the perfect amount of flavor where it doesn't taste artificial or too sweet. It was just perfect. Our friends who love close by rave about it too and shared that they enjoy the fresh foods too. Definitely excited to stop by again!

Per the cashier, unlike previous years, where they often sold Paczki for several weeks leading up to the celebration, this year, they will only have them on Tuesday. Apparently every single one is handmade by the owner, Pâtissier William Leaman, and this year, he's been too busy with the 2026 Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie competition as the US team's coach. That's certainly a great excuse! When we arrived on a Sunday afternoon a bit after lunch, this place was still quite busy with a line that stretched to the door, but not outside. As with the Burien location, I find the ordering process to be a bit of a pain; while there are plenty of workers to help, ordering is slowed due to the fact that the display cases are placed in a line and there's not much room in the building to maneuver to the desired display. In our case, while we had someone helping us all the way in the back of the line, we weren't able to select anything until we got all the way to the pastry case in the front. I'm not sure there's a good way to solve this conundrum, though. At any rate, we ended up only getting a single pastry (that was new to us) to try this time. Brown Sugar Pecan Brioche ($5) - This pastry looks like a glistening pecan sticky bun at first glance, with a cinnamon roll-like pinwheel structure and a brown sugar glazed pecan topping. Since it's brioche, I expected it to be dense, but soft, rich, and sweet. This bread is anything but. It's dense, dry, crumbly, almost clay-like in mouthfeel; basically everything brioche should not be. Instead of a sticky caramelized coating over the pecans, the pecans are glued on with only the thinnest of sugar coatings. The pastry doesn't claim to be a sticky bun, so it gets a pass there. Unfortunately the base layer is absolutely terrible, by far the worst "brioche" I've eaten in years. It has all the flavor of hard tack with the unpleasant mouthfeel of Play-Doh. Canned Pillsbury cinnamon rolls are far better than this waste of perfectly good ingredients. The owner should be ashamed to release this swill to the public. (1/5) Why am I giving Bakery Nouveau a 5? Because they serve some of the best twice baked croissants known to man. The Capitol Hill location is my go to for a sweet and buttery treat and I still recommend it to everyone that visits me, specifically for the almond and chocolate twice baked croissants. The paczki are no slouches either; probably the best we can get around Seattle. Bathrooms - Single unisex room. Note: There will be some walk in availability for paczki on Tuesday, but the cashier told me that they will likely sell out by 10AM. Looks like an early morning trip to the Capitol Hill location is in my near future.
