I stopped by on a Monday afternoon to try their happy hour menu. Street parking was easy. Service was friendly and I was immediately greeted when I walked in. The dining space was clean, but a little on the smaller side, so I could see it filling up during peak hours. The low lighting created a calm atmosphere. There were even two televisions above the bar to watch sports highlights. The happy hour menu consists of some starters, pastas, half pizzas, and drinks. I started with the garlic bread (focaccia, garlic, butter, Parmesan, chive). The bread had a good texture and was very flavorful. I also ordered the rigatoni (tomato, basil, burrata). It was perfectly al dente and the portion size was generous. For pizza, I ordered the simple cheese with basil added. I liked the crust, but unfortunately the cheese easily slid off whenever I'd grab a slice.

This place was very cute. It is small so I'd recommend making reservations. There's also a bar area as well. I had a mocktail that was delicious but I forgot what it's called. It was very refreshing! I had the truffle pasta and it was delicious! You can get hints of parm and truffle. The pasta was so light that I didn't feel heavy after eating this. The service was great and quick. I definitely will come back!

Cute bougie Pizza & Pasta restaurant. Small dining, reservations are a must! Great beverage options and for the non drinkers as well. While we loved the pizza, the homemade pasta excels here!

I had first been to the GH Pasta Co restaurant back in 2019 for lunch at the Denny Triangle location, finding it in West Seattle was a nice surprise. I ordered three family-style dishes that were absolutely phenomenal - a caesar salad, The Classic which was a pepperoni pizza with an incredible 2-day aged sourdough crust, and their campanelle pasta, handmade and crafted from scratch that same day. Each bite was a reminder of why I frequented that spot for lunch before. The fresh pasta was particularly outstanding - you can taste the care and craftsmanship in every bite. The service was excellent and very friendly. The ambiance was also very nice with candlelight on the table and mild music. Definitely recommend checking it out!

I did a walk-in reservation for 2 people. We were seated within seconds and the location had just opened 9 months ago. The waiter was very enthusiastic and provided the history of the restaurant. The rigatoni pasta was seasoned well and came out within 5 minutes of us ordering. The arugula was cheesy and crunchy. We ordered the Classic pizza which was good as well. There is parking behind the building and indoor and outdoor seating. Reasons for Rating: +1 Excellent location and parking +1 Food taste really good +1 Customer service +1 Interior/atmosphere +1 Would return/recommend others

Cute little pizza shop in West Seattle with a really good wine and a nice patio I have to say that the wine that we got which was fair in price was really good For food, we had meatballs, pizza, and salad. The meatballs for the price were not a lot (3) and were a little overcooked and dry. The salad was a really nice portion, very fresh and tasty. The pizza was good but nothing incredibly special. I was really hoping to be blown away but it was just good. The service was ok. Did not feel the incredible welcome of hospitality. Unfortunately, I think I am just going to have to get used to that in Seattle... All in all a good spot to grab pizza and wine. Will be back

We stopped by after being picked up from the airport and we were glad we did! They had delicious pastas, pizzas, and salad and a great drink selection. We ordered the tonnarelli and the campanelle which were both really good- my favorite was the campanelle with the mushrooms and lemon zest. We had a lovely tiramisu and blueberry softserve to cap off the night. There are both indoor and outdoor seating, and the service was amazing. There's easy parking on the street. I know we'll definitely be back again the next time we visit Seattle!

We originally got hooked on GH Pasta when they had a location in South Lake Union. The spot was always packed despite the small counter only seating and we loved the bite of their pasta and inventive dishes. We had the chance to go for dinner tonight at their new spot in West Seattle and we were again blown away by our meal. The pastas have a bite and the ingredients shine with flavors that aren't over complicated just delicious. The spaghetti and rigatoni were both fantastic as well as the side of meatballs (tender and well seasoned). The portions were so ample that took leftovers home. The service was great and loved the comfortable booths with the high ceilings. Looking forward to heading back although a bit nervous it will get more difficult to get reservations here!

This was my favorite with fresh mozzarella and basil. The sourdough crust is the best crust we've ever had!!!!!

When you enter the restaurant, the kiosk is front and center, and you place your order on the touch screens. There are typically 4 types of pasta to choose from, and about 4 sauces. There are salads and sides that you can add to the pasta. I love burrata, and so that was my add-on. The kitchen is always in full swing, with lots of activity, and is open to the public for viewing as they prepare meals. When your meal/order is ready, your name appears on the screen, and one of the employees calls your name. Seating is available after you place your order, and water is self-service as well. I love the cost-reducing atmosphere of the place. The place is well lit, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. I had pesto sauce with spaghetti and a salad. The pasta was supposed to be al dente, but came to the table cold, with a bit of a crunch and a sticky-to-the-tooth texture. This really did take away from the meal. The burrata was okay, but it seemed to be better prepared when they first opened. Again, this is a place I have come to look forward to, and I enjoyed the previous menu. Also, the website menu does not match the in-store menu at all. Because I love the neighborhood vibe of the place and the no-nonsense model they use, I have to go back to see if they can recapture what got my attention when they first opened. My only advice is to prepare the pasta as advertised.

Over the years, I've had some excellent meals there, like the one I had last night. From the moment you come through their door, when you're greeted by a pleasant host, until you leave with a full tummy, I think you'll love this place. The menu leans Italian, with some outstanding pasta dishes, and mighty fine they are. Last night I had tagliolini al limoni, which I think was the best pasta I have ever eaten. The room is nice too, simply and tastefully decorated, in an early Seattle historical structure. There is a deck on the back of the dining room, which seems to be used all year long. I do recommend you sit in the dining room instead, as it is kind of loud and cool on the deck, even though it is equipped with heat lamps. Service is first rate, just what you'd expect from a high end place like Il Nido. The staff seems to be well trained and professional--maybe I'd call them perfect, something we rarely find in this town. They have a small parking lot next to the restaurant, but unless you're eating early, you'll be lucky to find a place there. Parking on the street seems pretty easy, however. Take a drive to a nice part of Seattle, West Seattle, and enjoy a special night at Il Nido. I think you'll be delighted.

As I was checking out, the staff person mentioned that the Tall Grass baked goods in the case were free because they were two days old and would be replaced the next morning by a fresh batch. So nice! I brought home a savory spinach breakfast item with me, which my partner greatly appreciated. Hint: Make sure you have cash on hand for a tip! They can't include tips on card purchases.

We did find seating and there is seating in the restaurant portion, as well as down the stairs. It's a cute little place in the heart of pike place. We got the lasagna casalinga, from the farm, and from the sea pastas. Lasagna casalinga: I love lasagna but I've never had a white sauce lasagna before. I really loved this and I loved it a lot more than I expected. It has peas, sausage, and mushrooms, made with in house bechamel sauce. I thought this might feel super heavy and rich since it was a cream sauce but it wasn't! It was creamy without the feeling of being "too much" when eating it! That's always my worry whenever I eat cream pastas or sauces, that I can only eat a few bites and then feel full bc it the richness. The mushrooms, pea, and sausage worked so nicely into the flavoring of the lasagna and the sausage was flavorful and seasoned well. I believe it's a pork sausage which in my option always tastes great. From the farm: this was my absolute favorite! I always lean towards ragu or bolognese sauce, it's my favorite dish because the flavors become so pronounced during the cooking process. This was a bison ragu with perfectly al dente rigatoni. The bison wasn't gamey and pair so nicely with the ragu because it was able to get in all the crevices of the pasta. We opted for burrata as a topping which gave a really nice creaminess From the sea: this was a spaghetti with rockfish, pea vines, leeks, and harissa. The pasta felt a little Asian inspired, in Chinese cooking we steam whole rockfish and pea vines are a very common veggie dish, so I loved that the elements made me think of my culture. The harissa also gave it a spicy kick which was reminiscent of having chili oil or chili paste on the side at dimsum. While I loved the flavors of this it wasn't my favorite because it was a bit too light. I really wished the flavors were bolder and more pronounced. Rockfish/white fish is very mild fish so the taste is very dependent on the flavors you add to it. However if you like light flavors and fish that isn't too fishy, this is great! This is a really fresh dish so even though it wasn't my favorite doesn't mean it's not a great pasta! I can't wait to come back to try the next rotation of pastas!

He still talking about this place and won't stop talking about it. Mine of the other hand was okay; the taste is kinda odd to me, and it's kinda too salty for my liking. The fish were so small, like tiny pieces, I wish its bigger. My personal favorite of my dish is the Al dente part and the pea vine. Other than that mine was meh. The whole place is sooo cute and definitely a cute date spot!!!
