Came here for some late night pizza with a friend. Parking wasn't too bad since there was plenty of street parking nearby, but I imagine during rush hour it might be hard to find parking. Upon sitting down, we ordered slices of the meat lovers pizza and their daily special, a beer cheese and hotdogs pizza. The beer cheese pizza was solid, with a nice crust and tasty overall, but it wasn't super standout for anything really. The meat lovers pizza was a bit dissapointing unfortunately, as the cheese inside wasn't very gooey but instead kinda just formed a thick block of cheese. I wish I could say the pizza here is The Best in The West (Seattle) area. Alas, I can't. Unfortunately, my ass has a wheat allergy. I've been to this place twice and both times I've had bad customer service!! I agree with some of the other comments, it seems as though if you're not a local or they remember you coming in before, you're going to have a hard time. My first time, a few months ago, a male server told me he would drop off our slices after asking where we were sitting. Our slices never showed. Meanwhile he was delivering slices to a few, what seemed friends, who came in after we did. We had to go ask about our slices and he said "Oh I never took it over?? I'm so sorry!" and then he did bring them out rather quick (after we asked). Then there is this second time. I decided to give this place another try since my buddy really enjoys eating here. We sat at the bar this time and a different guy from before was there and he took our order quickly. But to my dismay, our pizza slices never showed! AGAIN!!! The guy who took our order seemingly submitted it and then disappeared. We never saw him. A female bartender took over and we had to remind her of our food. I give this place 2 stars (and I question it) simply because of the pizza. They have some affordable pizza that is pretty good and can also be warmed up fast. We came here during the day in between lunch and dinner and there were various pies in the display -- cheese, pepperoni, veggie, breadsticks, etc. I think they also make garlic knots upon request. I think the only thing that might be difficult with eating here was that there was very little air circulation inside the shop -- it was warm and could have used some air either more fans or the AC. Unfortunately the food was not up to the same standard. The pizza was underbaked a touch, with a thicker cornicione than expected. Not much flavor to the dough. It honestly reminded me of a Whole Foods slice. The garlic knots were inedible - over baked and tough and we only ate 2 of them. * I have only had take out from this location. That being said... This is the closest to a NYC slice I've had in a long time. This straight up reminds me of Joe's in Lower Manhattan. I've been here a few times now and order a cheese and a pep each time, heated them up at home on the pizza stone, and WOW! Finally got to try Supreme a couple times. With some caution, I say it is the best Pizza in SW Seattle. The caution to be detailed below. Firstly, however, the basic pepperoni is excellent. Very airy, light crust with sizable cornichone. Super thin in the middle. Suspect they are using a high protein 00 flour and a long ferment. Cheese and sauce are flavorful, although carries an aroma similar to Dominos. The pepperoni - outstanding. Authentic cup & char. Topping proportions well done. Now the problem. And that is both times we ordered, the pizzas were cold and centers very soggy. This may be a consequence of them learning the ropes during COVID - I'll explain. We order these pizzas through the (horrid) Caviar app and requested store pick up in an hour. I suspect in both cases they made the pies as soon as the orders were received. Thus the finished pizza sat for an hour before we picked up. Pizza so bad the second time I almost took it back for a refund. But didn't want to be a Karen. One last point on the CAVIAR app - Supreme only allows orders through this. Supreme will not pick up the phone to take an order. The CAVIAR app crashes and will not permit to pay cash on pickup. Supreme lost our business for Weeks due to having to use this app. Can't you guys use the phone or is using such against millennial principals? Lord knows Caviar is taking a fee from Supreme. We will hold off on ordering any more from Superem. Will wait until post COVID when we can get a guaranteed fresh from the oven Pizza. Maybe then I'll change the rating to 5 stars. read more

Loved Supreme before the pandemic. I've been to the West Seattle location a couple times now and didn't have any real issues other than the pizza is not as good as it used to be. Walked in tonight for a pre-birthday drink and slice, and got rudely yelled at by the bartender. My wife and I have had so many great experiences at Supreme, that when we were trying to decide where to eat last night, Supreme won out handily. They were extremely busy on Thursday night, all of the tables were full, but the food and service were again right on. The music level is perfect, and the crowd always has a genuinely great time. Sorry, but I have to say this: If you're looking for a pizza joint where the staff falls over themselves to greet you, or gives you warm fuzzy feelings, you're in the wrong place. The staff here is excellent, attentive, and you can tell they're working hard, but you can also tell they have no time for nonsense. This is a NY pizza joint, from bow to stern. I recommend checking any high maintenance attitudes at the door, and just enjoy the fantastic pizza. Now that that's out of the way: Supreme's product is supreme. It's best hot and fresh from the oven, but we've gotten takeout several times and haven't had a complaint. I always want to explore the rest of the menu, but I keep getting pulled back to my standard order. (Pepperoni, mushroom, and green olives -- don't judge.) On top of that, they pour a strong drink. If you're just discovering this place during covid, get ready for when they're bursting at the seams during more normal times. If you're on the fence, I recommend going when you can get a table.
