It's no secret - West Seattle has a lot of pizza places. But the you should know the nuance for each one of these places. Each location has a distinctive style of pizza and hands down Supreme has the best East Coast style pies. This is where I go when I feel nostalgia for NY pizza - the types of slices you can walk and eat on your way to the Subway, or back home from the bar. Although I wouldn't recommend just taking a slice here and eating it while you walk down California and check out the rest of the junction (you do you, though) - the experience inside is part of the charm as well. It's like a neighborhood dive bar that's very welcoming, and while the service I've had here has been pretty limited just with the person the bar - they've always been friendly. This is a great spot to drink and get a casual dinner while you focus on catching with up friends. For starters, I'm giving them at three because this is the first time I've tried the pizza. I ordered the Detroit Square with added ricotta cheese. My honest opinion is it is very very heavy the dough with everything else on it per piece is very heavy. it is very salty as well. I paid $50 for Detroit Square with a soda to have a delivered. Very high for the price I was only able to get one and a half slices in. I will try the regular pizza next time and if it's better I will change my review but for now it takes a select person that enjoys this type of pizza to enjoy it. read more

My visit to Supreme Pizza in West Seattle left me with a heartwarming experience I'll not soon forget. Arriving near closing time, I was disappointed to learn they had just sold their last slices. Feeling a bit bummed, (knowing this was completely on me and no fault of the staff), I asked the bartender for nearby food options. To my surprise and delight, a kind man named Dave, who works there part-time, overheard my conversation and generously offered me his slices he was planning to take home. His act of kindness truly blew me away. He wouldn't let me pay him for it, after insisting twice (He also gave me a lesson about how many times you're allowed to insist/refuse before it ends up being rude :) and if you're curious, it's two times. :D) so, we decided I'd leave a nice tip for the bartender and be on my way. As I enjoyed the delicious pizza, I thought about Dave's gesture. It's moments like this that remind me that there is good in the world and being a kind person costs us nothing (except maybe a slice of pizza). Thank you, Dave! You made my night. 10/10. read more

Finally got to try Supreme a couple times. With some caution, I say it is the best Pizza in SW Seattle. The caution to be detailed below. Firstly, however, the basic pepperoni is excellent. Very airy, light crust with sizable cornichone. Super thin in the middle. Suspect they are using a high protein 00 flour and a long ferment. Cheese and sauce are flavorful, although carries an aroma similar to Dominos. The pepperoni - outstanding. Authentic cup & char. Topping proportions well done. Now the problem. And that is both times we ordered, the pizzas were cold and centers very soggy. This may be a consequence of them learning the ropes during COVID - I'll explain. We order these pizzas through the (horrid) Caviar app and requested store pick up in an hour. I suspect in both cases they made the pies as soon as the orders were received. Thus the finished pizza sat for an hour before we picked up. Pizza so bad the second time I almost took it back for a refund. But didn't want to be a Karen. One last point on the CAVIAR app - Supreme only allows orders through this. Supreme will not pick up the phone to take an order. The CAVIAR app crashes and will not permit to pay cash on pickup. Supreme lost our business for Weeks due to having to use this app. Can't you guys use the phone or is using such against millennial principals? Lord knows Caviar is taking a fee from Supreme. We will hold off on ordering any more from Superem. Will wait until post COVID when we can get a guaranteed fresh from the oven Pizza. Maybe then I'll change the rating to 5 stars. read more

Heard good things about this place so I decided to check it out! They were right, great pizza and great vibes!

The pizza was so very good, I've been trying to find this place on yelp to let them know. The service was a-ok, they were definitely busy when me and my friend came in to grab some slices, so I won't fault them on not getting to us super quickly. They did mess up my order, but they fixed it right away. The vibe of the place was very nice for a late night, low lighting, a game on in the background, strong drinks, and decent music. I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients at Supreme. I'm not a fan of thick pizza sauces, and the sauce here was flavorful and just right. The crust was pretty good, although nothing special. The flavor and texture of the cheese wasn't 100% spot on, and the half of the pizza that I ordered with sauce definitely could have used more cheese. There was a little bit too much flour underneath. First time ordering tonight... She just handed me my order. Didn't smile and didn't say thank you. Maybe she was tired or had a bad evening. Definitely not a good vibe after the small interaction with the business. The food is ok. If you pickup your order they give you a pickup time of about 50 minutes. My food was barely room temperature. Seems like this place is a bar that serves pizza instead of a pizza joint. Why did it take 50 minutes to give me two slices of old pizza and wings that were obviously cooked as soon as the order was placed? Is it that hard to say thank you to a new and friendly customer? It's got a laid back vibe and the decor is lends itself to that "I need to get something on my stomach because I've had way too much fun" individual. I'd only frequent this spot for a quick in and out or a I need a late night stop option. When places close at 9 or 10 it's nice to at least have a decent pizza option. With SO many pizza options in West Seattle, Supreme stands out. The pizza is absolutely delicious, with creative varieties so there is truly something for everyone. The salad is also excellent, especially the Caesar which is one of the tastier ones I've had. And, whenever we can (finally) go to bars again, this place has such a fun vibe. Great drinks, including frozen cocktails if that's your thing. You can also buy by the slice when it's open. My friends and I spent a great deal of time playing multiplayer Pac-Man here while enjoying cocktails. Whether it's a late night or a weeknight evening, this is definitely most of the most fun places to hang in West Seattle. I really enjoyed this pizza! I went to NYC and had some great pizza and some really bad pizza in NYC lol. I would say this is definitely NY style pizza and good! I'm happy to have another different style of pizza in West Seattle! Pizza is something so simple that everyone loves. There are times where I feel like dominos, or zeeks, or credo or tutta bella, talearicos ..it's nice to have another option that fits into a different TYPE of pizza category. The detroit style pizza at the west seattle supreme has been my favorite pizza in seattle for years and you don't have to wait 3 months like Moto ? Its not on the menu that is the secret but you can order a whole pie at the bar or over the phone. I have taken dozens of freinds there over the years and they all agree. Nonetheless, pizza was kind of lukewarm and soggy. Sauce was zesty, so one star for that. Bartender was friendly so that's my second star. It was just abundantly clear that this pizza sits under a heat lamp or something for hours before maybe being popped in the oven for a minute before serving. Ordered a pepperoni slice and supreme slice. The veg on the supreme was not cooked. Pepperoni was overall fine but again, texture and temp was a bummer on both. Already in love with this new addition to West Seattle! We recently moved from Cap Hill and were missing the vibrant night life and food options, so hearing about the opening of Supreme put a HUGE smile on my face. We went on a Thursday night around 730p with a group of 6. All of the tables were full, so we opted to order pizza to go (took it to Beer Junction next door) and have a drink while we waited. Seating: The seating has a strange layout that doesn't flow well, in my opinion. I think it's best to get here early with a group of 4 or less, if you want a better chance of grabbing a table. Because of the weird layout, it's awkward to find a place to stand around and wait for a table or a drink and not be in the way of servers walking by. Food: Pizzas come in one size, but they also have slices (cheese, pepperoni and rotating special) if you want a smaller portion. We ordered the "Oh, You're so Hawaiian" pizza and I believe it was about 8 larger slices. Depending on how hungry you are, a pizza can serve between 2-4 people. Drinks: Do yourself a favor and order one of their frozen slushie drinks! The drinks were easily the highlight of my experience and tasted amazing. I was able to sample 2 -- Passion Fruit Habanero and the Supreme-sicle -- both were amazing! Arcade: They have a few arcade games and a juke box type of situation where you can pay $$ to request songs. The highlight of this room for me was the chalkboard walls and neon chalk! a couple of days into their new place and it seems like mark fuller and his crew have found their groove. the slushie drinks have great flavor and don't seem to skimp on their alcohol content (woe is me once the warm weather comes back around next spring.) the pizza offerings may seem standard but the flavor and size of the slices are more than adequate. there were no complaints at our table with the cheese and pepperoni slices that got put in front of us. the service was much better than what previous reviewers had reported. our server was attentive and accommodating. at one point, mark fuller himself brought one of the slices we'd ordered to our table--you can't ask for more personalized attention than that. prices are reasonable and the place was hopping by the time we left at 8pm on a tuesday weeknight. i can only imagine that come this coming weekend and into the future when people stumble upon supreme as a late night junction option or head specifically there with 100% intent, this place is going to develop a solid reputation (especially with us locals) as being somewhere you can rely on for food and drink. period. no pretensions. this place is what it is and will do well to stick with the casual atmosphere and plain and simple delivery of tried and true pizza with unique drink and slushie flavors to tempt the curious. i'd say go and check it out. i fully support how mark fuller has helped to shape our community by contributing to the culinary offerings that prevent us from having to brave growing traffic nightmares across the city if we want interesting food and fun libations. read more

This is by far one of the finest pizza places in Seattle, my personal favorite(along with Big Marios as a close 2nd). If you are looking for a classic NYC style pizza, this is the place to go. This is the best sicilian(or deep dish/Detroit) in the city and their regular cheese pizza has a perfect crust with an entirely authentic approach. If your stomach and taste buds can handle the ghost pepper one. I'd recommend trying it as well since I love the heat, but don't take my word for it. Came here for lunch on a Saturday, just had a few slices and a cider, over all the experience was okay, nothing special about the pizza, but will give it another shot if invited by a friend. The locations is on the main street in west seattle, and seems to be a pretty cool place to hang out a night, with a large bar and a few booths to sit in. There are a few arcade games in the back. Came at 1 on a Saturday, and it was pretty empty, and just went up to the counter to order two slices, a pepperoni and there meat special along with a cider, then sat down at a booth while waiting for the slices. They have tons of options for whole pies, with some unique options, while for single slices, its pepperoni, cheese, a meat special, and a veggie special. For the meat special when I went, it was a Mexican breakfast pizza, with eggs, chorizo, and arugula pizza. Its the standard new york style, the pepperoni was okay, while special didn't really work out with the arugula being to bitter for it. read more
