It's unbelievable but some companies required upfront deposit even before assessment of the issue. Our technician,Brian,was on time,called prior,came with shoe covers,quickly identified problems with toilet,gave us estimates and couple options to think about. I called next morning and next business day he returned and completed repair. Again on time,very professional and leave no dirt or waste after job. Prices are horribly high now everywhere,but plumbing can't be avoided,so their price point is adequate to area,but service is superb. Can't deduct star for high prices,because they are using gas and supplies which are horrible now.

Miquel did his inspection and gave me a total quote which included parts, labor & taxes. Clear & transparent on costs which is appreciated. Miquel did the job professionally & quickly, he walked me through the working part to ensure everything was correct. He also ensured that I received the receipt via email before leaving. Miquel also was conscious of cleaning up, and he wore booties over his shoes without being asked. Definitely would recommend Jab & Sons, from scheduling to installation.

I asked if we could keep it at 10am as I was out getting work done and they said no we have to keep it to between 8am and 10am. plus for a consultation they charge $69. which is usually free with most other places. absolutely trash

Within 7 days he sent over a technician named Omar who was very kind, cleanly, and efficient. The first thing he did upon entering my home was put on booties. He was very thorough about telling me about his diagnoses and explaining what he was going to do/did. When he completed the work, he cleaned up the debris that had fallen when he repaired my circuit breaker box. His attention to detail and cleaning up after himself are signs of elite contractors.
