Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. It is certainly overwhelming to consider the scope and scale of a new build, and to think about what you would like the lighting to look like and how you would like it to function when the space doesn't even exist. We had the absolute best time working with Josh. First, he helped us hone our aesthetic vision, and to build cohesion into the lighting design. He also helped us wrestle with the technical challenges of recessed lighting in high slope ceilings. Through the entire process, he gave us the confidence we needed to easily make decisions and to put the vision into action for our home. Throughout the entire process, Josh was highly responsive, he communicated with clarity, and he had a fantastic sense of humor, challenging each of us appropriately when we were stuck in some kind of rut. His efficiency is remarkable and his design eye and skill is obvious. On top of all of this, he produced documentation that clearly conveyed the plan to our electrician, making our recent electrical walkthrough the best one he had ever been on. The electrician told us that most of the time people arrive with little to no clue of what they want, and it is a laborious, frustrating and overwhelming process. We arrived with our Josh plans and knew exactly where things were going to be and what they would look like. We are very excited to see this house come into reality. We know the lighting we selected will bring warmth and beauty to to spaces, both interior and exterior, and we feel that Dominon and Josh provided great value to us and our project.

I wish I could an INFINITE number of stars to the amazing Brian and the amazing company, Infinite Electric!!! I definitely would consider myself a perfectionist and often a worrier. Brian from Infinite Electric was able to not only meet, but exceed my expectations. While installing my overhead lighting, there were unexpected materials in the ceiling and he was quick to reassure me that he will get it done as he does this all day every day. And he did! He got it done in a timely fashion with beautiful results. I just feel like I could trust him and I know that my family and my home are both safe with the expert work done by Brian from Infinite Electric. Peace of mind is priceless! Speaking of priceless, the prices were extremely reasonable. The results are priceless and the price was more than fair. Can that get any better??? I have yet to mention that I called and within 48 hours, my job was COMPLETE. Instant gratification! That seriously satisfied my type-A personality!!!! Had a motion sensor security light installed by Sergio from Infinite Electric. Showed up on time and all went well during installation. That evening, I noticed the light wasn't working. I adjusted several functions but it still didn't work. I called the next day to leave a message and later that same day the owner called me back regarding the issue. He scheduled Sergio to come back out the next morning to assess. The culprit was a faulty neutral wire in an interior light that shared the same switch. I didn't appear to be their fault from my perspective. Nevertheless, the owner said he would not charge for the revisit. I also had them move the light because I wasn't satisfied with where I had decided to put it. Still no charge. I have had work done by them before. Both of their main electricians, Sergio and Rudy, are very good and a pleasure to deal with. The owner also routinely follows up with a phone call after work is completed to make sure the customer is satisfied. This is the kind of company I enjoy dealing with. read more

I called Infinite Electric because my house was losing power in half the house and then coming back on randomly. As part of their visit, Infinite determined numerous hazards regarding the circuit breaker and recommended that the house be upgraded in voltage and that we bring everything up to code from the 1964 standards we had. 1964 was the last time our house had an electrician come! The electricians were all polite, friendly and wore masks at all times. They completed all their work timely and provided easy to understand explanations and instructions. Following all the upgrades, the initial problem was still occurring. The owner of the company was in constant communication with me multiple times a day in an effort to troubleshoot and so he could send an electrician immediately when this random event would happen. Ultimately we resolved the problem and it was due to the extremely good customer service and the attentiveness of everyone at Infinite Electric. I highly recommend them for any electrical problems you may have. read more

I found Infinite Electric in the 5 Star Rating Book. One of the main reasons I chose them beside their excellent rating, was the fact that they didn't charge to provide an estimate. We wanted to remove the old fluorescent light in the kitchen and replace it with recessed lighting. Our estimator, Rudy, came over on time, listened to our needs, and promptly provided an estimate which turned out to be the best. The work was scheduled very quickly, and Rudy was our electrician. He called in advance to tell us when he was coming and arrived on time. He was extremely courteous and respectful of our home. He worked meticulously and arranged all the lighting to our specifications, and provided excellent suggestions. Our kitchen now looks bright and modern. Rudy is an outstanding electrician. He resolved the issue with just a switch and remote replacement, rather than an entirely new fan. The service was very quick and resolved all of the issues. He cleaned up the dust from the new switch in the wall and even installed the new remote, which was a wonderful surprise, since I thought I would need to switch that out. I couldn't be more pleased with the service that was provided. The company was very good about communicating before and after the install, making sure they understood the issue and provided guidance for supplies I should acquire to make the install smoother (backup replacement fan and remote); they also called afterwards to make sure everything was set and working properly. They are now in my contacts, and I am eager and confident to recommend them to friends. David was professional and personable, explained what he was doing, how the new units operated. He made certain I understood the various options and watched me do them. He wanted me to be satisfied, and I was. When he finished, he wiped down the counters and even the floor. Infinite Electric did an outstanding job installing our foyer chandelier in a difficult 20' space. Rudy and Alan were professional, careful, and clearly experienced working with high-ceiling fixtures. What I appreciated most was that they took the time to get the placement right instead of rushing the install. The chandelier height and alignment were extremely important in this space because it's visible from both floors, and they worked through the positioning carefully until it looked balanced and intentional. They were also respectful of the home, communicated well throughout the process, and completed the installation cleanly and safely. The final result looks fantastic. We found infinite electric through Home Adviser. They responded quickly and Nick came to our house. We had several problems. He evaluated the needs and found creative solutions that did not cost a lot of money. Naturally when we needed to wire in a new attic fan we called them back. Finally we had to have a new box which was installed this week. Nick was extremely professional, he called us to confirm details, arrived on time, did the job and left no mess. He then arranged for the inspection to be done and called to give us the time. The inspector said that the job had been done thoroughly and safely. We had our panel replaced (over 30 years old) and all of our outlets and switches as well (maybe overkill, but wanted to be proactive). Rudy and Henry did all the work. It took two days (weeks apart because of our schedule and snow days). Rudy and Henry were personable, polite, considerate and quite professional. Alain who handled all the details was always in touch and kept us up-to-date on things. He too was personable and exceptional. He stopped by during the panel installation. Infinite Electric is a superb company to work with. They first offered to give me a free estimate unlike other electrical companies in the area which charge $75 plus dollars just to show up. But then they sent Brian out who was awesome to deal with. He gave me an estimate within 15 minutes of arriving and arranged to do the work the following day. He was on time the day of the job. Jerry was awesome! Prior to getting into contact with Infinite Electric, I called around to a few electricians and left messages but did not receive a call back. Infinite Electric responded very quickly and set up an appointment for the next day to have an outdoor light fixture repaired. Jerry was efficient, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude. The team (Dan and Jerry) did a fantastic job installing our Level 2 charger. They were referred by QMerit and got with us right away for an on-site visit. The work was scheduled the next week so we didn't have to wait in a large queue. Once they arrived they got the new 240v line installed and the charger mounted in about 2 hours. The work involved going to the breaker from the floor below and routing through a concrete wall in the basement. They even swept all the concrete dust outside. I had an electrical problem in my downstairs. I called another electric company they came and couldn't figure out the problem and told me it was gonna cost me several hundreds of dollars and I had to rewire the entire downstairs. I called Infiniti Electric for a second opinion, Jerry came in and within 10 minutes he figured out the problem and resolved the issue. He arrived early and was extremely efficient.
