Infinite sent Rudy out to investigate fuse issues in a particular section of our house. After listening to my explanation of tripping each fuse in the main panel, he quickly moved to a backup generator panel that I thought was affected. However, discovered a breaker that also needed to be tripped and solved our problem. Rudy took the effort to check all GFC outlets in the house. Additional work included upgrading two outside outlets with code-compliant covered outlets. and transparent boxes. His work was deft, efficient, and professional. The price was fair and reasonable. We started with an estimate that was clear and very fairly priced to install a stairwell chandelier on a 20ft ceiling (not easy) and fix the structure on an outdoor junction box to then install a light fixture. Fantastic job, across the board! James showed up precisely on time, wearing a mask. The task was to remove an existing ceiling fan (cathedral ceiling) and install a new one. After quickly assessing the task, he provided an very reasonable cost and immediately started. Work was done perfectly and quickly. I even offered to assist if he wanted, but he graciously declined. I had removed the previous wall mounted speed adjust, as we had decided we no longer wanted it (leaving an open outlet box) and he installed a switch and switch plate at no additional cost. He was also nice enough to take both the old fan and boxing for the new one away. When done, he vacuumed up the modest debris left from his installation. Impossible to reach by phone but the office did call back. Scheduled an appointment for the next day, stayed at the property for 4+ hours during their scheduled window, no show and no call. Called the office 3 times for an update, no answer and no return call from Heidi or anyone else. We finally heard from someone well after the appointment time, told me they had texted my office phone, but up to that point no calls, emails or updates of any kind. Offered to come later that day. Very frustrating as we prefer to deal with small business and cancelled another provider in favor of these guys. By the time they called we had found another provider. The electrician came to my home to do estimates. He did not discuss with me prior to coming that the diagnosis fee will be $150. I was not advised beforehand that there is a diagnosis fee, if he had at least said there will be a fee of 150 dollars added for diagnosis I would understand. I had took off work, with the intention of getting estimates. To top it off, he spoke to me in a very condescinding manner and was just flat out rude. He was asking me questions that he as the professional should know. Please do not waste people's time, be upfront with the cost. There is no need for you to come to my place of residence to discuss the diagnosis fee. read more
