Highly recommend!! I reached out to them through Yelp after hours and got an immediate response, quote, and availability. I was extremely excited to be able to schedule my recessed lighting appointment the following morning. Their rates were extremely reasonable and I ended up picking Roberts Electrical Services because of their responsiveness and competitive prices - they saved me around $150 on 6 recessed lights! Carlos and Juan came to install 6 recessed lights into my very high + slanted ceilings - all while I was working from home. They were extremely courteous while I was in between meetings and answering logistical questions. Carlos and Juan worked extremely quickly and did a fantastic job! I am obsessed with my new lights - they completely transformed my space!! Once they finished installing the lights they vacuumed my entire living room/bedroom and left my place cleaner than it started! In addition to my recessed lighting, Carlos helped me replace some lights in my ceiling fan that is easily 16ft high... A number of other electrician had come and made the second story chandelier replacement seems impossible and were charging way too much money (like double to triple). None of that with Roberts. Great electrician and great service! I had originally posted a request for a quote on Yelp for some repair work that needed to be done on my GFI and subpanel. Ofcourse with Covid-19, I was weary of having people in the house to see the work and providing a quote. They told me I could send them pictures of what I needed to be done, so that is how we preceded. I sent them pictures of the anticipated work along with a description of the problem I was having. They were very polite and replied very quickly with an estimate and a time to come out to my home. Carlos showed up 20 minutes early, wearing a face mask and very well prepared. He saw the problem, made the repairs, explained why I had the electrical failure to begin with and patiently answered all of my questions. Once complete, he left the work area clean and tidy, I enjoyed working with him so much, I ended up using Roberts Electrical Services again on another project. Carlos and another electrican came back to the house, again arriving early and wearing a face mask. They made the repairs and were done earlier than I had anticipated. On both instances, there were no surprises, no hidden costs and the estimate provided, is the price I paid. I am so pleased with Roberts Electrical Services. We actually found them through a general request through Yelp and they were extremely responsive, both via online messages and text. I explained the jobs we needed completed in our house and promptly got an estimate that they stuck to, no matter the difficulty level.
