I waffled on writing this review, but I wanted to let others know my experience. I read all the amazing reviews on Yelp and gave Brad a call. He answered and asked me to text him my address. I did, and he text back that he would come on Friday sometime after 2:00pm. Left work early, came home, and waited. Nothing. No one showed up. The NEXT Friday, I got a text from Brad asking if he can come the next Wednesday at 2:00pm. I replied and said that I was working, but I could get home by 4:00pm. He said he would make that work. So when Wednesday rolls around, I rush home and wait. Nothing. No text, no call - never showed up. I understand that as a one-person crew, you can get overwhelmed and busy, but if you are going to be a professional contractor, scheduling and promptness is important. I'm here two weeks later with an electrical issue that I'm going to have to find someone else for. All of this could be avoided with a scheduling book or calendar. I'm frustrated that it seems someone who does such great work (as evidenced by the Yelp reviews) twice stood me up for appointment times that he set. And I see a few other reviews that seem to indicate this isn't an isolated incident. read more

Honest, prompt, knowledgeable, courteous. What more can you ask for? Had them come look at a breaker box and they diagnosed the issue within minutes, showed me the water damage lurking behind the panel, went to the store to pick up all new breakers (at my request, instead of just doing the one breaker that was causing my new oven to not work) and had them installed in a few hours time. Wow, I have to say that Brad was fantastic! I sent him an email explaining what I needed done, and he responded within an hour to give me an estimate, which was very reasonable. I was able to have him come out a couple of days later to complete the work. He is friendly, professional, and knows his stuff. I needed some light fixtures replaced, as well as, wanting to add an electrical outlet in my entryway. He came in, on time, and got straight to work. Amazing service! A wall of outlets stopped working friday night. I called Brad at 7am Saturday morning and explained what happened. He said he could come by at 930am. Solid! He gave me the estimate of $1,150 to just disconnect the meter base. I don't understand why it is so expensive. Even 4 service pro gave me estimate less than $400. Unless something has changed in a week, Brad did an install for me in May. I bought an attic fan to help cool my master bedroom on the top floor of my town house. Brad called me back after I had spoken to another general contractor. Im glad now that they gave me a high quote or I would not have ended up using BWS. Not only did Brad do the job for 50% the cost of the other contractor, he was prompt, efficient, and did more than I needed done; such as installing a light, light switch, and electrical work to make my attic up to code. Due to Covid, we were at home and witnessed the electrical arcing and smoke from our air conditioner's wiring that would have BURNT OUR HOUSE DOWN! The circuit breaker didn't trip, so we switched it off and called several electricians, none of whom we able to come as a stormy deluge the night before resulted in so many electrical emergencies. All electricians I called were too busy on this Friday afternoon. I called BWS and Brad answered, although he was busy, he made us his last call of the day.
