Do not work with this company. They solicited me, I called them, they give me a low quote, but of course at the end I paid twice as high. They do not tell you how much the end charge is going to be. When they came to do the job, nobody ever asked, not even once, how high/low do you want your chandelier. That is part of protocol for anybody who installs chandeliers and do this for a living, they completely, outright told me that they never ask clients how high or low they want the chandelier, that is a big BS, every certified company asks the client how how they want it. So they end up installing my chandelier very high. For someone who doesn't have any experience, I noticed it right away how high and odd it looked as soon as they moved the ladders. How do you not know when you claim to be a certified company and do this every day for a living. After hours of begging them on the phone, conversations, for them to take some responsibility and work with me for a decent quote, all the manager, Jimmy kept saying I am sorry, it's going to be more than the first time. No remorse at all, as if I am speaking to a robot. How is it going to be more than the first time, when you're not taking any accountability for the fact that you did not ask once how low/high you want the chandeliers. Stay away from them, they are extremely unprofessional, if they make a mistake they will just robotically say sorry for hours, despite how much seemingly stressed out you may regarding their poor job. read more

DO NOT pick these people. I picked them due to their reviews but now I have an inkling these might be fake reviews from family/friends. The WORST experience I've ever had in my entire life. I bought them in to fix the wiring in my master bedroom and my garage door opener. After spending 2 hours of working on the issue (and charging me 260), I was told my garage door opener couldn't be fixed due to the sensor BUT my ceiling fan was know fixed. After they left, I tried turning on my nursery light and realized the entire power was knocked out of the ENTIRE upstairs besides the master bedroom (where the ceiling fan was). After I called them, they proceeded to inform me that the technician did "trouble shooting" and it was not their fault that he screwed up and knocked out the entire upstairs power. They tried to then tell me that they can simply program my ceiling fan to a universal remote. So 260 for them to tell me something I can do myself.... On top of that....they told me they couldn't come back the same day and they would come the following day (mind you the upstairs is dark including hallway light). Gave me a time of 10-11AM. It is currently 12:57 PM and the receptionist proceeded to tell me it's not their fault the house is wired a certain way and the technicians wouldn't be coming till later. WTF did I pay you for then??? To screw up the power even more and then proceed to blame it on the house? read more

What can I say, Fransisco and his team do great work. They came out Tuesday evening for a free quote, and was able to schedule the service for Sunday morning. Their prices was less than half of some of the bigger companies, and you can tell Fransisco is someone who really does stand by his work. Do not do business with this company. Scheduled an appointment and had to sign a 20 plus page docusign contract just to confirm and secure an appointment. The technician arrived and did not attempt to knock on the door for my apartment complex. Instead the company representative advised he called as we all know most of us don't answer unknown numbers or our phones label them as spam calls. After 30 minutes decided to call back and the company representative advised the tech could not return to the premises and that there would be an 150.00 service fee for missed appointment. They then advised if it was not paid immediately that they would put a lien on my property which is ridiculous. Shopped around and got quotes from a few companies. This company was reasonably priced for what we needed. Installed 5 new celling fans where no light fixtures existed. Communicated back and forth prior to appointment. Technicians showed up on time and got right to work. Worked all day with no breaks. Explained everything they were doing and asked questions along the way if they were not sure about something. Cleaned up everything as they went along and kept work space tidy. There was some confusion with the quote and some other work we needed. But Jimmy got back to me right away, we talked about it and he worked with me to come to an agreement. My bathroom light was flickering and then a burning smell began. After a google search, I had identified a few possibilities of the source of the issue, and reached out for quotes on yelp. Electrified was quick to respond. Just over my description, they identified that the light fixture needed to be replaced and told me to go ahead and pick up a new one. This was a huge time and budget saver, since we got everything covered in one visit as opposed to two! I had been a little nervous they might be wrong and the problem might be something else, but when they took down the fixture they showed the evidence on the inside of the fixture of overheating and rust. I would not recommend this company. The manager admitted to knowingly more than double charging me for labor. They also were overcharging me for the time they were in my home because, and I quote, "we need to make money." They informed me their rates were $150 to come out, good for 2 hours, then $50 for each hour after that, plus cost of parts. Seemed reasonable. After 4.5 hours of work, they charged me for 5 hours. Then they charged $80 for each $20 part (needed 4; $320!) When I asked they admitted the parts were each under $20, but were being charged at $80 each because that included labor/installation.... however I was already paying the $50 an hour for their labor! I was being overcharged more than $290. When I put up a bit of a fight, they brought down the overcharge to $205. I wish I hadn't backed down at that point. On the positive side, they replied promptly and arrived on time. (Juan and apprentice Alex) Acted professionally during the repair. The things that were in their power to fix, were fixed. (3 of my appliances still do not work, I didn't expect them to fix them if they were fried which I believe they are) I want to complain that it took them 4.5 hours to "diagnose" and replace two breakers and 2 CGFI wall outlets after I told them when they arrived that I knew two breakers were cooked. However, I believe they worked in good faith, and I don't mind paying a little extra labor for guys trying to accomplish honest work. If any of you potential costumers want proof of their intentionally dishonest billing practices, I have proof I can send you, just ping me. Just please don't hire them. read more
