Quoted a $69 fee to come out which is waived if you commit to the requested project. Time-Frame given was between 8-10am, Miquel showed up a little after 8 ready to work. Miquel did his inspection and gave me a total quote which included parts, labor & taxes. Clear & transparent on costs which is appreciated. Miquel did the job professionally & quickly, he walked me through the working part to ensure everything was correct. He also ensured that I received the receipt via email before leaving. Miquel also was conscious of cleaning up, and he wore booties over his shoes without being asked. Definitely would recommend Jab & Sons, from scheduling to installation.

He spent about 15 minutes looking at everything. We also had John C Flood give us a quote... He spent over an hour looking at the job, and discovered today there was a code-compliant way to do the job without replacing the whole panel (saving us multiple thousands of dollars), and that an HVAC panel removal would be required to do the job (which JAB had not seemed to notice). We hired John C Flood, so I don't know for sure--maybe JAB would have done a good job, but I certainly got the sense that they were a lot less thorough.

I had several additional requests which they accommodated such as adding an extra drain line and additional return vent and all the work was done as requested. Since completion of the job, they have come back on routine maintenance visits to keep the system up and running and the cost of which was included with the original work. I therefore. have been very pleased with after-installation service. Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. Obviously, overall, I'm very happy with their services. I will be using them again and highly recommend.

First of all, Erick showed up a while back and gave me an estimate with no pressure whatsoever to get the work done I told him I was getting several estimates and he said fine. He provided me with a cash discount and even filled out the Washington gas rebate form for me and I just had to double check it sign it and he sent it in. On top of that the work was unbelievably good. They showed up on time. They showed me where they were going to work. They covered my floors to make sure there was no dirt or dust and spent the whole day doing an expert job. They are professionals and when I talked to them, they spoke about how much they liked working for their company. They said the owner is a stand-up guy and that is what I heard from another person named Tyrone Johnson who actually recommended this company. I couldn't be more pleased, and I am looking forward to the future to dealing with them and THEIR warranty!

Great service for repairing my main circuit breaker in the electrical panel. They sent someone to…read moredo an inspection and provide an estimate immediately after I contacted them and even arrived early. After the inspection, they were able to secure the part (a main circuit breaker) and schedule someone to fix it later that same evening. The electrician that did the fix, Markii, was professional, knew his stuff, took appropriate precautions in terms of wearing a face mask, etc. and after fixing the circuit breaker, inspected my fuse box in the house and walked me through how the system works and how the electrical load is distributed in my house and gave me some great tips. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend Markii. The only room for improvement I would bring up is the cost. Although they are similar in price to other companies or service providers, you can find more affordable options with individual electricians, but obviously I can't speak to what kind of service you would receive from individual providers.

I like that the company offers half day and full day deals as they are much better values for money if you have several issues or tasks to accomplish. One star off as trying to get ahold of someone at the company to ask a question was difficult as their listed email returns an error and the phone was not answered, but scheduling through their website was easy and convenient.

Title: Here's the electrician you have been searching for!…read more We hired MidAtlantic Wiring to install a dedicated outlet and were very impressed. Their communication regarding the project and the expense was clear and direct. They were responsive, on time, professional, courteous, fairly priced, and very knowledgeable. The job was completed efficiently and exactly as discussed with no surprises. They even left the work area cleaner than they found it, and they answered all of our questions at a level that we (non-electricians!) could understand. A reliable electrician is hard to find, and we highly recommend Mid Atlantic Wiring--we will definitely use their services again when the need arises.

They responded almost immediately, scheduled a remote evaluation, quoted a fair price range, and came out to perform the service 2 days later. My home is a bit older, so when we discovered that the wall wasn't going to support the clearance needed to run the wire, they walked me through several alternatives, gave me time to decide, performed the service extremely well, charged me the lower end of the quoted price range, and were on their way 2 hours later. Extremely satisfied, and I'll be using them again if the need ever arises.

I'm very impressed with R&A Electrical services…read more What happened is we tried to plug in an inflatable bed and it tripped the breaker and we couldn't reset it. This caused a power outage to two of our bedrooms. We thought the inflatable bed was the culprit and were ready to take it out back and set it on fire. But R&A was able to send out an electrician in reasonable time. He was able to correct the problem in less than five minutes. As it turns out, the inflatable bed was not the problem, but when we had our house remodeled before we moved in, that included upgrading some of the electrical components. Apparently, the installed wall outlet where we plugged in the bed had a short in the ground. We had never used that outlet until now and this was the way we discovered the issue. The young R&A tech was personable and allowed us to spend some time discussing other electrical projects we want to do on another day. You can be sure we will come to R&A Electrical Services for those projects.

I'll be keeping their number handy and would hire them again without hesitation.

I did not want to have to make changes to my house. I wanted to get a system that was compatible with my current set up. He gave me his advice and I ordered a Rheem 36kw tank-less water heater as instructed. He installed it and the next day it blew a fuse. Ok, no biggie. A few days later, it cut off again and would not turn back on. Called in an electrician and it turns out that the plumber didn't know what he was talking about. The fuse in my disconnet box blew because he hooked up the water heater's electrical components dangerously incorrect. The Rheeem he suggested requires 4 double 40 breakers to power it. He hooked it up to 1 double 30 breaker. Of course the system was too strong for the breaker and the wiring. I'm grateful my house didn't catch on fire but now I need to changed the breakers, upgrade wiring, and add additional disconnects to work the system properly. F that plumber. I paid him to avoid this. Enter Mister Electrical to the rescue. The tech came out. He was professional and extremely respectful of my home, even took extra time to make sure he didn't leave a spot behind him. After examining the set up and talking with his senior, the tech said they would take some time to make sure they get it right. He didn't want to give me any misleading information. The Senior plumber, being made aware of my situation, took a few days to go over the manual and my set up to find the best course of action for my problem. After a few days, he came up with a solution to hook it up to 2 double 60 amp breakers and to run it at a lower setting (the normal power settings were far beyond what I could ever use... damn plumber). At the end of the day, I appreciate how Mister Electric took the time to find the best solution to my specific problem. They were always respectful of my home and money. They could have rightfully charged me $5000 to hook it up like the manual basic instruction. But they took the time and effort to learn the system and find a way to save me over $3000 dollars. Integrity is priceless. Call Mister Electrical now.
