They have done all we've asked of them. The request was to refresh our bathroom. They have done that and more. We did not want to change the footprint of our bathroom, but update it with new flooring and fixtures. Their suggestions and work has changed the look of our bathroom completely. This company does very sloppy, unprofessional work. For proof see the photos I uploaded. There's hair & debris stuck in the paint, drips, splotches, missing patches, and they painted right over nails & staples. It took three adult men over SEVEN hours (8:30 am - 3:40 pm) to hang a closet door & paint a single coat on this small entrance hallway, a tiny 1/2 bath & one stairwell. The guys showed up uninformed about the job. I had to pull up a text from their boss, Jaime, to show them what to do. He also forgot what we'd agreed to several times, despite it all being in writing & text messages (which I still have). He got argumentative whenever I had to point this out.
