During the second visit, I stopped asking for cost, just gave a to do list then paid with CashApp when done. Subsequent jobs it was hard to get a response as to day/time. Although he seemed nice at first, after the first visit, felt like he was annoyed by me or something. I brushed it off as resting b-face but then communication became harder. He gave an excuse of phone issues but it seemed to ding and dong when he was here. For today's list I pushed and prodded to get a day/time. I did say that I would be home all day in order to work around his schedule. He said arrival 9:30-10am. Great, errands popped up but I moved somethings around to accommodate his arrival. Well after no show/no call, he rings me at 11:50 to say 12:30-ish. At this point I'm done. Getting a response and day/time commitments wore me out. Why am I chasing behind someone to work? My lists are like $500 each and are less than 8 hours of work. Sadly the professionalism that we started with crumbled and died a slow death.

They worked closely with me to pick the right brick panels and paint. The faux brick tiling was a great cost-saving alternative for the small area to be tiled. Del and Luis were hands-on, professional, and accommodating to the special tasks required for this type of tiling. They ensured that I was 150% happy, returning to add features to secure the tiles better, improve the look, and add additional paint. I'm very happy with the result. My kitchen looks more stylish, with a clean, sleek finish. Thanks, Del!

We also wanted to get a new countertop, which they do not do, but Luis referred us to someone else who was equally as responsive and efficient. The whole project took under one month from getting a quote to finishing the job. We were very pleased with the process! One thing to note is that while the quote is indeed on the lower end of what is out there, the work might not be considered absolute perfection. (e.g. paint might be a touch uneven in some areas; some difficult corners of kitchen have a bit of a rougher cut on the tile but still patched with grout) For me though, it was not an issue because I do still think the job was worth 5 stars for the value. Just know what you are paying for!

It was after hours, but they came to my rescue anyway. Harrison did an incredible job figuring out the wire was torn up by my idiot dogs and provided me with a list of options for how to go about remedying the situation. I opted for the best choice which was encasing a new wire in PVC pipe and securing it a couple feet up the foundation so the dogs won't risk injury nor my wallet again. This poor guy got here around dinner time and worked away until the job was done, just after midnight. His work looks spectacular and my Heat Pump is back up and running again. As first time home owners, he offered us peace of mind making sure we made the right decisions for our particular property. His level of professionalism from our first consultation to the very end of the project was top notch. He was available around the clock and responded to questions immediately.
