I did not want to have to make changes to my house. I wanted to get a system that was compatible with my current set up. He gave me his advice and I ordered a Rheem 36kw tank-less water heater as instructed. He installed it and the next day it blew a fuse. Ok, no biggie. A few days later, it cut off again and would not turn back on. Called in an electrician and it turns out that the plumber didn't know what he was talking about. The fuse in my disconnet box blew because he hooked up the water heater's electrical components dangerously incorrect. The Rheeem he suggested requires 4 double 40 breakers to power it. He hooked it up to 1 double 30 breaker. Of course the system was too strong for the breaker and the wiring. I'm grateful my house didn't catch on fire but now I need to changed the breakers, upgrade wiring, and add additional disconnects to work the system properly. F that plumber. I paid him to avoid this. Enter Mister Electrical to the rescue. The tech came out. He was professional and extremely respectful of my home, even took extra time to make sure he didn't leave a spot behind him. After examining the set up and talking with his senior, the tech said they would take some time to make sure they get it right. He didn't want to give me any misleading information. The Senior plumber, being made aware of my situation, took a few days to go over the manual and my set up to find the best course of action for my problem. After a few days, he came up with a solution to hook it up to 2 double 60 amp breakers and to run it at a lower setting (the normal power settings were far beyond what I could ever use... damn plumber). At the end of the day, I appreciate how Mister Electric took the time to find the best solution to my specific problem. They were always respectful of my home and money. They could have rightfully charged me $5000 to hook it up like the manual basic instruction. But they took the time and effort to learn the system and find a way to save me over $3000 dollars. Integrity is priceless. Call Mister Electrical now.

He took the time to clearly explain the entire installation process upfront, which gave me great confidence going in. On installation day, he was flexible and accommodating when I ran late from work -- that kind of professionalism goes a long way. The end result looks fantastic. He patched every hole made during the install and cleaned up completely before leaving. I've already recommended him to friends and will absolutely call him again for future projects.

The job required running roughly 60 feet of wiring through a long route across multiple studs, which meant cutting a number of access holes along the way. Despite the complexity, everything was routed cleanly and the outlet sits flush exactly as intended. What really impressed me was the drywall finishing. Patching after that many access points can easily turn into a headache, but Ahmad's patchwork was smooth and precise. Some spots were nearly paint-ready with barely any sanding needed. He also cleaned up about 95% of the mess afterward, leaving only a small amount of drywall dust behind, which is more than reasonable for this scope of work. Ahmad also took the time to explain why a NEMA 14-50 was the right choice for an EV charger setup, and went above and beyond by pulling out his multimeter on the spot to show me the proper voltage coming from the outlet. Real peace of mind that the job was done safely and correctly. Professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. I'll absolutely be calling Ahmad again for future projects, and I recommend him without hesitation.
