They asked for pictures of the breaker and the issue, diagnosed it quickly, and offered same-day service. Communication was incredibly easy and clear, all by text. Max arrived right on time, identified the short, and fixed it efficiently. They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and honestly just great to work with. I can't speak more highly of them. Miquel did his inspection and gave me a total quote which included parts, labor & taxes. Clear & transparent on costs which is appreciated. Miquel did the job professionally & quickly, he walked me through the working part to ensure everything was correct. He also ensured that I received the receipt via email before leaving. Miquel also was conscious of cleaning up, and he wore booties over his shoes without being asked. Definitely would recommend Jab & Sons, from scheduling to installation.

After some initial miscommunications about the job, things didn't quite turn out the way I hoped, but Luis, the company owner came out himself to make sure things were resolved. And even though the scope of the project increased, he insisted on completing the job at the original rate (although I'm not going to let him, because the scope had increased substantially, and that is clearly my own doing). When working with someone new, it's always a toss up on how things will go when unexpected difficulties arise, and I'm very pleased in how Luis does business. Six-stars! UPDATE: the job is done and we are awaiting inspection this week. The pictures speak for themselves. We are extremely satisfied with our Tesla Wall connector Gen 3 installation. Luis went up and over our garage with EMT to get to the nearby panel. He had to upgrade a breaker to a double pole 60A breaker and also had to update the breaker that goes to the subpanel in the main panel to 100A. Tesla had sent us a bad wall connector the first time around and advised us remotely that the electrical work done was perfect and that all power levels were as expected. Luis insisted on coming out himself anyhow to double check everything even though I assured him it was Teslas wall connector. Sure enough the wiring was perfect and when the new wall connector arrived I popped it on and everything worked like magic.

I posted the project request late Monday night and he had every thing done within 24 hours.. Not only did he take care of splitting our laundry room outlet and moving the washer & dryer outlets down (so we can install a countertop), he also put an outlet in for our dishwasher. That wasn't part of the original request and he still took care of it same day. My partner does most of the renovation and construction work in our home. Mr. Fuentes was kind enough to show him exactly how he did everything and actually TEACH him as he worked. He didn't need to do that, but he deeply cares about providing the best service to his clients. He even offered to answer questions via text if my partner was working on something electrical.
