During the consultation, as Sriram (2021) observed, Rob "took notes of the locations where I wanted the drops, estimated the length of each run from the networking rack, and how the drops would be wired, carefully noting the number of cuts needed." Get on phone again and here we are trying to cancel since September 2025, it's mid April 2026, still not cancelled and they refuse to give us the months back they drafted and saying they have no record of verifying our payoff of equipment or cancellation. So I will never recommend them ever because cancelling isn't option. Seeking legal action now. We have names of cancelling department, emails and proof of payoff. Do not use them.
