VEGAN OPTIONS - Yes. House made nut milk. The house made nut milk is absolutely delicious. The consistency of the drinks was pretty good. However, the balance of flavours was off. I had the lavender latte and it was far too strong on the lavender flavour. I like that they make the syrup in house, but it just overwhelmed the taste of the espresso. It also seemed a bit too milky overall. With regard to the espresso, I found the taste to be too fruity and acidic. However I fully acknowledge that fruity bright beans are not my thing. If I'm in the area again I might give this another shot and just go with a more standard cappuccino. However I encourage everyone to give this place a chance at least once. read more

Best coffee shop out there!! But longevity is far more more than just a coffee shop. I love everything on their menu but a few of my favorites are the Jing City and Egg Salad Toast. I also LOVE the natural soda tinctures which are full of amazing superfoods and adaptogens. They curb my bad habit of drinking the occasional Diet Coke and satisfy my sweet tooth. Seriously all the drinks and products are amazing here and I feel so much better putting them in my body than if I got a drink from any other coffee shop. Also all the staff are superstars and incredibly helpful/knowledgeable about the product. read more

I wish I loved this place. It smells great inside and you can tell they use quality ingredients... this was more about my experience here than the drinks. Drove here from Agoura specifically for their lavender latte. My assumption was it was a tea latte but to my surprise when I got my drink, it was a coffee... not a big deal, I should have clarified when I ordered so it's my bad. I apologized and let the server know and they seemed annoyed that I was requesting a tea vs their crafted coffee but they made it anyways. I go to the counter to pick up the lavender tea latte with almond milk and it's just a tea. No milk. I paid $6 (with tip) for a cup of tea. To top it off it tasted liked a cup of hot flowers, not a delicious tea latte I was so looking forward to this morning. The wait staff weren't very pleasant when I requested to remake my coffee into a tea latte so I didn't feel comfortable saying something again. I asked for no ice so the drinks wouldn't be watered down, and I did not expect that to mean the drinks would be 3/4 or 2/3 full. I mean really? Please fix this. I'm sure customers don't want to spend $7 per drink only to have partially full drinks. And I arrived over 10 minutes before closing and I was told I couldn't order hot drinks. I ordered a regular latte and their special chocolate parfait. Both taste so good and better than I expected. You can taste the coconut cream that they used and all the fruits are fresh. Coffee tastes really good as well. I didn't have enough time to read through all their background and stories behind their coffee/company but you can definitely tell the coffee beans they use are so much better and less acidic comparing to Starbucks or other chain places. Definitely coming back trying more dunks and dessert. read more

They stop brewing coffee at noon. He said it ends up just being a waist. Any coffee shop that decide not to brew coffee because they might not sell it is obviously not doing enough business to justify being open Also the blended frappe on the menu had blue tape over the price with a handwritten marker for $9.50 read more

We just moved to this area after living in Venice for 12+ years and being very spoiled with all the great local coffee shops we had there. We were looking for a good coffee shop since we moved, and it was so refreshing to find a place where they roast their own coffee close by. I tried the lavender latte and it was amazing, surprisingly not very sweet! The guy told me they make their own lavender syrup, it definitely tasted very fresh. He said they make their own almond milk too :) My husband ordered a pour over and unfortunately they were not able to make it, but he tried a regular coffee and he really liked the flavor of it, not burnt like we usully taste in chain coffee shops. The environment is very pleasant! Great place! read more

If you're in a rush or just looking for something relatively quick, pick a different spot. While both drinks I got on two different occasions were good, it took forever to get them. I thought that the soda would be super fast to get before an appointment but instead it took around 10 minutes and I ended up being late. The service wasn't very warm and friendly and neither was the shop itself. It may be what some people like but I prefer a cozy, comfortable coffee shop. read more

This is NOT your typical coffee shop like a Starbucks or other cafe knock-offs. I ordered the Hot Vanilla Latte with coconut whipped cream and man ohh man...it is nothing that I tasted before. I can taste every natural ingredient that was put in to making this drink. The menu does look sophisticated for many people, but for those who value natural ingredients, want your money worth, and are an adventures eater like I am then this is the coffee shop to be. I plan on trying other interesting drinks they have on the menu and make the trip worth it. read more

I love the coffee drinks here. It's a very cute environment and they have vegan options. The one thing I'm bummed about is that they use to have the best avocado toast, but they changed the recipe. I just found out though that the strawberry's will be back on the toast in the spring! We will not get their avocado toast again until the strawberry's return but we will be back for next their delicious lattes and they have hummus toast and almond butter toast we want to try. Their sourdough bread is the best!! read more

I Love this place! I can't stop going there now. The quality of their coffee is noticeably clean, as I am very sensitive to caffeine and theirs is very smooth, without the jitters, anxiety and eventual depressed mood that I've found with other brands like bulletproof, Immordl and others. The avocado toast is nonpareil and they are very creative with the inclusion of tonic herbs that they incorporate in some of their signature offerings. I enjoy the Jing City, in particular. The owners and their staff are incredibly friendly as well. I highly recommend giving them a try! read more

Two drinks for $15 and we didn't finish either. The oat chai latte was very mild in flavor and weirdly powdery and the Chaga cappuccino tasted more like protein shake chocolate milk than a cappuccino. Not really worth it, but there was a group of people in there who seemed to be having a really good time so maybe it just wasn't my cup of tea read more

Used to love this place. Went today and got curdles of milk in coffee. Complained to barista who tried to say it was fine and went back chatting to girl at counter. The food looks great, the toasts are always gorgeous and delicious. The drinks were unfortunately, very disappointing. I got a large Kauai smoothie and it isn't bad, coconut water, pineapple, strawberry, and banana in a large (24oz) and it tastes like crunchy coconut water. But for $13 I feel like it could've been a lot better. A friend got the morning blend smoothie bowl ($16.50) and an iced London Fog (6) but also didn't like any of it in the end. Describing the London fog as the worst one in her entire life, and only ate the bananas on top of the smoothie bowl. I think personally it's on me that I didn't get one of their signatures, I am a BIG fan of almost every raspberry white mocha I had, but didn't end up getting them, will go next time! The pastries in the window looked so delicious too, but an almost $30 cafe visit is not in my budget as much as I hope it was. I love that they're so accommodating for different restrictions and life goals though, I have multiple friends who don't take seed oils, different milks, vegans, or gluten free and they have an option for literally everyone.
