This current space is not where you will find her, you'll need to go up the road to 31425 Agoura Road. She's upstairs in a healthy restaurant--it's in a gym environment so it's fun to see all the athleticism on display. I'm impressed with anyone who has an idea and makes it happen. Clearly, she loves what she does so she's a pop-up for now in this new location until the other location construction is completed. Fortunately I read some reviews ahead of making my way to Moonphaze, which well informed me to find it inside Lumber + Linen. Otherwise from the outside one wouldn't have told there's a cafe inside as the giant sign was only featuring the shop's name and not the cafe. It was such gorgeous green scenery that gave me the Alice in Wonderland tea party vibe; regardless of the seat I picked, either indoor or outdoor patio at the back. I honestly could spend hours sitting there enjoying my read as it felt like I was just sitting amidst a garden or backyard surrounded by peaceful natural ambiance sipping my drink. Selling that distinctive vibe, as expected the drinks came with pretty steep price tags. I got their Cloud Matcha, their version of Matcha Latte with cream top that I customized to get their Salted Maple cream (typically served with different drink). It wasn't like my top matcha list, but decent enough and prolly elevated by the setting. It was just okay to be honest. It looks better than it tasted. If you like the taste of cereal milk then this is for you but I'm not a fan of that taste in matcha! Maybe it was just too sweet and needed less sweetness? Definitely give it a try since everyone has difference tastes but it just wasn't for me. read more

This place is amazing. Love how it is inspired by the moon and nature. When you walk in, lots of plants and outdoor and indoor seating that is Forest Sun and moon crystals magic themed. Appreciate the friendly staff who greeted us and explained the menu to us. Above all, love how their cloud matcha has a gluten free and diary free option. The coconut foam was incredibly foamy and tasty and their iced vanilla cloud matcha was on point refreshing and delicious. Their oat milk latte was yummy too. Adore the swing inside. Rustic feel. And yes it is actually located inside Lumber + Linen , it took us nearly 20 minutes to figure out where they were located but I was determined and for a good reason lol They are located next to all the main stores, to the side of the shopping mall ( not inside) . There is plenty of parking . A stunning and may I say a very zen coffee shop. With a very cozy sitting area filled with greenery. Make sure you have plenty of time because you are going to want to explore this spot while you sip on your coffee. Amazing customer service both for the coffee shop & the lumber + linen store. It really gives you that holistic, earthy feeling the moment you walk in. I ordered the cloud matcha, which was delicious and beautifully presented. The only thing I wish they'd do differently is mix the sweetener with the matcha before adding the cloud on top -- since it's so dense, it's really hard to stir and get a consistent flavor throughout. But taste-wise, it was on point. The customer service was truly fantastic. The girl working there was so sweet and helpful. She mentioned that a friend of hers does the baking and brings in fresh goods weekly. Unfortunately, I must've come at the tail end of the batch because the lemon muffin I tried was very dry and stale -- I genuinely almost choked on it.
