The service was friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. It's a great spot to get some work done if needed, and the coffee was excellent with rich, satisfying flavor.

Iced Matcha Latte with oat milk and 3 stevias. Strong and delicious!

I come here just for the Iced Matcha Latte with oat milk. It is delicious and very strong! I love mine with 3 stevias. I'll eventually try other things. I live a 1/2 mile up the street! I wish they had more Stir parking!

Got a box of assorted pastries, which won a round of applause from Thousand Oaks mums at a boy's birthday pool party. Coffee was pairly good. The vibe at the bar/cafe was trendy. The price turned out to be quite affordable - considering its location at Four Seasons.

We were looking for a coffee shop in the area. Yelp lead us here but we were not aware that the cafe is inside the Four Seasons. There is plenty of parking and we were able to get in and out pretty quick. Friendly service and great coffee!

***Best Chocolate Chip Cookie in the City*** Convenient gourmet coffee shop inside a beautiful hotel in Westlake Village! Food: Pastries, Fresh Gelato, Baked Goods and the Chocolate Chip Cookies are the stand out! Best in the City! Drinks: Coffee from Stumptown Coffee Roasters, Juices and Tea's Service: Located inside the Four Seasons and the service is excellent. Decor: Modern Chic and it's a small little space inside the Four Seasons Lobby with limited seating. Ownership: The Dole Man! Parking: Designated parking for STIR right in-front main entrance and long term paid parking in a parking structure. They do validate. Tips: One hidden gem after another at this Four Seasons! Coin and Candor is anothther spot that cannot be overlooked!

4 stars because it is more of a grab and go coffee place. I wouldn't recommend as a place for you to get some work done on your laptop or reading. The music is louder than the average coffee shop and since it is located in the Four Seasons lobby across from the check in desk, there's a lot of foot traffic and loud conversations. I had to have my AirPods on full blast and noise cancellation to burry the noises around me. There's little seating and tables available. The seats and couch are in my opinion too low to work comfortably on your laptop. LIKES: The barista is super nice and works quickly so 5 stars to the staff. I got a simple black coffee and it tasted like quality coffee.

What a legit coffeeshop at the Four Seasons! I wish that they are all over! Personable service (who look you in the eye and carry authentic conversation) and one of the best iced mochas I have ever had in my life - all in this little gem of a place! I am so glad that they are around! I first checked out this place around 2015 when I used to work across the street. All I can say is wow! They are on fire! Truly!

had a latte with 2% milk and a pistachio croissant. Both were delicious, but the nine dollar price tag on the pastry was a bit much.

I just discovered Stonehaus today when I went searching for a nice spot to do lunch on Easter. I am…read moreso happy that I ventured over to Westlake Village because this spot was cute! I was hit with valet parking ($7 charge) as soon as I arrived so I was a little worried it might be a little snooty but the vibe was super casual once we were inside. After parking we made our way into the ordering area which has both a food ordering section and bar section. The menu is fairly basic but there are options for just about everyone from salads and paninis to pizzas. I got a pepperoni pizza and a red sangria while my husband got a chicken Caesar salad. The salad was pretty typical, nothing standout about it. But the pizza was actually pretty good. It has a very thin, cracker-like crust and decent flavors. After ordering at the counter, you take the buzzer and go grab a table in one of their many seating areas. I first stopped by the bar area to grab my sangria though. Even for a busy Easter Sunday, there was more than enough seating for all the people there. Take my advice and do a lap so you know where to sit before committing to a spot. We sat right up front where everyone else was. But after eating , I took my sangria and went on a stroll through the little vineyard and other seating areas there. You truly feel like you stepped into Disneyland or Italy when you are there. It's this beautiful little working vineyard in the middle of Westlake Village. Prices were a little steep for the food quality but the ambiance was totally worth it. They even had a live jazz trio playing which added to the vibe. There were tons of families having lunch there and I think that on a normal weekend this place is probably a great spot to come with a group of friends for a little day drinking and wine tasting.

Service is non-existent there are zero servers or waiters in a very large area. Have to order your food and they are all served without silverware in stadium cardboard foldable boxes. What a vibe for a patio garden. Their menu is very underwhelming and pathetic... cold cuts and cheese is about 80% of it. What's left of it? Waited in line to order at 10.40am, how about some pizza which is clearly written as a lunch menu that begins at 11:00 a.m.? Waited in line to order wasting 20 minutes only for the cashier to say that pizza will not be served for another hour and that the pit is closed. Then why the fuck do you put it on your lunch menu and state that lunch begins at 11:00 a.m.? You cannot order any lunch items before 11:00. You cannot order any breakfast items after 11:00. I was there at 10:40 and they wouldn't even put it in or grant my request of simply starting a lunch order at 11:00 as long as I get the order in and pay so I don't have to wait in line again all over. Easy one (actually not even one just left) and done after the cashier seems to enjoy my suffering on Mother's Day with a group of people looking at me as I expressed my frustration that I could not order what I wanted when I wanted even if it was on time or not. Pathetic as can be. Left immediately after was told I can't order pizza at 11:00 when lunch starts. Good luck.

Where I think Longevity is lacking though is in their food pricing which I don't feel it's justified, I totally get paying a premium for their coffee. The one piece of sourdough toast with butter was a whopping $8+. It won't stop me going there I just won't order those food items again. Selling that distinctive vibe, as expected the drinks came with pretty steep price tags. I got their Cloud Matcha, their version of Matcha Latte with cream top that I customized to get their Salted Maple cream (typically served with different drink). It wasn't like my top matcha list, but decent enough and prolly elevated by the setting. More than the drink, I was prolly more hooked by the flavored cream top which was less common and even available in non-dairy option!
