    Banana Pudding Latte
    Analiea M.

It was my first time trying this place today and I'm obsessed! I got the banana pudding latte with oat milk and it was absolutely delicious. You can adjust the sweetness level but I kept mine as is, perfect for a sweet coffee lover. It was so rich in flavor and the banana pudding was so creamy! The ambiance is relaxed, not a huge seating area but it was work friendly. It was also super busy around lunch time but they had it ready in no time, great service and coffee!

Friendly staff. Plenty of parking available. The tea, coffee, and other drinks were all great. The croffles (croissant and waffle mashup) were also really good. I need to go back to trylre drinks. They offer seating inside and also outside.

I've been frequenting A Tea Thing for a few weeks now and I can say that I've always had a good experience. Interior is clean and there's plenty of parking! What I got: - Coconut Cream Green Thai Tea (5/5) the tea was creamy and floral its a GREAT option for a hot day

I love the sea salt cream drinks and loved that I could pick oolong, green or black tea. It was so good and the cup was cute. Very different than other places. I ordered my drink 75% sweet with light ice and thought it was perfect. I would come again.

Took my son for some boba and service was amazing. My son has a peanut allergy and they were quick to reassure me that none of the products they had contained peanuts, which my son was so excited about. We choose the Tornado Pink Lychee with brown sugar boba. I was able to control how sweet I wanted the drink to be which was nice. It's nice and refreshing. Definitely the perfect summer drink. Overall, place was clean, service was great, and the drink was fantastic.

This is the only boba place I go to! I love that I can get caffeine free options with milk alternatives and gave the ability to alter the sweetness levels! Drinks are always consistently made which is how it should be. Today was an exceptionally busy day and the gentleman working was juggling a large amount of orders solo. He was taking the orders and filling them. His energy remained cool and calm. He was so pleasant when assisting me. When I got home I realized my daughter's prized possession had been left behind. Upon calling the store I was greeted by Tori (sp? Torey, Tory) once again. He assured me he was not helping customers at the time of the call and he would be happy To take a lap around the store inside and out to see if he could find my daughter's toy. We didn't in fact recover it until we returned home to find it had never even left the house. I called him back to thank him for his willingness and he was just so happy for us. That is the type of customer service that defines "above and beyond".

They don't have Jasmine tea and they gave the wrong straw... how do you drink boba with these straws??

Matcha Earl Grey Latte with Pudding and Sea Salt Cream
    Erin W.

Cute little place with seating and menu on the wall. So many options! For all tea lattes you can choose between jasmine green, black tea, or oolong which is nice. I was tempted by quite a few things but but settled on the iced matcha earl grey latte. Love the inclusion of the earl grey and tiramisu flavors! Added some salt cream and pudding, which made for a decadent treat. Also ordered the brown sugar boba Croffle, a gorgeous waffled croissant in brown sugar syrup, topped with cream and plentiful fresh brown sugar boba. Tastes as good as it looks! Will be back to try their fruity tornado drinks and the rest of the matcha options.

I went after they opened, it was quiet and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the green Thai tea milk tea with boba. It's sweet but not as sweet as a regular Thai tea. Boba was nice and fresh too. Parking- big lot with plenty of parking spaces shared with other businesses

Super solid boba spot in the area. I liked that they had dif cups I'd never seen before LOL. The drinks were pretty good but it was nothing that was so insanely unique that you couldn't find at other spots

    Coconut Cream GREEN Thai Tea

I'm now on a hunt to find a good boba place in town. Heard of this place as a coworker suggested to me. Came here on a Friday just before 6pm. There was 1 customer ahead of me. Menu has a good variety of drinks and snacks. Menu design looks appealing. Went ahead with a Coconut Cream Green Thai Tea and a Cookie 'n' Cream Croffle. The coconut cream striked a strong salty taste, yet short on the coconut flavor. Boba was excellent, was just soft enough and warm. Green Thai Tea was not "serving." The croffle was awesome. Took it for to-go. The croffle still held the crunchiness after a 15 minutes drive. The cream fell more on the sweet side. If only it was a little more salty, which could well-balance the sweetness from toppings. Employees were attentive. They provided frequent updates on my croffle. Would recommend this place

Great drinks! Love the different drink options and the toppings are all good too. However, their drinks do run extremely sweet, so I'd recommend adjusting the sweetness.

I was hit with valet parking ($7 charge) as soon as I arrived so I was a little worried it might be a little snooty but the vibe was super casual once we were inside. After parking we made our way into the ordering area which has both a food ordering section and bar section. The menu is fairly basic but there are options for just about everyone from salads and paninis to pizzas. I got a pepperoni pizza and a red sangria while my husband got a chicken Caesar salad. The salad was pretty typical, nothing standout about it. But the pizza was actually pretty good. It has a very thin, cracker-like crust and decent flavors. After ordering at the counter, you take the buzzer and go grab a table in one of their many seating areas. I first stopped by the bar area to grab my sangria though. Even for a busy Easter Sunday, there was more than enough seating for all the people there. Take my advice and do a lap so you know where to sit before committing to a spot. We sat right up front where everyone else was. But after eating , I took my sangria and went on a stroll through the little vineyard and other seating areas there. You truly feel like you stepped into Disneyland or Italy when you are there. It's this beautiful little working vineyard in the middle of Westlake Village. Prices were a little steep for the food quality but the ambiance was totally worth it. They even had a live jazz trio playing which added to the vibe. There were tons of families having lunch there and I think that on a normal weekend this place is probably a great spot to come with a group of friends for a little day drinking and wine tasting.

The people taking orders and gathering food were young, nice, and--though they didn't have much to do since you basically serve yourself--were ok. It took about half hour to receive our food. Their delivery system has always been kinda low-rent for such a lovely location, and kinda expensive, but still ok. Two orders of ham crepes tasted fine but were literally cold. One order of Bagel and lox was served with what tasted like a store bought bagel and almost-old salmon, but still tasted ok. Teaspoon of cream cheese included. Other order was a blueberry muffin which had no distinguishing characteristics. So... plenty of lovely and beautiful people there, and the restaurant was as-always ok, but honestly, after being in business maybe 15 years, it was just barely ok. Didn't hate it, didn't like it, as always.

Where I think Longevity is lacking though is in their food pricing which I don't feel it's justified, I totally get paying a premium for their coffee. I ordered some avocado toast and a side order of sourdough toast; they have the avocado toast priced just under $15 for only one piece of toast where almost anywhere else in the area is priced at $10. The one piece of sourdough toast with butter was a whopping $8+. It won't stop me going there I just won't order those food items again. I got their Cloud Matcha, their version of Matcha Latte with cream top that I customized to get their Salted Maple cream (typically served with different drink). It wasn't like my top matcha list, but decent enough and prolly elevated by the setting.
