First time coming here and I must say! The food is amazing! I don't recommend eating outside though. It's so nice that you forget it's humid as you know what lol! Anyways, back to the food. Everything and I mean everything we had at my table deserves 10/10 stars!!! I loved my meal and I could tell that they really used the best quality ingredients for each of their menu items. Good brunch, great service. I attended Local Table in the past for a weekend brunch and wasn't impressed. Standard breakfast items, nothing special...locally sourced food, so higher price. For the price I paid, I would have rather gone to Dish Society for their brisket and eggs. After my recent visit, I have completely changed my mind. Crab Cake Benedict. Wow. The crab cake itself was incredible. My wife had the regular Benedict and enjoyed it, but did like the taste of my crab cake. Topping it off with an egg and a light hollandaise sauce is a great taste combination. The coffee was also good, and I can't say anything bad about the service. I do want to return and have another Crab Cake Benedict. Right now, I feel that Local Table and Dish Society are the best brunch spots in Katy. read more

I came here the other day with some gfs to celebrate my birthday and this place did not disappoint. Only knew about this place because of Yelp. I don't live in Katy so we were trying to find a brunch place in Katy. I ordered the Mimosa Flight and when it comes to eggs Benedict I'm a sucker for it. I got the Crab Cake Eggs Benedict with Bacon on the side. You gotta have bacon with everything! Everything was cooked perfectly and the yolks from the eggs was dripping We do plan on coming back next time we are in the area. Would like to try other delicious food on the menu! Oh and this is a cute lil place. Love the inside and outside patio. Only issue I had was in the restroom, the toilet paper thingy is too low! It needs to be higher it seems like it was closer to the ground and it was hella hard to get the toilet paper... With that being said, this place still gets my 5 star! read more

Got Brunch on a Sunday morning here and it was such a great time! The restaurant itself had a very relaxed yet busy vibe. Staff was super nice and paid a lot of attention to detail. Food was delicious! Got the crab cake Benedict and salmon avocado toast. Each dish was super flavorful and the side dishes combined well all together. The salmon avocado toast had many fresh ingredients and I truly enjoyed each bite. Definitely recommend this if you're a smoked salmon lover like myself. Left with a happy tummy! There are a few locations across the city. This is the new one in the Katy area. Upon arrival we were seated rapidly by friendly faces. We opted to dine indoors but there is a large beautiful patio with plenty of seating on the Local table side, the Local Bar side has a nice patio as well for an older happy hr crowd. The decor inside is nice and simple. There is a large area that looks as if it can be reserved for events in the future. Our waiter took our order and the food arrived faster than we expected and was nice and hot. If you like goat cheese the goat cheese omelette is a must...recommended by Carlos the director that visited our table & took the time out to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. Looking for a place to have lunch and found this place. The reviews were good, but actually being there is an underwhelming experience. I asked for a margarita with no salt, and got salt on the rim ‍ I got the Italian pizza with cauliflower crust, and was informed they didn't have it. I ordered the American burger, my fault I forgot to ask for a lettuce wrap instead of the bun, but the server never came to check on me. I had to flag someone down to ask for a lettuce wrap for the burger. I wanted to move my seat outside to be in the sun and the server didn't help me move my drinks. The food came and I was not impressed. I could have made it better at home. I asked for more ketchup and didn't even get more. For the price, it was bad service and mediocre food. Best bet is to go to a mom and pop place and spend half as much there for better food read more

HONEY GLAZED SALMON WRAP $14 (4/5)- salmon was cooked well and the bacon was crunchy. The feta jalapeno dressing on the wedge salad was good and a tad spicy. Prior to ordering, I was thinking about the salmon pita at Zoe's Kitchen for less than $11, however this wrap was better! It was definitely bigger (I saved half of it), and it was very full of veggies and salmon! CHEESECAKE $7 (5/5)- I only saw one review about the cheesecake, but OH MAN IT WAS GOOD!
