Never heard of this place before but it is a great concept! Lots of flavor profiles to choose from to please everyone. I would like to see them become more widespread in STL. Portions huge and low cost. Also REALLY impressed to see allergens posted including msg. Keep it up! read more

This place is alright. It was good! But nothing too out of the ordinary for the price of it. We paid like $60 for four solo nachos plates (including tip). The Hawaiian one was pretty sweet. The buffalo one had a lot of buffalo sauce but was pretty good for my friend (I personally don't like buffalo so I didn't like it as much) I got the top nacho and it's just ordinary nachos you would get at any other place. The workers there are nice and attentive. Overall it's kind of pricy and the nachos are alright. read more

First full day open and we picked up multiple nacho dishes to try: the Jamaican Jerk (in a grain bowl format), the Mediterranean, the Ol' Standby, as well as the Cannoli nachos and rice crispy treat. All in all, the main dishes were great. While the bowl got mixed up, the other two were left in nacho for, which allowed us to figure out the good and not as good qualities. In the Ol' Standby, virtually everything was delicious and worked well with one exception: the pickled veggies. Everyone thought the addition of pickled cauliflower and carrots to be bizarre, contradictory ingredients to the dish. In the Mediterranean, the balsamic onions and Kalamata olives provided a tartness that consumed the dish, which wasn't bad at all, but the flavor of the meat and tzatziki were both muted, which was a little bummer. I, personally, wasn't a fan of the pita chips, but that was just a preference because they were so thick. In both dishes, we felt that they were ultimately great dishes with small additions that didn't really work, but everyone is different and you may enjoy every aspect of the nachos. On to the desserts. The loaded rice crispy treat was something like a 4"x3"x3" block of rice crispies, marshmallow, and a load of sweet things. It was delicious. The star, in my opinion, was the Cannoli nacho dessert. Sweet chips, sliced strawberries, chocolate shavings, sweet mascarpone, and mixed berry jam with what appeared to be thin strips of fresh mint. This was one of the most creative desserts I've ever had and it was amazing. The nachos are excessively indulgent and, while not everything works, it seemed like it was always one small piece in a bigger whole that could be taken out with no one missing it. This place had a good atmosphere and I think it could be a lot better but they use homemade kettle chips instead of tortilla chips. Tried the Bahn Mi nachos and they were great. Portion size big, service and staff great. Only wish the wonton chips and meat were warm because I don't like cold meat but flavor was great. So we looked up St Charles in Yelp to find the best local flair to try when visiting. Found this in top 10. We ordered two side by sides. It's expensive. First I love Bahn Mi-there version the meat was sweet. It didn't have any spice. Gyro tasted like the grocery store frozen gyro kit. Sweet Hawaiian meat tasteless chips wet. Sweet corn tasted like the corn dip people bring to luncheons. Very disappointed. Awesome concept-poor execution. read more

I was really excited to try this out because I've been hearing about it for a while, and I LOVE some good nachos. The variety of menu options is a plus, but I was not super impressed by the actual taste of the food. Maybe I didn't know what I was actually ordering, but shouldn't nachos come hot, or at least warm?? And the meat was definitely overcooked, I had the gyro nachos. It was also very hard to here the staff, who were very polite. And maybe I missed them, but it would be nice to have signs to be able to see what the options are for toppings, rather than the employees just pointing at them. I signed up for the loyalty program completely expecting to come back. But truthfully, I don't know if I will. At least it won't be my first choice. Honestly, kind of disappointed. read more

My wife and I came in the summer of 2021 because we both love nachos so I assumed we would love this place. The toppings were good and creative but the chips ruined the experience. Good chips are crucial to good nachos and the chips definitely seemed like they were average store bought chips out of the bag at best. If I were the owners I'd focus on making good fresh chips that nearly every Mexican restaurant is able to make. But since they are a nacho place that seems like a low bar... they should try to make really good chips. If it seems like they improve their chips at some point, we'd give this place another shot. read more

There are pre-selections but you can easily customize as they build your nachos in front of you. They're also connected to Narwals which is neat. Only downside is not a lot of seating inside and it gets hot on the patio. read more

I've been waiting to try this cute little fast casual spot! We took the kids recently & mostly enjoyed it! Pro tip when ordering for picky kids: ask for plain chips, otherwise they are tricolored w/ a seasoning on it. It tasted fine to us, but the kids were scared it was spicy. We ordered the 3 appetizers to share & the s'mores dessert. The crab Rangoon & s'mores were our faves. So tasty & those wonton chips are to die for. The corn chip appetizer was good, but not overly flavorful. The toasted ravioli was a miss in our opinion. In theory it sounds good, but we both thought it was just "eh" & very wet. Who wants to eat wet chips? We were both kind of surprised the tortilla chips weren't "AMAZING." We've been to restaurants with chips you just can't get enough of, but these were just fine, not amazing, but not bad by any means.
