I'm so impressed and thrilled that they have meat replacements and the flavor is amazing. I placed my order online and when I called to change my pickup time, they were so nice. When I picked up, the place was clean and the people super friendly. The food was really fresh and so yummy. We had the Philly and subbed for the meat. We will definitely be back! Very high anticipation for this place to open since we live across the street. It didn't disappoint! We had the Ol' Standby/Toasted Ravioli/Buffalo Chicken and the Cannoli. All were delicious, especially that whipped ricotta cheese on the Toasted Ravs and the cannoli was also a fave. Great concept! This one's a Winner. Truly elevated nachos done well. I LOVE the options for Philly, Gyro, Bahn Mi or traditional nachos with a flare. FAST food with Full Service Flavor! I think the concept for a nacho specific restaurant is a great idea. The staff was very very nice was helpful when we were deciding what to order. The food is pretty good. I got the barbecue pork nacho and the crab Rangoon nacho. While both were pretty good my favorite has to be the barbecue pork because it had a very well round flavor. The one thing that makes the crab Rangoon nacho not as great to me was the fact that it was not warm. Typically when I think of crab Rangoon it's warm which was throwing me off a bit but still was pretty good. read more

The loaded potato was blah. Cold nacho sauce, cold bacon. The smash burger nachos were ok. But, cold. The crab Rangoon were very good and had a bit of warmth. I will say the base chips on all three were very good. This place needs to use an oven. Another pet peeve - if you have a restaurant, have a vestibule or partition at the front door. When it is 20 degrees out you are freezing your customers every time the door opens. Overall Loaded is a disappointment, but the fixes are simple. Add beer and wine to the menu and heat to the nachos. read more

I have no idea why this place has good reviews. It's basically fast food. The chips were previously cooked and stale. Had the toasted ravioli and Korean bbq. The bolognese sauce was dry, chips stale. The Korean bbq was good flavor but the stale chips ruined it. read more

Lovely place! Very creative! The people working seemed very joyful, and they were extremely helpful with ordering, as it was our first time. I came with my mom. She got the Hawaiian nachos, and she loooved them. Good portion size. I got the Philly as a salad, and it was wonderful. I made a few modifications, which they are happy to do. Great flavor! My hubby and I loved the food! The atmosphere was a mess though, it was super busy and the staff couldn't keep the tables or restrooms clean. We ate outside at a dirty, self-bussed table. The nachos were pretty good. I loved the street corn as a side. The chicken was not seasoned the greatest, but the flavors from the rest of the toppings made up for it for the most part. I would recommend them seasoning the chicken. I got the buffalo chicken nachos and the blue cheese was phenomenal on it. I asked for a side of ranch and I'm a ranch lover. Fantastic ranch. My girlfriend got the Hawaiian nachos, and she loved the queso on it. I would definitely go back for the street corn. We went later in the evening around 830 or 9 o'clock and it was harder to find parking, but there is a large parking lot out front and a parking garage across the street. The employees helped us make a decision on the menu since it was our first time there. overall, it was a good experience, and I would go back to try the smash burger nachos. Great concept! Portions sizes are generous and the menu is really creative. All the employees were nice and the place was clean. I got the street corn which was delicious and the Ole Standby which was very fresh but...oddly bland. It sure seemed like it would be full of flavor so maybe my taste buds were just having an off day? I'll definitely try them again but will order something else.
