OMG! What a find. My family and I had moved out of state and came back to visit. Needed a bite to eat before going to Universal studios. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Before they take your order you are given some mini conchas. We all ordered the Basic Combo which came with 2 eggs, meat, hash browns and 2 large pancakes. I'm not sure what happened it was Amazing before my favorite food place then I got this on DoorDash they didn't add the whipped cream no syrup and it tasted and looked undercooked. I never leave bad reviews but it's not great I called they just said ask DoorDash for a refund but they shouldn't be serving food out like this how could it be this messed up? Came for breakfast on a Saturday morning and it was pretty packed. For a family of 5 we only had a 10min wait though so no bad. Our waiter Richard was great, very friendly and fast. The churro crepe and the almond cheesecake crepe were both very good. Not too sweet. For appetizer they brought out mini concha's. Prices are average but my only complaint was their water. Taste like absolute tap water. Ambiance is like a ihop basically. Everything on the menu sounds soo good so I will definitely come back to try more items. read more

The food was so amazing and loved the whole experience. We had asada chilaquiles and didn't even have time to take a photo. Loved that they are served with hash browns instead of rice and beans. Mixing the hash browns with the cheesy sauce was so darn great. The coffee choices had my son and I going back and forth with what to get because everything looked so darn good. Couldn't believe we had never been here. The pan dulce they serve before your meal was so delicious as well. Oh and the server was super sweet and attentive. Visited with family after having this place on my list for a while. It was a weekend so the wait was about 30min not bad for our party of 4. Service was quick and the host and waiters/waitresses were really nice and vigilant. All our questions were answered and we had a good time talking to our waitress about what dishes were recommended. We got some mini complimentary Conchas which was nice. Our food came out in a timely way and we got everything we ordered. I got the chicken and egg plate with spicy red sauce. The flavor was good but it wasn't really a plate that I say I love it was good but nothing to rave about. I also asked to have some of their green sauce on the side to try and it was ok. I also ordered their honey lemon crepes and did not like them they were drowning in the lemon butter sauce and I'm not sure how else to describe the sauce besides stinky? It smelled a little funky but didn't taste bad I'm not sure if it's just the butter lemon combo that gives it that smell but it just wasn't good. I'd like to go back and try some of their other dishes. Our table also ordered the chirro crepes which I liked a lot better and they also ordered a chilaquile torta which they enjoyed. read more

I had brunch at Loaded Cafe and the customer service was amazing. I was greeted by almost every staff member as soon as I walked in. Their menu has a lot of options, but this time I tried the Crunchy BBQ Burger (without bacon). Before my meal, the waitress brought out two small conchas--warm, fresh, and delicious. One of the highlights was the mini conchas they give you to enjoy before your meal, which was a delightful touch. It came with their churro French toast which was tasty, although the icing had a lemony flavor that was a bit unexpected. My wife had their breakfast burrito. It came with a sauce that tasted like Campbell's soup. It was not good. There was no wait time, and the food came out quickly, which was nice. Inside, there is seating but it feels a bit crowded. Parking is spacious, though I'm not sure what it's like on weekends. Our server was friendly and checked in on us regularly. Stayed at the motel 6 next door when we were in town for The Warped Tour. Solid breakfast/lunch place. Nice mix of Mexican food and Traditional American food, this place has a little something for everyone. I'm not 100% sure, but I think they also have a bakery that's tied into the company, so there are some good baked goods as well. I've never heard of this place before, but it appears to be a popular chain throughout orange county, so if you're not neat this one, check out their other locations. The food was actually good but the service sucked! There was one waiter per four tables. One party actually left as I sat down with my daughter. Instead of the waiter greeting me and asking me about beverages at a minimum. He cleans up the last party tables and preps it without even acknowledging me. Once he got around to taking my order, he never came back to the table after my food arrive. The piggy meal is what I ordered for my self and I ordered the kids French toast plate. It came out to $43.60 and I left $45 dollars on the table. I'm a great tipper but he must do better with customer service read more

Stopped by a sunday morning for some authentic mexican breakfast and the food was sooo amazing. They give you conchitas for appetizer with coffee which was so cute. The chilaquiles were a disappointment. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but how can you mess up a dish so simple. It tasted like canned ingredients. I didn't ask for a refund as I did eat the meat which was the only good item on the dish because the beans also tasted like canned beans. I only make this review in hopes that they see it and make a change on the quality of the food. The concept of this place is amazing. read more
