I was especially impressed on the most recent project that included mounting of a digital photo frame. Carlos simply "wasn't having it" to mount the frame with the electrical cord showing! He expertly drilled holes and snaked the cord through the inside of the wall and back out just above the electrical outlet for an amazingly clean look. He had the finishing caps to cover the entry and exit holes too. Carlos and the crew also took a very personal interest in mounting my career memorabilia (22 plaques and awards!) beautifully in my home office. And they are undaunted by "oddball" stuff like mounting clips for a tapestry in my media room to cover unsightly electrical panels. Their excellence starts with the manager Marc who gathers a LOT of information from you (pictures, model numbers, installation videos, etc.) so that the crew arrives fully prepared. They patiently answered all of my questions. I felt involved at every stage in the process. They showed me the work once it was done, and made sure not to leave until we had plugged back in everything inside the house and made sure it had all come back. It was a masterclass in customer care. What do I mean by this? I had asked that the breakers in my box be identified with which part of my home they turned on/off. We bought the house as a flip and my home inspector missed that almost nothing in my breaker box was properly identified to a part of my home. Abby did this-using a labeller. I can easily identify what is linked to which part of the house. No having to guess a person's handwriting. It is such a relief to open the panel and immediately know what connects to where. And she carefully walked me through-twice-the newly identified breaker labels. When Abby set up motion sensor lights for the room where I have my furnace to replace bulbs operated with pull chords, she asked me first which setting I wanted the sensors on before installing them. Plus she left me the instruction manuals. She did not need to do this. she went the extra step. Jorge did a beautiful job in my laundry room and where once I had a hanging by a wire, ready to fall light fixture that never gave out that much light to begin with, I now have a bright LED light under which even the smallest stain will stand out for me to apply some shout prior to it going into the washing machine. The renovation included lowering the concrete ceilings by 6 inches in the entire unit so sheetrock and recessed lighting could be installed. New tile, hardwood floors, bedroom carpeting, and, heated patio floor were part of this extensive renovation. New wiring and plumbing along with complete kitchen and bathroom renovations were completed. This included removing and moving some walls and adding closets and renovating other closets, as well as all new doors for existing closets, all new light fixtures, vanities, and toilets. The remodel included new tile throughout both bathrooms, including new shower doors and tile.
