When we first came into the store, Henry was so thorough in his explanation of the different features of the spa we were interested in purchasing. The electrician (Nick) and the landscape person who installed our patio extension(Jose) who were recommended to us by Henry and Jeremy were also terrific. Once we had the spa delivered, I had some questions about some of the features of the tub, chemicals, as well as a small issue with one of the diverters that was leaking. I drove over to Southwest Spa to speak to someone in person, and Jeremy was kind enough to take the time to answer my questions, and also instructed me how to fix the diverter leak when I got home, and it worked perfectly after that. Easy-peasy! Having our own spa at our home has been on my husband and my bucket list for YEARS. We are so happy we were finally able to make it happen with the assistance of Southwest Spas!

I went through RNW pools for a pool repair project as a new homeowner. The pool I own is about 15…read moreyears old and looks like it was never drained or tiles cleaned of mineral buildup.. I'm sure we all know just how bad the water is out here in AZ, so you can imagine how unappealing my pool looked after years of neglect. Josh, the owner, was very responsive when I asked for a quote and came out I think the next day after I messaged him to look at my pool in person. He measured out the linear feet of my pool, answered questions I had about pool maintenance, and gave me a fair quote for the services I needed, based off pool size. I ended up getting my pool drained, tiles bead blasted, 5 loose tiles glued back on, gaps in the grout caulked, and starter chemicals added to my pool once it was filled with water. Josh even came by and vacuumed up the debris left in my pool from the days after poolwork. For the grout work, RNW subcontracted another pool company to come in to handle that task, and to be honest, I was not happy with the quality that pool company provided. But when I reached out to RNW about the subcontractor issue, Josh immediately made it right. Because of how professional, fair priced, and customer focused they are, RNW deserves all the great reviews and 5 stars on here.

We pay for the service every month through our rental agreement and we expected to have a nice looking pool for the summer in order for this to happen I have to go out there myself a sweep and vacuum the bottom of the pool. I didn't know know that paying for something meant you still had to do the work yourself. I have asked several times for him to sweep the bottom of the pool in which he said I'll be there tomorrow to tend to the pool and then again on the normal day. He never showed up for the extra day promised and only poured the shock into the water. Horrible service and not worth the money.
