I'm sure we all know just how bad the water is out here in AZ, so you can imagine how unappealing my pool looked after years of neglect. Josh, the owner, was very responsive when I asked for a quote and came out I think the next day after I messaged him to look at my pool in person. He measured out the linear feet of my pool, answered questions I had about pool maintenance, and gave me a fair quote for the services I needed, based off pool size. I ended up getting my pool drained, tiles bead blasted, 5 loose tiles glued back on, gaps in the grout caulked, and starter chemicals added to my pool once it was filled with water. Josh even came by and vacuumed up the debris left in my pool from the days after poolwork. For the grout work, RNW subcontracted another pool company to come in to handle that task, and to be honest, I was not happy with the quality that pool company provided. But when I reached out to RNW about the subcontractor issue, Josh immediately made it right. Because of how professional, fair priced, and customer focused they are, RNW deserves all the great reviews and 5 stars on here.

They're Okay. There are pros and cons for me. I was charged $120 per month, which covers weekly…read moreservice. Most of the time, they were in and out of my backyard in under 10 mins, putting chemicals in and emptying skimmer basket and then leaving. Rarely, they'd skim the pool surface or use my pool scrub brush. I pay attention to my pool tools ans notice when they are moved, and also have cameras in my backyard.. The day they come for service was also not consistent. A couple times weeks were skipped if there was a holiday. It would have been nice if they came the day after or day before said holiday so that I'm getting my money's worth, on a month by month basis. On the plus side, they brought it their own pool robot to help with dirt collecting in pool until I was able to buy my own. They also answered some of my pool questions which was great as a first time pool owner. they even took the initiative and set up my pool vacuum when I left out the new box in my patio, which I appreciated. So, like I mentioned in the beginning of post, this review is mixed, hence the 3 stars.
