We did and it worked! Needed a few replacement parts and they had those too. Expensive but these parts are hard to find and we needed them. They were very helpful! We won't go anywhere else.

Great management and great crew…read more Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. One new breaker later and I am back up and running. Thanks Pelican for being good people and not just pushing products.

Of course, they didn't have the attachment in when they had me sign off that everything was great. Still waiting to see what can be done to make it look better. Hopefully something! We did sign off on this ahead of time just want you to be prepared if you have anything in your current yard. So, you will have your funds. One warning when they have you sign off on them destroying your current yard meaning anything on the way to where you want your pool such as lighting, irrigation whatever is there believe them. They sub contract most things out and don't care when they're not up to standards as they already got paid. For how much I paid for this pool you would think they would care more but they don't. Honestly wish I could have gone with anyone else as they just don't seem to care. I almost went with Dolphin pools but felt slightly guilt tripped by the salesperson. Please do your research and hold them to a timeline if you go with them otherwise they will just take forever to fix anything or just ignore you.

You get a so called "quote" in person that comes hours after you visit and find every little thing to add up- talk about deceptive advertising. Then you go online and the prices for shipping/setup are different. Save yourself an hour and go with a reputable company in the valley that is well established and not an "outlet" for crap discount prices. Check the BBB ratings on this company as well- you will find horror stories of customers whose products have failed and little to no follow up or resolution.
