I've tried fixing them myself a while back, but they were stuck in pretty good. Our house is for sale and this was one of items found, that needed to be address before listing our house. Shawn came by and reviewed what needed done. He provided a written estimate and we agreed to pay half upfront. His employee Randy came by the next day and started tackling the job. Nice! It's now a week later. The pop-ups are all fixed and we also needed a new sand filter. The old one was leaking and was fifteen years old. We are really very happy with Shawn and his crew. Both he and Randy were exceptionally diligent and we would recommend Oasis to anyone needing weekly service or pool help. Thanks guys!

The local pool supply company, with a capital L, would test my water and sell me more chemicals. I had Oasis come by from a referral from a networking group to have my sand changed out of my filter. Troy and his team do a great job! They have been servicing the pool at my rental for about 4 years,…read moreand I have never had a problem or complaint with their work or management. Overall, they are professional and prompt, and my pool always looks fantastic. I can tell because I receive weekly reports. While I should have left them a review years ago, their recent supererogatory service prompted me to do so now. On Friday, I received a call from Troy telling me that the entire water line had been shut off - both to the house and outdoors. This is a big deal with a property with a pool! I called the PM, and the assistant director of property management had no idea how to handle it. Well, something needs to be done soon because if the water runs low, my pool equipment could be jeopardized! Since I am far and since the PM is poorly run, I called back Troy asking for advice. He offered to turn off the pump for me. This entailed an extra drive over, on a weekend, to turn off the pump. When he got there, he found the pump was struggling to pull water as the water had fallen below the skimmer. If this wasn't found and corrected when it was, the pump would have gone out, which would of costed me thousands of dollars. So, thank you Troy! Your going above and beyond is greatly appreciated.
