If I could give a zero I would. This place is stuck in March of 2020, forcing masks on their patrons. Masks are no longer required, nor needed, and never prevented the spread of disease. The fact that this facility has so little respect for their customers that they would impose their personal OPINION (because that's all it is is an opinion that masks work) onto their customers should be enough for customers to realize this place does not care one bit about them. The Fabio looking man in front was not even wearing his mask properly, he was wearing it under his nose. That shows what a mockery their mask policy is anyway. He also told someone "C@vld starts behind the counter." Even the staff is not taking the mask policy seriously, yet they will make their valued customers wear them. Ridiculous. I will never step foot in another LensCrafters. I will be writing corporate, and would also encourage everyone to boycott LensCrafters until they forego their stupid mask policy. *update...after many people referring me to the same business the following day I booked a same day appointment at America's Best down the street by 5 and Below. I was treated with excellent customer service from start to finish with nobody trying to infringe on our rights by masking us. America's Best cares about their customers unlike LensCrafters. Also received better pricing on everything than I have in the past at LensCrafters!! Win win!!

I ordered a pair of glasses over a month ago and have been trying to get an update. The problem is that no one ever answers the phone. I've called at different times throughout the day--9 AM, noon, 3 PM--and every single call goes straight to voicemail. I've followed the instructions, left voicemails, and have never received a callback. It's incredibly frustrating when a business is impossible to reach, especially when customers are simply trying to get information about a prescription order they've already paid for. I understand offices get busy, but consistently sending callers to voicemail and never responding is unacceptable when this is happening on a daily basis. I hope management addresses these communication issues because the experience is nowhere near what it used to be. I Would not recommend this optometrist office.

I am in need of an eye exam because I can tell that my eyes have gotten really bad since my last…read moreeye check up. I called around and this is the only place that is available for my schedule. Made an appointment and I came early to complete the paperwork. Then I was called in right after. They are not busy. As in I am the only customer. The prices are posted on the wall. Looking at it, they are affordable and most vision insurance can cover it. But when I handed mine, they are no longer associated with them. Oh well, I am already there so I went with the eye exam. I opted for the complicated one which is $110 plus $25 for dilation. Dr Kim was thorough with his explanation regarding the results. He explained it in a way that it is easy to grasp. But when it came to my contact lens fitting. He was adamant in giving me another pair to try on. I told him that it is blurry and I can't read the brochure he gave me. He keeps on insisting that I'll get used to it. I insisted also then he gave me another pair to try. Again, the same thing and he said you have 30 days. So right there and then, I decided not to wait for 30 days to come back. I am the one wearing it so I know when it is not the right one.
