Great burgers and definitely try the malt! One of my favorite local restaraunts, and the atmosphere is fun.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in the area. They always have great food and great service. I love coming here to work on homework between classes and relax with a nice meal and good music. read more

Love this place. Best garden burgers. Wish their jukebox gets fixed soon. Its one of the best features here.

I love this place! I usually order off the kids menu because the portions are so big. Everything is a little too expensive. Paid $5.40 for a sundae read more

The customer service is unbeatable. I really recommend their smoothies and ice blends. The interior of the place really brings be back with the old style beach theme, the music also really sets the mood. This is a phenomenal burger joint. The ice cream here is also really good! read more

For the price you pay, these burgers rock. The burger are not tiny little gourmet-size burgers. You get a lot of meat and it's sooo tasty. I always order the mushroom burger with bacon. Their bacon is always crispy, just the way I like it. And the mushrooms are fresh--not out of a can. And the fries, a small can definitely be shared by 2-3 people. The vibe is perfect for lazy Sundays to grab burgers with your family and listent to oldies music. You can order shakes, ice cream and sundaes too. And for the non-burger crowd, there are salads and tacos. But Legends is the best burger place in this area. And very affordable read more

OOOOOOOO, my favorite place to create the best hot dog ever. A hot dog with everything on it..............with pastrami!!! OMG is that good. The problem is that I'm spending over $7 on just one hot dog with pastrami. SO YUMMY though. My favorite things about this place is the burgers and the ice cream. Both are delicious and you'll want more and more of it...if you have the money that is. SO GO!! HERE!! NOW!!! WITH $20!! read more

Went here today with my parents and it was actually really good. I got the avocado salad and shared the onion rings and all was delish. The ranch tastes authenic and every the coke had an extra tinge of sweetness. If you're on the go or want to pick up dinner for home, there is also a drive thru! Also has a very interesting "back in time" theme with old photos of hollywood legends and license plates read more

Diner.... no not really, not in the true sense of the word at all. it is really just a sandwich / burger joint, but a lot classier. Burgers are pretty good but not huge. Sandwiches, the same, pretty good, not overwhelming. Side dishes are all pretty basic and what you would expect. Only one I really think falls down a little are the Onion Rings. They are heavy coated and usually just so so. Need to move to the newer beer battered or lighter coated ones (talk to your Sysco Rep).. hahaha Anyway, if your in the mood for some decent food it is worth the stop. Better tastier burgers are close by, but you will pay more. But worth the stop. read more

Nice 1950's Diner feel to this place. The restaurant itself is large and very roomy and clean. :) Pretty nice selection of items on the menu. Restaurant is pretty large, with tables located both inside and outside of the restaurant. Inside seating is pretty spread out, which is nice. Dined here on Thursday night 2/24/11. My hubby and I ordered burgers. Our food was served rather quickly to my surprise. I had the Bacon Avocado cheeseburger which was deelish! Nice and juicy and full of flavor. My hubby had the mushroom bacon cheeseburger and that was very good as well. We also ordered a small serving of onion rings and chili fries. However, their definition of small is actually LARGE! Their portion sizes for these items were huge and we could not even finish them! We had so much left over. These items could have easily been shared with a larger group. Chili fries were okay as were the onion rings. I have had better chili fries at Tommy's. The strawberry banana smoothie good, but I know I have experienced better. Overall good, but not the best. :) I will be willing to try this place again. read more

What person wouldn't like a blast to the past 50's style. The restaurant is really cool and is on the right road, historical Route 66. The restaurant represent everything a car guy could want in a restaurant. Especially when they have their cruise nights with Hot Rods. The food is average but hits the spot when needed. I always order the kids meal cause the portions are so big. read more

Came here after classes because I was super hungry, and I'd been wanting to try it out. Staff was friendly. I ordered the cheeseburger and all I can say is meh. Toppings were fresh, but the burger and bun were sort of tasteless and dry. The fries, however, are bomb. Gonna try this place again and see if I can hit a better menu item. read more

I love this spot, bomb burgers surprisingly salads my favorite in all surrounding city's. if you haven't been it's a must in the 626 area. read more

ORDERED GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD AND HAVE TO SAY IT WAS NOT WORTH WHAT I PAID! Lettuce was poorly chopped, chicken not the same as upland's salad! Window cashier was telling me thank you before she gave me my whole order!! What's the hurry? Double check your customers order!! I had to tell her a had two not one drink!! read more

They have good food BUT.....My husband and I won't be back and here's why. This past Sunday we went there and there was a car show. The Classic Cars (owner Gary) took up every parking spot including the ADA spots. My husband has a placard but there were no spots available. I called today to speak to the manager about this. I was told that customers have been complaining about this since 2005, yet they continue to hire the car show people. I was told that "they" have a right to be there as well because they also have placards but I didn't see one at all! I expressed to the person that I spoke with my concern that the car show sounds more important to them than the customer and that we won't be back. read more

Tried this place a couple months ago and fell in love. I have been back several times since & I love it. Not sure why people are complaining about it or giving 1 star over the smallest things but their food is DELICIOUS!! I've yet to get the same thing and everything I've gotten has been great quality! Definitely my new Go-To burger spot. read more

It's a great place to take your family. The food is amazing. The chili cheese fries, turkey sandwich, the French fries it's so good haha. The price is good for the size servings they give you. But I think my favorite part is inside. It looks like a retro 60's dinner, with pictures of Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, and others. All the employees have friendly attitudes. I have to go at least once a week on my lunch. read more

Great food, good service! They are always friendly and can accommodate a large group of people.

Its all just ok. When in mood for fastish type food we sometimes come here. Kids like it. Husband says burgers are not that tasty. I don't hate it but I could go without. Inside is a fun atmosphere. We ALL agree that this place is SALTY as ocean water. If you love salt you will love it. Might have msg in food too, I don't know. Decent fare, not too greasy, they have messed up and gave me a turkey burger instead of my garden burger..oops! Nice employees though. read more

I give this place 5 stars because of the that atmosphere, the service, the variety available, but most importantly, the food. I remember when this place first opened up when I was a kid and thought it was so cool but remember the food taking forever and my parents not liking the service. They have definitely turned that around since then, it's become a great establishment to check out going down Route 66. To make it easy, if you like hamburgers, french fries, sandwiches, breakfast food, salads, AND Mexican food; you should check out Legends. read more

I have been here several times over the years, Recently, my family and I came here on a Saturday night. Parking was easy since they have a large lot. They have a huge outdoor dining area on the front of the restaurant, When you step inside it is a total sensory overload. The walls are covered in posters, signs and all manner of nostalgic memorabilia. You order at a counter. They have a rather extensive menu. We opted for chicken strips, double cheeseburger, mushroom cheeseburger, hamburger and loads of fries. After a short wait, our food was delivered to our table. Everyone was satisfied with their meal. My mushroom cheeseburger was good but it was a bit messy. A bib might be a good option when eating a burger from here, The restaurant is clean and all the help are friendly read more

This diner is a must try, I've been coming here for years and I never tire of the old school memorabilia and the retro playlist of music. This place is great if you're in the mood for burgers! They don't skimp on the burger meat or the fixings, it's very fresh and delicious. Be sure to come here when you're hungry, the portions will surprsingly fill you up. I love the decor! It has a classic diner feel mixed in with some California history to it. read more

I am in LOVE with the classic chili cheese fries. It's SOOOOOOOOO good and the portion is HUGE. I usually get the small and share it with my bf. The portion is about triple or almost quadruple the size of Wienerschnitzel's chili fries. The classic chili cheese fries comes with chili, fries, cheese, pastrami and grilled onions (if you ask for it). This is seriously the best chili cheese fries I've ever had. For only about $5, you really get your money's worth. 5 stars! I also like coming here because of the decor. This place is huge and there's usually plenty of room to sit and chat. Very comfy place. However, I think there was a school fundraiser on my last visit here so the place was PACKED. I probably waited for at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. Nonetheless, if you're looking for a better-than-average fast food place, this is the place to go. read more

I used to haunt this place Wednesday nights but not so much anymore. I've only been disappointed in the ice cream when I've gone (only because it tasted kinda old). The burgers, fries, chili fries, sandwiches EVERYTHING ELSE was always super tasty. I traded my turkey sandwich for my friends burger once only because I don't like thick turkey slices. I would recommend this place as a cool hang out spot because the environment is nice and the service is good as well. read more

I started to come here cuz my truck can fit through the drive thru haha With that said, I'm glad I did. Grand burger is closer to me but I drive the distance now because I think this food is better, not just cuz I can fit my truck. Everything I've tried is great and I'm never diasapointed. You won't regret coming here, although it can get very crowded and overrun with high school kids but that's expected :) read more

Great place to take your children if you dine in. Great atmosphere and kid friendly spacious dinning room. Drive through however is a nightmare! Long SLOW lines and less then friendly service. I think they have the tired aggressive employees working the drive through. Fries are always soggy and food is cold. If you want extra dressing the will charge you depending on who you get. So dine in and avoid the drive through at all costs! read more

I love legends, it's so delicious and great price for the quantity and quality! Amazing salads and fries!

This place is truly a legend for hamburgers. Great service and prices for what you get. Make sure to get the crispy chicken club!
