Excellent service, very friendly, food was very very good, the atmosphere was great, relaxing, quite near the Eiffel Tower.

Service was fabulous! Food was fantastic! Wine was out of this world (coming from California). Very grateful for the experience.

White wine, escargot. The more you eat, more you glow! Quite nice patio. Le Pavillon is a fun spot to grab a quick bite and drink. It was our first time eating escargot in Paris and we admitted that to our waiter -- who offered to walk us through the process (you just... eat it) before bringing us more baguette to absorb the leftover garlic/pesto sauce the snails were doused in. It was a great meal with great wine and a great energy on the patio.

Came here while I was in Paris, The first day we arrived we were really hungry after a long flight! We got the steak well done and mashed potatoes. Most juciest, well done soft and easy to cut steak ever. It was so amazing!! The sauce is SO GOOD! The service was great! We were attended by a lady in the Morning and she was very kind! We came today for the third time, and the service was a little slower due to the fact that it is a little packed for lunch time but it's expected. We were attended by a young man with tattoos, he was nice! Our experience was great and I will miss the food when I get home. Thank you!

We tried escargot and both got chicken noodle bowls. The escargot was really good and the flavor was perfect. Service was also really good.

My husband and I came back here three times during our weeklong trip in Paris so that has to tell you something. The service and food were great and they had awesome happy hour specials. Very close to the Eiffel tower so you can go take some pictures and then come sit down and have a good time here.

Food was pretty good - they were busy so not as attentive, but understandable. Went with my daughter and all in all we enjoyed our meal.

Good food, very kind and patient wait staff. Probably the most welcoming towards Americans that we've had so far in France.

The richness of the flavor and the texture which is not reminiscent of the traditional roasted duck or foie gras, but rather a much more like a luxurious and indulgent version. We enjoyed our dinner on the outside of the restaurant after about a 20-30 minute wait. The bone marrow had the best flavor I've experienced for the dish. However, it is definitely overshadowed by the rich flavor of the foie gras. This experience was unforgettable, with our view of Parisian streets on a brisk, April night. We even came back on our last night, but didn't realize the hours on Google maps was for the deli. The restaurant closes earlier, before 9:00 PM. This meal got us thinking about Paris in a positive light, and we hope to be able to come back to eat the amazing dishes again!

They had a number of goods to choose from and I ended up buying a few things for souvenirs. As for the actual restaurant, they had a number of delicious sounding items on their menu. Our server was very attentive to us and helped us decide on our dinner orders. Similar to the other restaurants though. After our food was delivered, it was far in between when we were checked on again. And after dessert it took even longer for our server to bring the bill. Overall, the food was a letdown. I do not exaggerate when I say that the frog legs just tasted like slightly flavored water. My friend's ravioli had a fairly decent flavored sauce but the pasta was a bit chewy. My friend's duck breast was pretty tough; I had noticed the table next to us also ordered it and they seemed to have trouble finishing/cutting theirs as well. As for my steak with foie gras, well the steak was once again tough and the foie gras was weirdly stringy. It was soft for the most part but there were parts that were tough and stringy. Maybe that's a section that's generally separated in the preparation process and it was missed? In any case it was disappointing. What wasn't disappointing was dessert though; perfectly sweet and balanced.

We loved watching Chef Hugo cooking. Plus, what he prepared was delicious! We started with the ravioli appetizer we see so often recommended. Excellent! Dinners were a beef dish and a chicken dish. There are two tables essentially in the kitchen (a true "Chef's Table" arrangement) and maybe 6 tables in the adjoining room. We were welcomed warmly. Deborah was the hostess and server. Chef Hugo is visible in the kitchen, working very hard to make everything just perfect. They brought bread immediately (my husband loved the sliced baguette--it was perfect and chewy as it should be, but not hard). We ordered a bottle of wine, a Macon Villages, which was perfect. I had the cucumber salad appetizer, which was so fresh. My husband ordered the ravioli appetizer--tiny little rectangles in a scrumptious sauce--a work of art. I ordered the fish and shrimp plate. The sauce was amazing and it was a huge portion of tender white fish. My husband had the lamb with frites. It was nicely seasoned & perfectly done. For dessert, my husband enjoyed a chocolate treat and I had refreshing raspberry sorbet. Deborah was so friendly and solicitous throughout the meal. I have never felt so well taken care of. (I have seen some comments from people who are unhappy that they can't just walk in. They don't appear to understand that there is only one seating. People arrive when they do and they linger. Empty tables seen from the street do not mean the place is not fully booked. Make a reservation well ahead of time. It is worth it!)

We were seated at a table facing the smaller street with IKEA City. Not much people-watching happened given shops were already closed in the evening and thus less people shopping on the streets. We ordered the croque monsieur and croque madame. The difference between the two is that the croque madame comes with a fried sunny side up egg. This was heavy but so yummy! The egg yolk makes a great sauce to soak up this cheesy and hammy toast. This came with a salad on the side which had a vinegar based dressing coated on it. The only thing is we had miscommunication with the waitress about drinks. We asked for water (l'eau) but they gave us distilled water in a bottle which costed us 8 euros. I learned it's important to learn to specifically ask for carafe d'eau (tap water in French) to get free water! Felt a bit bad that we were overcharged. Just gotta be careful with communicating next time. All in all, I enjoyed trying the amazing sandwich that is a croque madame. Wanted to give 4 stars for the food but the bottled water still irks me.
