Service is good. They speak English probably because of proximity to train stations. It was a little busy but wait times were not long.

Absolutely loved this restaurant! Came here after I heard raving reviews of their steak frites. My friend and I got here around 9 pm that night. We had a short wait for a table but then was promptly sat. The staff were friendly and gave us great options on what we should order. We both ordered the steak frites. Delicious, tender and was a great portion size. I can't wait to come back!

Food - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Ambiance - 5/5 Was recommended this place by on a walking tour and we decided to stop by for dinner and it was so great! Both the duck and fish were perfectly executed and the wine list suited our needs well. We wanted to come back for the Paris Brest since we were too full the day we came but be warned they are closed on Mondays! Hope to return on another trip to Paris!

One of the best meals I had in Paris. The French onion soup was perfection. I honestly couldn't choose which sauce was a better pair with the steak frites. The decor was the cherry on top!

We had a nice full meal after a long day of sightseeing. Make sure you have a reservation as this place gets packed fast! The service was great especially with the large party that was next to us. It was clean, with an open kitchen. There was some language barriers on our end which made the steaks a little more rare than we like, we get medium-rare. (we take full responsibility) The escargot was delicious and so was the desert items!

So we came here to finally have real French food as we've been getting everything but French. I found this place through Yelp and Google to check prices etc. I called and the hostess said they were fully booked however I could walk in if I came at 7. So we walked the 2 miles to the restaurant. We then met our waiter Felix. Felix was very nice and helpful and spoke very good English. We ordered the onion soup, then Felix recommended the duck for me which comes pink and the sausage for my wife. The soup came first which honestly was the best onion soup I've ever had. Very cheesy, and thick but it was thick with bread being soaked. It was extremely tasty. We then got our duck and sausage. To be honest I thought it would be bigger. That would be my only gripe. It was very moist, not try, tasty and delicious. The Lima beans and potatoes that came with were also good. My wife's sausage was good along with the mash potatoes. Felix then sold us on the Paris Berit or whatever that was. And let me tell you. That was amazing. Think like thin sliced cookie bagel with cream in the middle. Delicious!!! I also ordered the homemade lemonade which wasn't sweet and I Could have done without. Everything was good.

Found Brasserie Bellanger on Yelp and been here twice for dinner this week. The first time, we were lucky to have been seated at the bar to see/watch as the cooks performed their ballet (per the website). We compared what sounded good based on descriptions with our server's recs and here's what we ended up with: * Asperges Blanches au Barbecue = Barbecued White Asparagus. This was outstanding. The flavors from the lemon vinaigrette, sage and poultry jus were addicting. * Magret de Canard Rôti et Poires = Roasted Duck Breast with Pears. This was tasty but I would have preferred if the skin was crispy. * Pêche du Moment = Catch of the day. Hubs enjoyed the white fish special of the day. * "Homemade" Lemon Iced Tea = nice presentation but I prefer Cafe Ventura's better. When you order, specify if you want the canned version or homemade. This place is popular and gets packed so make sure to come early and/or before dinner peak hours. The second time was last night after our visit to M'O (Musée d'Orsay). After standing on our feet all afternoon, we figured we deserved a good meal and Bellanger was a .7 mile walk. This time, there were no available seats inside but luckily for us, there was one table outside. It was a good experience to dine al fresco although it got chilly towards the end. We ordered the following: * Volaille Farcie à Partager = Stuffed Chicken to share for 2. You must order this! Beautiful presentation and generous portion of half chicken stuffed with olives and candied lemons, smothered in Grenoble sauce with capers, lemon juice and black croutons. Served with pomme croquette à la Lyonnaise and sour cream. * Poireaux Vinagrette = Leeks with Vinaigrette. The house favorite with homemade dressing, black croutons and roasted hazelnuts. Overall, an amazing experience. Exceptional home-cooked and seasonal cuisine plus great service both times!

Amazing Paris Brest, chicken was crispy and sides were well done! Was a bit busy when we came so recommend a reservation in advance. Close enough to the sacre coeur and we could walk there after dinner

Good French restaurant in Paris! I passed by this restaurant multiple times and it was always packed. Location: It is located around at the corner of Rue de Dunkerque. There is a lot of seating inside and outside. I sat outside cause I'm in Paris and this how Parisian do. Hehe Service: they were nice. No complaints even give me recommendations. They allowed me to sit even the kitchen opens 12. (I was there 11:30) Food: I was by myself so I ordered only 1 starter and 1 main course. AUVERGINE SNAILS: there are 6 snails, the snails was cooked properly. The snail butter is a little bit salty for my tasting. Its better to spread it on the bread. GRILLED FLANK STEAK: the steak itself is a little tough and gamy, not sure if that it's supposed to be. I ordered both bearnaise sauce and maitre d hotel butter for extra 1 euro. For real they compliment each other with the steak and fries. Price rating: 7/10. Its going to be expensive because you are in Paris. Definitely will come back to try other food on their menu. I loved to sit down outside and just experience eating in Paris.

So I am a YELP elite person... Whatever that means. Lol and I went purely by the reviews of others. I put in "steak fruits in the search engine and this restaurant came up. It was a 30 minute Uber ride. But well worth it! I am also a personal chef. And used to train people how to get their food manager license! That being said, The thing that struck me most frankly was how CLEAN this place was! All of the wine bottles that were up for display were shiny clean. And not covered in a layer of dust. That alone tells me that the owner Really cares. It was PACKED at 8:30 PM. Which is also a great sign. Unfortunately, I always end up taking a bite before I take a picture. So I'm gonna use the picture from their website. But we got that flank steak. Which was delicious! I got the Bernaise sauce and my husband got the pesto butter. Which was also amazing on the bread. We had a lovely side salad, which was crisp and acidic and lovely. And then I got the crème brûlée for dessert and my husband got the lemon meringue tart, which were both exquisite as well. I loved their option to get basically a free pour bottle of wine and they charge you for however, many glasses you take. So that was nice and much less expensive than ordering by the glass. Their house white was perfectly delicious. The waitresses were swamped and still very friendly and sweet. This is my first time in Paris and so frankly, I will not go to any restaurant more than once because they're just too many things to try. But I would highly recommend this place!

Cute little shop with tasty treats- I had what we call a coconut macaroon, a croissant and a few other items. Everything was good and the service was good.

The service we experienced was exactly what you want... our server had plenty of suggestions based on the offerings of the day. The service was attentive and responsive... not much more than you could ask for. I had the duck breast being offered... it was served alongside crispy potatoes, green beans, and a salad. Adding in the onion soup and a glass of wine... it quickly became a King's dinner at a very reasonable price. I would be more than happy to eat here again and look forward to exploring the rest of the menu offering many local and classic French options.

Making a reservation isn't hard but you do need to email them and there's no online booking system. You also have to confirm again 1-2 days before. I understand they are small with a limited number of tables so that's fair and it seemed like everyone showed up even though they don't require a deposit. On a Friday night, it didn't appear there was much chance or walking in although there were like 2 open seats at what would have been a shared table. The menu is small and includes some typical French starters, steaks, 3 non steak entrees, cheeses, and dessert. All steaks come with potatoes, 3 sauces, salad. Service was a highlight. The waiter was personable and funny, had solid recommendations, and made sure leftovers were taken home. Also had a solid wine recommendation after asking some questions. They probably get a lot of people who don't speak French and they had no problem speaking English. The food- ordered a ribeye medium rare. The steak was so so charred on the outside and it almost ruined the whole thing. I really wish they would have charred it way less especially when it was ordered medium rare. There is seared and then there is burnt; this was sadly the latter. The steak itself was fine, honestly nowhere near the best meat I have had but the price is quite reasonable for how much you get. I would say the steak was maybe 6/10 for me, largely due to the cooking. The fries were phenomenal. Definitely a highlight and really tasty and with a great texture. Salad was good, pretty typical. I wanted to like the sauces more but found them just okay. The best by far for me was the blue cheese sauce but even this one I thought the flavors could have popped a little more. Atmosphere was fun, there were a few bigger groups (6-8 which is the biggest they accommodate) but it never got unreasonably loud. Overall I wanted to love it but was a bit disappointed even though the service and fries were both great.

It's a tiny restaurant, so if you're a party of two, you might share a table with others, but they have spacers so you don't feel like you're eating together. Reservations were easy to make. Wines were reasonably priced and they had a good variety of cocktails. We hadn't had French onion soup on our trip, so we ordered it as an appetizer. Sometimes it can get a little salty, but these were very well blended. Sacree Fleur seems to be known for their steak and frites, so we ordered the steak for two. Steak comes out on a sizzling platter. You can turn the pieces over to keep cooking until your preferred temperature. It was quite succulent and the fries were well prepared. There are two dipping sauces and some salt to season your meal. We hadn't a great time and way too much food :)

We were so looking forward to the frog legs, onion soup and other delicacies pictured. We got there and the sign was just as it was with the same name -- Au Pied du Sacre Coeur. We should've noticed something was wrong when no one was inside. When the waiter (lone person working along with cook) gave us the menu, my wife and I stared at each other completely confused. The menu looked nothing like the ones on this website and featured Italian food items, like spaghetti, arroz con pollo or mozarella. I asked him about frog legs or the onion soup. He looked confused and just said no. Out of respect for him, we just ordered the charcuterie, which featured stale bread and a few slices of meat taken from my local grocery store in the U.S. Also -- they claimed to not accept any international credit cards.
