    Foie gras with egg
    Tiffany Y.

This is the sister restaurant to le portage across the street. We weren't able to eat at la portage because it was fully booked for the night so we ended up here. The waiter is super friendly and nice, very welcoming to foreigners and locals alike. The restaurant is small and cramped fits maybe 25 people, and you will be sitting shoulder to shoulder if you are larger than a child. Menu changes often, but we had the smoked duck breast with baked cheese and potatos, duck breast with veggies, and the baked foie gras appetizer. The duck breast dishes were very tender, and also massively portioned. We were both unable to finish our food because the portions were so huge. The foie gras was sooo buttery and soft. I wish I could have it everyday. Great spot for dinner, even worth the uber ride if you don't live close enough!

First meal in Paris....I would say not bad. The interior design of the resturant is very nice. The server friendly. We order duck. My mouth were watering looking at the menu. Their menu changes not too big of a selection but enough selection for you to choose. We also have a bottle of wine.

This place has fantastic menu options and is nicely situated on Montmartre near Sacré Coeur. The place itself is located in a alley and I believe they are only open 3-3.5 hours per day starting at 8pm, so plan ahead... I wouldn't necessarily say that this is the best dining experience in Paris but it is in fact a delicious place with a fantastic homely feel. The service at this tiny location is amazing and they seem to genuinely care about their customers. The dishes were awesome and I must say that the egg foie gras and white chocolate mousse dessert stole the show, they were absolutely delicious! Overall, this is a great place to grab dinner but don't expect great views, just a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended. Pros- Delicious food Service Location Fantastic menu options Wine and champagne Homely feel Small and intimate Large portions Prompt service Cons- No views at all Small clustered outdoor seating Located in an alley Only open 3-3.5 hours a day

What a delightful surprise to find in Montmartre :) We loved EVERYTHING they put in front of us, we loved the yummy French cuisine! The restaurant is small and charming and Florian was so very kind and genuinely happy to see us and take care of us. We can't wait to come back next time we are in Paris! Thanks so much for the amazing recommendation YELP :)

This restaurant is the sister restaurant to Le Potager across the street. But this restaurant is no step-sister! Welcomed with open arms and a friendly bon soir, we entered the small, packed bistro. Ordered the King prawns, which were cooked al dente, atop a light, herb butter sauce. It came with a fresh green salad and scoop of white rice. Heaven on a plate! Ordered the vanilla ice cream with fresh berries coulis for dessert. The ice cream was not even white! Dense and rich flavor, and the coulis was the perfect balance of sweet and tart. The perfect dessert to finish my glass of wine. One of my best meals in Paris!

Cozy small establishment. I had two appetizers and a glass of wine. Their egg with fois gras was amazing but their terrine with blue cheese and pear was disappointing.

After being in Paris for 3 weeks I finally decided to get a nice dinner, rather than going to get good old baguette sandwiches or crepes. My friend had gone here a few weeks earlier and said that it was her favorite restaurant out of all of the places she had been to. We walked around Montmartre for a little bit because we waited for the restaurant to open at 8pm. We were seated as soon as we walked in, and even though we got there right after it opened people were already drinking wine, which only made me realize how popular this place was. The interior was really cute. Our waitress was one of the sweetest people I have met in Paris so far. She kindly explained things in English and gave me honest recommendations and opinions (such as saying that some things on the menu were too greasy). Throughout the whole meal she was very accommodating without seeming like she was intruding. It felt like I was at a friend's house enjoying one of the best meals I've had to date. Having been deprived of "real French cuisine", my friend and I decided to order two separate appetizers, the same main courses, and a dessert to share. The cottage cheese with grilled eggplants and sun dried tomatoes with a side salad. The cheese tasted really fresh and light and was a good base for the vegetables. The foie gras over egg was outstanding. The flavors were so rich and delicious! I loved seeing foie gras served in a way that is different from the "standard" pate style. For the main course we both chose the duck breast with fig

This was absolutely my culinary highlight in Paris. I found it on the Yelp app and it definitely lived up to the positive reviews. It's a teeny place, bijoux I suppose. The walls are like cobbled stones and I'm not sure how old the building is but I know Montmartre is one the older, and very charming, areas of Paris. This created an intimate cosy atmosphere and we were delighted to be told by the French couple on the next table that we had made a good choice of restaurant. Our friendly neighbours recommended a starter of scrambled egg topped with foie gras...so much greater than the sum of it's parts. My brothers and I knew at that point we had found foodie heaven. Plus it's on 3 Brothers Street which was clearly a good omen for me and my dinner! I had tartiflette, a cheesy potato bake with slices of smoked duck on top. I wish I was more articulate so I could properly express my appreciation of this wonderful dish. For dessert, of course there was room for dessert with this menu, I had white chocolate mousse. This was recommended by the waitress and was amazeballs. Yes, I did need to use that word. Our waitress definitely deserves a mention as she was very helpful and charming. Plus she was happy to give us the English and French menu and listen to our attempts at la francais. I think we had the Brouilly wine... it was lovely anyway. Plus by British standards the food and wine here is a real bargain. I will definitely make a point of returning here when I go back to Paris

I have eaten here a hand full of times over the last couple of years on various trips to Paris. This has been one of my favorite restaurants to come to and I love that it is always consistently good! The egg coquette is their signature starter and I HIGHLY recommend trying it! That alone is worth the visit. I have tried several dishes and everything I have ever tried has been absolutely delicious. The wait staff does speak English and they have both English and French menus available. If you have more than two in your party or will be dining a little later I would definitely recommend making a reservation just to be on the safe side. Your hotel can help with this as well.

I came here for my last dinner in Paris after the sister restaurant (same menu), just down the street, was full. I had the special baked egg and foie gras appetizer and shrimp entree. Both were very good, but if I went back I would try something different than the shrimp. It wasn't bad by any means, just a little boring. The foie dish I would definitely get again! I definitely recommend making reservations before you come here as the restaurant is very small. The sister restaurant down the street is even smaller. As service goes, there was only one server in the restaurant however she was just wonderful! Very quick and attentive and very helpful with all of my questions. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. It was a great way to end my wonderful time in Paris.

Very warm and cozy restaurant. Excellent service. Delicious food. Max is very friendly and attentive, feels like having dinner at a friends house. The MANGO cheese cake was my favorite. Highly recommended. Wine i had Pessac-Léognan Chateau D'Eyran 2014 the bottle.

It's not easy to find a good restaurant with suitable prices in the heart of Montmartre.. But this one is definitely a great one. The food is fantastic. We had vegetable tarte with goat cheese as entree and as main course duck with vegetable and wonderful wine. The duck was juicy and tender. Our neighbors felt in love with the dessert. The waitress gave us a warm welcome and we felt like friends. She was funny and she was really attentive. To sit outside on the sidewalk is a big benefit. All the people along the street where outside, drunk their rose wine, put the glasses on the top of the cars and everywhere smelled the food, everywhere the noice of laugh and chilled people. Great atmosphere. When you finish your meal, you find sacre coeur just around the corner, where you can watch the sun goes down over Paris..

Fresh ingredients Great service We celebrated birthday there and the waiter brought the dessert with a candle and everything!!! We didn't understand French and the waiter was super understanding and spoke English

The service we experienced was exactly what you want... our server had plenty of suggestions based on the offerings of the day. The service was attentive and responsive... not much more than you could ask for. I had the duck breast being offered... it was served alongside crispy potatoes, green beans, and a salad. Adding in the onion soup and a glass of wine... it quickly became a King's dinner at a very reasonable price. I would be more than happy to eat here again and look forward to exploring the rest of the menu offering many local and classic French options.

Making a reservation isn't hard but you do need to email them and there's no online booking system. You also have to confirm again 1-2 days before. I understand they are small with a limited number of tables so that's fair and it seemed like everyone showed up even though they don't require a deposit. On a Friday night, it didn't appear there was much chance or walking in although there were like 2 open seats at what would have been a shared table. The menu is small and includes some typical French starters, steaks, 3 non steak entrees, cheeses, and dessert. All steaks come with potatoes, 3 sauces, salad. Service was a highlight. The waiter was personable and funny, had solid recommendations, and made sure leftovers were taken home. Also had a solid wine recommendation after asking some questions. They probably get a lot of people who don't speak French and they had no problem speaking English. The food- ordered a ribeye medium rare. The steak was so so charred on the outside and it almost ruined the whole thing. I really wish they would have charred it way less especially when it was ordered medium rare. There is seared and then there is burnt; this was sadly the latter. The steak itself was fine, honestly nowhere near the best meat I have had but the price is quite reasonable for how much you get. I would say the steak was maybe 6/10 for me, largely due to the cooking. The fries were phenomenal. Definitely a highlight and really tasty and with a great texture. Salad was good, pretty typical. I wanted to like the sauces more but found them just okay. The best by far for me was the blue cheese sauce but even this one I thought the flavors could have popped a little more. Atmosphere was fun, there were a few bigger groups (6-8 which is the biggest they accommodate) but it never got unreasonably loud. Overall I wanted to love it but was a bit disappointed even though the service and fries were both great.

It's a tiny restaurant, so if you're a party of two, you might share a table with others, but they have spacers so you don't feel like you're eating together. Reservations were easy to make. Wines were reasonably priced and they had a good variety of cocktails. We hadn't had French onion soup on our trip, so we ordered it as an appetizer. Sometimes it can get a little salty, but these were very well blended. Sacree Fleur seems to be known for their steak and frites, so we ordered the steak for two. Steak comes out on a sizzling platter. You can turn the pieces over to keep cooking until your preferred temperature. It was quite succulent and the fries were well prepared. There are two dipping sauces and some salt to season your meal. We hadn't a great time and way too much food :)

The menu looked nothing like the ones on this website and featured Italian food items, like spaghetti, arroz con pollo or mozarella. I asked him about frog legs or the onion soup. He looked confused and just said no. Out of respect for him, we just ordered the charcuterie, which featured stale bread and a few slices of meat taken from my local grocery store in the U.S. Also -- they claimed to not accept any international credit cards.
