Incredible staff - I yapped with the nail techs almost the whole time! They did an excellent job and really took their time on the callus scrub and leg massage. The space is also HUGE so there's plenty of availability for walk ins. I will be back!

This is a smaller chunk of glue with less of my natural lashes ripped out. I already threw away the bigger ones...

After 7 years of fake lashes, I went to get my lashes filled and had the scariest and worst experience! Don't let this happen to you... First, the lady GLUED MY LEFT EYE SHUT. She kept apologizing and frantically working to unglue the top and bottom left eyelids so I could open my eye. If that's not a red flag I don't know what is. Multiple times she hurt me with her tools and I told her it hurt but she kept apologizing and then doing it again until I had to tell her to stop. That night, I woke up in the middle of the night with pain in my left eye and realized it was bc she somehow glued some lower corner lashes to the top which I had to rip out to relieve the pain. I tried to call the next morning but it was a Monday and they were closed and my flight home was that evening. She used so much glue that it ripped out a lot of my natural lashes. To make matters worse, no one will lash me now that I have very few natural lashes left and the ones that are left are too damaged so I'm stuck with barely any real lashes left after SEVEN years of fake lashes (basically my biggest fear). I called the shop to explain my experience and tell them they should not be lashing without more training since I've never had any of these issues in the last 7 years) but the manager was not hearing it. Please don't let this happen to you... I'll be avoiding everyone until they grow back :(

Always a great energy walking in and getting services here! I love Q her nails last me 3-4 weeks depending on growth rate and her attention to detail and timing is amazing!

Asked for an acrylic fill, wanted almond shape then she proceeds to do round. Asked her to fix it then she says she can't because I originally had square and they were too short. Ive gotten shorter almond shape at the place before. I paid $65 without tip and I cried because I hate them. They were supposed to be for a concert.

I went to lashes and nails in Tempe and ask for a nail design ( it came out good don't get me wrong ) But the placement of my nail is not to my liking and when I told him and insisted that it was good like that, even letting the manager know she only offered to fix one nail, when there was more then just one. I have been coming here for 3+ years and never had an experience like this and it was sad....I'm sorry Q but this wasnt to my liking

This is the cleanest, best quality and most reasonably priced nail salon I've ever been to. I've been going for over a year and continue being a loyal customer even after moving to the other side of the Valley. They do an amazing job and I wish there was more of them throughout the Valley! I'm always so happy when I leave lashes n nails, I went in Sunday and got an acrylic toe pedicure and the tech Annie did an amazing job (one did break ab an hour after I left but I called them and they told me to come back and they'd fix it). Even when I came back, I received excellent service and was in and out. They always do an amazing job and make me feel comfortable while I'm getting my nails done .

Been coming here for a very long time. One thing about this salon is they always make you feel comfortable! Nikki usually does my nails and I'm always very pleased. Q is also amazing! She did my cute french tip set here I would recommend for sure.

Cut to the point of bleeding, was not handed anything to stop it. They simply continued. I know accidents happen but this is my second time there and this happened last time. Still have several cuticles that need trimmed. Which is the whole point of why I get manicures. I asked for regular nail polish and when paying was told "I accidentally used gel, $15 more is needed to be paid". Will not return. Unprofessional and overpriced.

I am not one to leave bad reviews but I am very disappointed. Went here for the first time to remove my acrylic nails seeung all the good reviews on yelp. The nail tech removed my acrylics by pulling them off my nails with a nail cutter (no soaking, no gritt nail filing). She cuts some of my nails past the nail bed and when I question and tell her it hurts she proceeds to continue and say it's ok to do it this way. At the end my nails looked so damaged and so soft that when I pressed on the edge of my nails, it bent and just cracked. Would not go back here read more

I've now been going here for more than a year. I had acrylics and a gel manicure done a few weeks ago and Calvin has been doing my nails. I'm updating this review because my nails have never looked so good. They are very natural looking and impeccably done. Last Thursday, I called for a Saturday appointment to try to beat the holiday rush. I made the appointment for 9:15 a.m. Calvin was ready for me and I was out the door in 45 minutes. I'll probably never do regular polish again. Gel is quick drying and last forever. If you have an expert doing your nails, your nails will look their best too. Also, tip by cash and pay by cash if you can! read more

Love love LOVE this nail salon! I've never had a better set of acrylics. They are beautifully shaped, not too thick (as a lot of salons tend to make them), and always look so beautiful and natural! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have never in my life been so disgusted with a nail shop. On Saturday I got my nails done (a full set) that they charged e 45 dollars for. Then a couple days later they popped off. Literally the whole nail popped off. Not only did they pop off but the acrylic was poorly done and was lifting where my real nail was. I called them and told them what happen and they told me to come in and they will have someone else re do my nails. Then when I got there (drove 45 minutes after work) they told me they won't do my nails unless I pay again. I've never ever experienced this shit in my life. I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years and I've never had my nails pop off like that. DO NOT GO HERE ! read more

They did a horrible job on my nails (probably because I didn't want any upgrades). Went in for a manicure and add gel polish to my toes. They both looked horrible - I removed them the minute I got home so big waste of money. She filed my nails but barely trimmed my cuticles or anything, massage my hands and arms for about 2 minutes. Polish was missing on pieces of my finger and toes. Gel turned out horrible on my toes. Never will return again! Don't know the lady name but she has purple hair. read more

Amazing! It was so clean and they got me quickly. Hadn't had my nails done in months due to COVID. I was a little uneasy but they made me feel very comfortable. I was referred by a friend that lives on that side of town and I have to say that I love them more than my own nail shop by my house. I will be back. read more

Horrible! Had an appointment and still waited 40 minutes, had 2 different nails techs, no greeting and nails cost $50 for short acrylic. Please do not waste your time, there are other shops and people that do nails with a passion. Support someone else! read more

AMAZING! A friend told me about this salon, so I gave it a try. I was so impressed! It is so pretty and nice inside, and everyone was very nice. The guy doing my nails was great and paid attention to detail. He made sure I liked the shape and color before continuing. Definitely will be back! For reference, I came in for an acrylic fill (with gel) and had 2 broken nails. The cost was $45. read more

Thanks so so much for them. I paid $120 for a full set of volume lashes and they are worth every penny. Highly recommend Kelly if you're looking for somewhere to get your lashes done. read more

My friend recommended me this place the first time I wanted to get my nails done. I live in the ASU area, and it's a few minutes drive, but SO worth it. I've tried places near campus, and although they're not bad, Lashes & Nails NEVER lets me down. The staff is always so nice and approachable. I've been coming to this salon for YEARS and have been mostly very pleased. However, this summer I had my nails done a number of times by Lucy- and her work is AMAZING, but when I was ready to get my hard gel SOAKED off that did not happen. Lucy did NOT take my nails off, someone else did and boy did they really mess up my entire nail plate. It's my fault, I should have stopped them from grinding it off but I never want to be combative or complain. It was clear that they wanted me in and out FAST. For months now (got them off end of July) I have been dealing with painful nails, redness, splitting nails (vertical and horizontal splitting), and where my nail meets my finger, under the nail, is weirdly shaped now! I'm beyond upset. My fingers have hurt for months. I do not think I will ever be returning... LADIES- speak up for yourself and tell them NO when they try to grind off your hard gel. It can be soaked off with no damage! read more

I have always been sketched out when it came to getting lashes done at nail salons. However, after getting my nails done at Buff N File, the owner referred me to Lashes N Nails (same ownership). I always had great, quality service at Buff N File so I figured it would be the same at this place. I have been getting lash extensions for 3 years now (and no, my natural lashes have not fallen out). My previous lash lady started to slack off and I noticed my lashes were just being piled up and clumped on. This led to lashes falling out in clumps usually within 2 weeks of getting a fill. Needless to say I was constantly getting fills and finding myself without lashes by week 3. Because of this, I was desperate to find a new lash lady. I read Yelp reviews and decided to book a full set with Kelly. The room and her tools were very clean and she was friendly. She removed all my bad, clumped lashes and did an AMAZING job! It came out to $120 ($65 fills) but they are done with so much quality it was so worth it. I also believe she used silk lashes which is animal friendly (no mink!) and they're super soft! She is awesome and I highly recommend her for lash work! (I would attach a picture but my phone camera is cracked at the moment). read more

Stopped in today on sort of a whim and am SO glad I did! I was greeted promptly and cheerfully. The decor is very pretty/sparkly and everything looked very clean. Apparently I chose a great time of the day/week because I didnt have to wait at all. Kelly did my gel polish mani and Tammy took care of my pedi. I loved that they tagged team my services and I was done in just about an hour. The pampered pedi package was perfect for me as I have not taken care of my feet in a long while. Walked in to the salon and signed in. There was 1 person in front of me. While waiting 3 other people walked in (one needing her polished fixed since she had just left... I think). None had appointments (I looked at the sign in sheet. After sitting there for almost 20 mins before being told it would be 10 more minutes, all 3 of the people who came in after me were called back. All were getting the same services I requested. I don't want to THINK it was a racial issue but I'm black and all 3 of the others were white. They don't have to worry, I'll never EVER go back in there. read more

L&N was definitely very amiable and were able to get me in last minute. I did know I would get less than the hour they usually have the service for which I was totally ok with. The lashes itself were a little less than I was expected. I did get just a fill. My prior lash lady used lashes that I loved. They felt and looked more natural. I could definitely see a difference. A few were a little crooked. The tech was very sweet. Not sure what her experience was . It could of also been she was in a rush. But for that reason I feel a 3 star is appropriate. Definitely loved the place and location. read more

I called at 12:45, and the front desk clerk said I could arrive at 1 to be seen. I arrived at 1, and at 1:20, I asked how much longer the wait would be, and the front desk clerk said 20-30 minutes due to them getting backed up. They didn't get backed up by an hour in the 15 minutes from talking to the clerk and arriving for my appointment; the front desk clerk just didn't respect my time and told me to come in without adequate availability. Very frustrating, and I won't be returning. read more

I got a gel manicure and I was very impressed. The interior was amazing and the staff were very friendly. I got a same day appointment which made me happy! The facility was clean and my nails turned out beautiful!! It was 28$ for the gel manicure so the prices are comparable. I even might get my lashes done here! read more

I drive over an hour every two weeks to come here to get fills and a pedicure. I haven't found anyone close to my home anywhere near as great as Lashes & Nails. Super clean, VERY relaxing and modern. ALL of the staff are wonderful, polite and they pay great attention to detail. This time was the first time I requested nail art and KELLY knocked it out of the park! I am thrilled with how cute my nails look! I run a preschool where a fox is our mascot/part of our logo. Kelly looked at a picture I found on Pinterest and hers is way BETTER!! The pedicures are to die for.....lots of massaging and again attention to detail. You'll leave relaxed and looking great! read more

I have given this place a shot a few times and ive come back because at the end they did a good job. The problem i have with this place is that appointments are useless here. They take too many walk ins so they always push aside appointment. A few times I've waited 15 minutes which is not awful. Today was the worst experience and I wont be coming back. I had a pedicure appointment for 6:10 and after waiting 20 minutes i was told 5 more minutes. No one came back to me until 6:50. They took too many walk ins and not enough people. At the end i decided not to do anything because i was too upset. No apology and no acknowledgement that it wasnt ok. read more

She cut too deep into my cuticles and for some reason also trimmed some of my skin? I now have a little scar running across my toe. My toe nails were also cut too deep and there was some minimal bleeding. The massage was good though, I fell asleep for a bit. I got charged $70 for that. I think it would've been worth if it was done without causing bleeding/deep trimming and the color was right the first time. I also hope that everything is sanitized afterwards because all tools are pulled from a cart and stuff like the filers and all look used.

My review of this place used to be great, however due to my most recent visit i will NOT be going again. I usually get my nails done by Calvin and he does a fantastic job but i can't say the same for the others.... you really should pay attention to when they're doing your nail to make sure they get the fill correct. I say this due to the fact that one of them (i don't know their name) didn't and water got in creating a nasty mold on half of my nail!!! Furthermore once the lady started my fill I asked her to remove the set and she was hesitant as if I didn't have mold on my nail.(check attached picture) She wanted to cover it up and just put a new nail over it. Super disappointed, and to make matters worse I was still charged even though it's their store that did this to my nail. A little unsanitary if you ask me. Very nice classy chic-look nail salon. I walked in with no appointment on a Thursday morning and they sat me right away. pros: *they're polite *the atmosphere is nice *the facility is clean * walk ins are welcome Cons: * it's a little rude when they are doing your nails and start speaking to one another in their native tongue about your nails... * my service took longer than it should have, I spent a total of almost 2 hours in here when most places get the acrylics done in an 1 at the most. Although I will say the nail tech who did my nails was very precise and made sure they looked good when I left, not a half ass job at all which I'm thankful for. * no price points from what I saw. I got my nails done really short, and even with gel they were a little too pricey. This is my favorite place to go to to get my nails done! I always walk out of there with a smile on my face! They always treat me so well, and definetely make me feel welcome! They have such great prices too, and I never have to wait long to get helped. They leave my nails looking so nice that every single time I go back I have a friend go with me to get their nails done too since they like how mine get done. Not going to lie, a little pricey but they do a wonderful job. Been coming here since high school (almost in my 30's now) and they have def gotten better over the years! The place itself is very nice, clean, decorated. Love the different type of music they play! (Always catch myself singing along). Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. This is the best place I have found since I moved to Phoenix / Tempe. I drive 50 minutes to come get waxed or nails . They do the best work here no matter what you are having done. Myself and daughters make the drive and have never been disappointed. The people r friendly and the place is clean. Worth the drive and cost to get great results for ur money and quality service. I strolled in 20 minutes before closing, ready to be that customer, but they didn't bat an eye. Instead, they welcomed me like I had all the time in the world. No rushing, no sighs--just friendly conversation and flawless nails. They somehow managed to turn my "last-minute panic manicure" into a relaxing, pampered experience. My friend brought me to this place so we could get our nails done and at first i was worried because I always go to this one place in the biltmore but after going here I will always come back. The lady that did my nails took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. The total was $50 plus tip and that is about $20 less than where I used to go. They originally said they would do a pedicure and gel manicure. I got a pedicure from the older woman and she did a good job until she messed up and took a chunk out of my big right toe. Then they said, "oh you pay for both and come back tomorrow for gel manicure." I was a regular at this Nail Salon so I agreed. I went back and they were all just sitting around. The manager did my nails and they looked like crap. She didn't paint all the way down and then blamed it on my nail growth. Really?? I've included pictures of the chipped nail on a 6 day old gel manicure and the pedicure done the day before. It makes ZERO sense that she would tell me it was my nail growth when it was her poor work and I was upset about her bad work since the day she did it. They have lost a regular, every 2 weeks, customer because of how the female manager handled the situation. She should have fixed her poor work and done a good job like I paid for.
