Always a great energy walking in and getting services here! I love Q her nails last me 3-4 weeks depending on growth rate and her attention to detail and timing is amazing!

Asked for an acrylic fill, wanted almond shape then she proceeds to do round. Asked her to fix it then she says she can't because I originally had square and they were too short. Ive gotten shorter almond shape at the place before. I paid $65 without tip and I cried because I hate them. They were supposed to be for a concert.

This is a smaller chunk of glue with less of my natural lashes ripped out. I already threw away the bigger ones...

After 7 years of fake lashes, I went to get my lashes filled and had the scariest and worst experience! Don't let this happen to you... First, the lady GLUED MY LEFT EYE SHUT. She kept apologizing and frantically working to unglue the top and bottom left eyelids so I could open my eye. If that's not a red flag I don't know what is. Multiple times she hurt me with her tools and I told her it hurt but she kept apologizing and then doing it again until I had to tell her to stop. That night, I woke up in the middle of the night with pain in my left eye and realized it was bc she somehow glued some lower corner lashes to the top which I had to rip out to relieve the pain. I tried to call the next morning but it was a Monday and they were closed and my flight home was that evening. She used so much glue that it ripped out a lot of my natural lashes. To make matters worse, no one will lash me now that I have very few natural lashes left and the ones that are left are too damaged so I'm stuck with barely any real lashes left after SEVEN years of fake lashes (basically my biggest fear). I called the shop to explain my experience and tell them they should not be lashing without more training since I've never had any of these issues in the last 7 years) but the manager was not hearing it. Please don't let this happen to you... I'll be avoiding everyone until they grow back :(

I went to lashes and nails in Tempe and ask for a nail design ( it came out good don't get me wrong ) But the placement of my nail is not to my liking and when I told him and insisted that it was good like that, even letting the manager know she only offered to fix one nail, when there was more then just one. I have been coming here for 3+ years and never had an experience like this and it was sad....I'm sorry Q but this wasnt to my liking

This is the cleanest, best quality and most reasonably priced nail salon I've ever been to. I've been going for over a year and continue being a loyal customer even after moving to the other side of the Valley. They do an amazing job and I wish there was more of them throughout the Valley! I'm always so happy when I leave lashes n nails, I went in Sunday and got an acrylic toe pedicure and the tech Annie did an amazing job (one did break ab an hour after I left but I called them and they told me to come back and they'd fix it). Even when I came back, I received excellent service and was in and out. They always do an amazing job and make me feel comfortable while I'm getting my nails done .

Been coming here for a very long time. One thing about this salon is they always make you feel comfortable! Nikki usually does my nails and I'm always very pleased. Q is also amazing! She did my cute french tip set here I would recommend for sure.

Cut to the point of bleeding, was not handed anything to stop it. They simply continued. I know accidents happen but this is my second time there and this happened last time. Still have several cuticles that need trimmed. Which is the whole point of why I get manicures. I asked for regular nail polish and when paying was told "I accidentally used gel, $15 more is needed to be paid". Will not return. Unprofessional and overpriced.

I absolutely love it here and never leave disappointed. Sofia and Q absolutely kill it with my nails every time. Here's a few of my recent sets that i absolutely loved!!

I live closer to Laveen and have been going to the same nail salon for about 2 years but my nails wouldn't last to the 2 week mark for the fill! My friend convinced me to make the drive to Tempe and I am so happy I did. I have been coming here for almost 1 year and I am pleased EVERY SINGLE TIME. I always ask for Q, she is so nice and pays attention to detail. You know, when they apply gel polish to your nails and some gets on the cuticle and they don't wipe it off? Yeah, well Q does, she makes sure it's perfect every time. No gel on my cuticle, no crooked nailes, no uneven nails....and she works fast! Their pedi' s are also nice and we'll priced! read more

After a poor experience at a different nail salon down the street, I searched for a new favorite place. I am so glad I found Lashes and Nails. Their prices are fair and their work is perfect. Had an appointment made for me and I was taken in right away, no wait. My technician's name is 'Tammy' too. She was the sweetest and really took her time for my pedicure. The receptionist has you use hand sanitizer prior to choosing a color and the establishment is nice and clean. read more

I've literally never left a negative review. But here we are. Well I was loving this place, until today. I made an appointment for a fill this upcoming Saturday with Q, then someone else called back to tell me Q didn't feel comfortable doing my nails and told me to try somewhere else! Are you kidding me?!?! This place obviously doesn't want the business. I'm a loyal client and have been going to her for a couple months now. This type of treatment is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I would highly recommend going anywhere else. I've never had an issue with them and this comes as a HUGE surprise to me. read more

I love Lashes and Nails! They are soo friendly and always remember my personal stories as well as my nail and lash preferences. They are extremely kind, generous and their customer service is outstanding. The salon is clean and beautiful and they want their customers to leave no less than 100% satisfied. I am so extremely satisfied with this place. I usually go to my stepmom's shop and just barely walking in I already had an instinct that they would do a much better job. Their shop is so nice and simple. When my friends and I went in they immediately greeted us and offered us water. They also all had such a great sense of humor. The guy did everything I asked for perfectly. I definitely recommend this place to EVERYONE & will definitely be coming back. read more

First of all, the decor is relaxing and inviting. It makes me feel like a princess with the chandeliers and diamonds all over. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We did not have an appt but they quickly got my daughter and I into pedicure chairs so we could relax until it was our turn. This is only my second time here, but I am switching from the salon that I have gone to for the past 6 years to this salon simply because of the attention they give their guests. Their work is wonderful and I'll be a customer for good now! read more

First visit. Really clean and beautifully decorated salon. Everyone was really friendly. They use liners in the pedi spas which I love. They have a huge selection of matching colors for gel manicure and regular pedi. The guy who did my toes meticulous and did a great job. The girl who did my mani also did a good job. My only complaint was that they did my mani in the spa chair after my pedi which was awkward. They were fast and prices were reasonable. My daughter loved hers as well and they didn't give me a hard time for tipping on my card. We'll be back! read more

I have been coming here for years, and am totally impressed after each visit. I go every two weeks for liquid gel fill (full set to begin) and they look so natural and beautiful- not too thick. They are meticulous about getting the shape I like perfect (stiletto for me), and are also amazing about appeasing my occasional desire for more intricate designs. My personal favorite techs are Q (who did the design in the attached photo), and I also really like Kelly; however all of the artists do a great job. read more

I've been coming here for a little over 3 years and this by far the best place to get your nails and eyelashes and eyebrows!!! Calvin,Diana,Q,Tammy, Tia and Kelly are always friendly and do an amazing job when ever I go in. They are very skilled and make sure you are beyond satisfied!!! I even got my boyfriend into becoming a regular because he loves the ladies and the place! The salon itself is always very clean, awesome music and atmosphere is very welcoming and the decor is modern and professional. I highly recommend coming here and giving it a try! This seems like something super simple, but I've been to nail salons where they are just not NICE. They are there to do the job but do not incorporate kindness & customer service...at a service-oriented business. Many nail techs seem like they REALLY dislike their jobs. And if you question how they're doing something to your hands or feet, or even ask?! They often act insulted. It's a fine line to tread. When it shouldn't be. I chose the VIP pedicure - see the menu! My review of this place used to be great, however due to my most recent visit i will NOT be going again. I usually get my nails done by Calvin and he does a fantastic job but i can't say the same for the others.... you really should pay attention to when they're doing your nail to make sure they get the fill correct. I say this due to the fact that one of them (i don't know their name) didn't and water got in creating a nasty mold on half of my nail!!! Furthermore once the lady started my fill I asked her to remove the set and she was hesitant as if I didn't have mold on my nail.(check attached picture) She wanted to cover it up and just put a new nail over it. Super disappointed, and to make matters worse I was still charged even though it's their store that did this to my nail. A little unsanitary if you ask me. I walked in with no appointment on a Thursday morning and they sat me right away. pros: *they're polite *the atmosphere is nice *the facility is clean * walk ins are welcome Cons: * it's a little rude when they are doing your nails and start speaking to one another in their native tongue about your nails... * my service took longer than it should have, I spent a total of almost 2 hours in here when most places get the acrylics done in an 1 at the most. Although I will say the nail tech who did my nails was very precise and made sure they looked good when I left, not a half ass job at all which I'm thankful for. * no price points from what I saw. This is my favorite place to go to to get my nails done! I always walk out of there with a smile on my face! They always treat me so well, and definetely make me feel welcome! They have such great prices too, and I never have to wait long to get helped. They leave my nails looking so nice that every single time I go back I have a friend go with me to get their nails done too since they like how mine get done. Not going to lie, a little pricey but they do a wonderful job. Been coming here since high school (almost in my 30's now) and they have def gotten better over the years! The place itself is very nice, clean, decorated. Love the different type of music they play! (Always catch myself singing along). Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. Walked in today with my girl and they were great, great service and walk ins available. She got the manicure/pedicure and she loved them, loved everything about the process, conversation, and over all experience. This is the best place I have found since I moved to Phoenix / Tempe. I drive 50 minutes to come get waxed or nails . They do the best work here no matter what you are having done. I strolled in 20 minutes before closing, ready to be that customer, but they didn't bat an eye. Instead, they welcomed me like I had all the time in the world. My friend brought me to this place so we could get our nails done and at first i was worried because I always go to this one place in the biltmore but after going here I will always come back. The lady that did my nails took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. The total was $50 plus tip and that is about $20 less than where I used to go. It makes ZERO sense that she would tell me it was my nail growth when it was her poor work and I was upset about her bad work since the day she did it. I had my nails done on September 4th, and just two days later, on September 6th, one of my nails literally broke while I was sitting in my car. I had not hit it or done anything that should have caused it to break. Since the salon is close to my workplace (although I do not live nearby), I scheduled a repair appointment for September 8th during my lunch break. Unfortunately, September 8th was also closing day for our new home, and my plans changed unexpectedly. I had to leave work early and had my belongings with me, so I was unable to call the salon to cancel my repair appointment. I completely understand being frustrated that I missed an appointment, and I take responsibility for not being able to call. However, I tried to explain the circumstances when I came in, and I felt there was very little compassion or understanding. What was especially disappointing was the attitude and energy I received from both the front desk and my nail technician. From the moment I walked in, the interaction felt cold and uncomfortable. The front desk employee seemed upset with me because I had not answered their call while I was dealing with the closing of our home. I understand that they had tried to reach me, but I was in the middle of one of the biggest and most hectic days of my life. I would have appreciated some understanding when I explained what had happened rather than feeling like I was being treated as though I had intentionally disrespected their time. I want to make it clear that I have always enjoyed the staff at this salon. I especially enjoy catching up with two of the front-desk employees -- the gentleman and the girl with the long curly hair -- and I've always felt welcomed by them. That is part of why this experience stood out to me so much. The energy and attitude I received this time felt completely different from the experiences I've had with them in the past. What was even more frustrating was that this repair appointment was an inconvenience I never should have had to make in the first place. I had just gotten my nails done four days earlier, and the nail broke on its own without any impact. I have never had an issue with missing an actual appointment or not showing up, and I have always made the effort to be respectful of the salon's time. My appointment was scheduled for 12:45, but I was not taken back until around 1:30. I was then told that my nail technician had been booked for another appointment because I had missed my repair appointment. I was already there during my lunch break trying to have the nail repaired, so I would have appreciated being contacted beforehand if they were no longer able to accommodate me. I was also charged for the repair. Normally, when I have needed a repair, I have not been charged, so given the circumstances, the charge was especially disappointing and made me feel as though I was being treated differently because I had missed the earlier repair appointment. I understand that businesses have policies, but I would have appreciated clear communication about the charge and a little more understanding of the situation. I work in healthcare and deal with appointments and cancellations every day, so I completely understand why policies are necessary. At the same time, we also understand that unexpected situations happen, and we try to hear our patients out and show compassion when they do. I was hoping for that same level of understanding as a longtime customer. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be returning. I'm not leaving this review out of anger, but because I believe businesses should know how situations are handled from the customer's perspective. I genuinely enjoyed coming here in the past, which makes it disappointing to leave feeling this way.
