These ladies were very friendly and accommodating. I came for an eyelash fill and Kelly did a wonderful job! She made sure that my eyes did not get irritated and was very meticulous during the process. I also decided to get a pedicure since they offered good prices/service. This nail salon recently changed ownership and was closed for a couple of months for renovations. I went in for a mani/pedi today and was blown away with the transformation. Q worked on my nails while Mercedes performed my relaxing pedicure. The Owner is currently offering a 30% discount, which will end soon, so not only was I ecstatic with my gel fill and gel pedi, but the price was awesome! Thank you Q and Mercedes. You both are a credit to the salon and I will see you again soon! read more

Booked a quick appointment before they closed tonight and was amazed with the work they did! Most nail salons like to rush clients before close but they were extremely patient and still did a wonderful job. I worked with Q, she is awesome! Great conversation and super easy on your nails. Would definitely recommend working with her, over 20+ years of experience and was able complete my gel acrylic in a span of 30-40 minutes! read more

This salon is reasonably priced. The employees are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I like that plastic liners are used for the pedicure foot baths. I have had regular manicures, gel manicures and pedicures. I have not had lashes but am very tempted. The other patrons that come in for lashes praise the service when I ask about the lashes. read more

Not from here so I went based on reviews and I'm so happy I did. Lovely environment and affordable options. Wonderful, friendly, efficient and accurate. No messy polish like what I usually experience. The flower she added to my pedi was so beautifully done (I would share a pic but I'll spare you my ugly feet). Highly recommend! read more

I really wanted to like this place but after 3 chances and not getting quality service I just won't go back. First timer I went I got a Mani/pedi the pedi was ok nothing special, but they gel polish Mani started lifting and peeling after just 4 days. So I went back a couple weeks later, saw a different manicurist and told the manicurist about the lifting she assured me she would do it right this time. Nope still peeling, I don't think they use quality products. So for the third time against my best judgement a called and scheduled two pedicures, I asked for good people who would take care of my friend and I for her birthday. I got the names and we went in for our appointment. Not sure why but one of the people were not available so they put us with someone else. Again nothing special about the service but just a couple days into it and both her and I had our polish chipping off. I just wanted to share these experiences so people know what they are paying for. Polish shouldn't be coming up after a couple days, other places I go use much better product and have better technicians. read more

DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASHES! I honestly cannot speak on the nail side of it as this was my first time here and i will never be returning. First of all when i first came in the lash room she asked me if i had ever had lash extensions before to which i replied no and she literally scoffed at me! Like i'm sorry this is my first time! You weren't born with them either... When she taped my lower lashes down she caught the inner corner of my eye and the tape pad was pulling my inner eye open which was causing my eye to burn and water. She then complained that my eye was watering she then proceeded to try and talk me into the 120$ mink lashes when i had repeatedly said that my personal preference were the synthetics. She told me that if i got the synthetics my lashes wouldn't look good. In fact her exact words were "they won't look pretty like mine"....... I repated that i wanted the synthetics long and not quite as thick as hers. She shushed me and told me they won't look good if i didn't get them as thick as hers. She took no consideration to how i wanted my lashes. She then began holding my eye open and poking the lashes INTO the pink part of my eye. This was painful and it once again caused my eyes to water and my lids to flutter as it would anyone's. She told me that she didn't think i should have lashes. She muttered over my head that "some people just shouldn't have pretty lashes"..... After attaching about 7 lashes she stopped and said she couldn't do this on me... I instantly sat up and began collecting my things. She didn't even offer to remove the lashes she put on! As i went to leave she looked at me and literally said "I'm sorry i guess you can't have pretty lashes like me".... Like WTF? When i left my eye looked ridiculous and the lashes pinched into my inner eye everytime i shut my eyes. I went home and had to remove the lashes myself! The salon is beautiful but she was so rude and full of herself. I will never step foot into this salon again. Don't waste your time and money, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else, sis.... read more

Awesome awesome place! I am so picky when it comes to my nails and I was really satisfied with the outcome of my nails! They accommodate you to the point! Everyone is really nice and welcoming. And not only are they super professional but they are also super clean. A BIG PLUS. This is going to be my go to pamper spot from now on! read more

WORST experience ever! I got eyelash extensions here and within a couple hours, my right eye starts to hurt every time I blink. My eye(right only) was burning and bloodshot red too. My left eye was fine. I wanted the extensions off and a full refund but they wouldn't give me my money back. They said "I have an allergy" and tried to pin the blame on ME. What kind of allergy only effects one eye? NEVER coming back here. read more

Lashes and Nails is my "go to" nail salon. The nail techs are professional and do a fantastic job; especially Calvin, Diana and "Q". Wow! Well where do I begin?! My Matron of Honor booked a nail appointment for four of us to get mani/pedis for my wedding weekend, this Sunday. However, after we got our pedicures they told us they wouldn't do our finger nails because they weren't aware that we all needed manicures too. We proactively called it in for one and we also signed in requesting both services and were denied. Once we decided to leave they were willing to do it, but they were going to make us wait 40-45mins. No apologies were given, no accommodation, and no compromise to help serve a customer in need. We were all very disappointed and felt incredibly disrespected. I've worked in hospitality and I would never treat a paying customer this way nor let money walk out my door. I can't believe the service and worse I can't believe that's how the management would treat us - especially knowing that it is my wedding weekend! To end on positive note, the lady that did do my pedicure did a great job, too bad my finger nails weren't done too. read more

Lashes N Nails - Would highly recommend this this nail salon. Customer service was superb, very attentive to what u want , clean & friendly. - Nail Salons Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

so i reviewed before but im changing it for a few reasons. 1. i dont like being lectured while getting my lashes done. i like to take a lash nap. i dont want to talk about school or how i do my makeup and how i cant do anything right. im going to live how i live and i dont need to hear why im wrong. 2. its expensive. i like to keep my lashes looking full, so i get them done every two weeks. most places offer a mini fill price. this place does not, so i basically have to wait until i have no lashes to get them filled or im throwing money away. 3. i got my lashes done yesterday, and they are already falling out. this brings me back to my point of throwing money away. the fills are so expensive, and my lashes arent even lasting a day. i do everything ive always been told, i dont apply makeup or get them wet for two days. all in all, its just not worth it to me anymore. ive given up on finding a good lash place in tempe, so im no longer going to be getting them done. this place has lost my business. the only reason i give two stars is because they look great the day i get them done. however, i do think this past time she was lazy as i always get very very full volume and they are looking thin. that being said they still look good for someone who likes natural looking lashes, so for the work she does the day you get them done, i give two stars. read more

Went in today and the lady that waxed my eyebrows took half of them off!! I immediately let her know that I was unhappy with the results and showed how my eyebrows were before and she continued to talk over me the entire time. She made excuses the entire time, even suggesting to add eyeliner to make it look better. Told me that the owner wouldn't know what my eyebrows looked like before hand so I have no way to dispute it. The whole time, the owner was sitting close by doing someone else's nails while his employee yelled at me. I have never been mistreated in a place this bad where I'm spending my hard earned money. She took no accountability whatsoever and I stepped away to calm down however I'm on my way back in to speak with the owner now will post update soon. read more

Literally kills me to leave this review as I have been coming to this place for years. I have never left a salon crying because the nail tech had made me feel so terrible about something that was not my fault. I came in yesterday and got my nails done, two hours later showered and my nail broke in half. I was told to come back in the next day and they would happily fix it. Yet, when I came in I was not treated like they were happy to fix it. They even wanted to charge me five dollars in order to fix my nail. Needless to say I refused to pay (never have i ever in my life done that) and will never come back to this salon. I was told it was because my nails were "old" yet I had gotten them filled the day before. I was also told that I should be more careful when I have long nails? Uhhh.... I was in the shower washing my hair (which isn't destructive by any means). Just not sure when this nail place turned this way. The lady next to me got her nails done prior by the same person and was back as the nail broke as well. She was told to not worry about paying, so why charge me? The next girl who sat down was told she could have a $5 off for the nail removal and yet you want to charge the people for coming back after your nail tech screwed up ? Another lady had came in for her mani/pedi and was shocked at how they were talking to me even laughed at the nail tech for treating a CUSTOMER that way. Sad to say i will never come back. If $5 is that important over making a customer happy then i like thousands of other people will take my business to a different nail place. I have been getting my acrylics done for over 10 years, I know how to function with them. I have also been going to this place for many years and happily drove the 40 minutes to get my nails done here. You lost a very very committed client today. read more

I had my acrylic nails done here a week ago. I told the Technician my fingers were burning after she put an excessive amount of primer on them. She didn't seem worried and I asked if it was normal thinking she is the professional and she should know so we continued as my fingers we on fire through the rest of the process. I was still asked to pay full price for my nails which was $30. I went home and my fingers were still on fire so I began researching..apparently using too much primer which is an acid product can cause burns and burning of the fingers I did as several articles said and soaked my fingers in baking soda and cold water. The next day the underside of my fingers were all wrinkled and sore and seriously painful and quite obviously burned. I work in a medical facility and several of my nurses looked at my fingers and concluded that they were burned. So I returned to the nail salon to ask for my money back and to speak with the person in charge and the woman in charge told me that I have an allergy which is bizarre since I've been having my nails done for over 6 years and have never had this problem and I've been to this nail facility several times as well. She said there was nothing she could do until the owner got back on Monday the only thing she could do is take them off. I told her I didn't want her touching them since they were so sore I just wanted my money back and to speak with the owner. She said the owner is Steve and he wouldn't be back until Monday..this was on a Thursday. She took my name and number and said he would call me. It's now Tuesday and I still had not received a call so I stopped in again after work and the same woman was there she now tells me that the owner doesn't come back until Friday. My fingers are now blistered and trying to heal. Don't ever go here! I'm sharing my story to hopefully help someone to avoid this in the future. If the manager on duty can't even take care of a simple customer service issue I don't see a reason for them to be a manager at all. I had several friends who also came here none of which will be returning. I will also be reporting them to the cosmetology board for failing to take infection control procedures into action. This was the worst nail experience I've ever had. read more

Lashes N Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

I typically don't write bad reviews but I was so disappointed in the service I received. Ive been coming to this salon for 10 months and they have never did a bad job on my nails. I got my nails filled in last week and I told the new lady my nail was lifted and needed to come off. I also told her my ring finger appears to be green. She told me there was no Lifting so it was probably just bruised under. She stated the lifted nail she could just glue it down and it will be OK. I agreed because as I stated I've been going here for a while and spend plenty of money. Well not even a week later the pinky nail popped completely off and one of my other nails just cracked. Not my natural nail just the acrylic. When I went to get it fixed they repaired the black nail but its way longer. The next morning the other nail was broke so I didn't even bother going back. For me to be a loyal client I'm truly disappointed and will not be coming back due to the lack of care. I posted pictures of my nails the black and red ombre. read more

I just started coming here a few months ago since it's close to my new apartment. I had already tried the other salons in the area and I was so disappointed in how inconsistent they were with my nails. So I came to Lashes and Nails and I haven't looked for another salon since! The nail techs are consistent and they all do a stellar job. I'm not a big pedicure person, but I decided I'd try one since they made my fingernails look great - and the pamper pedicure is so nice and relaxing. Very professional and friendly people.
