I feel the need to write an updated review since Eyephrodisiac moved to the Colonial Plaza in the heart of Lakewood. I am in love with the new location. The Lakewood Towncenter is less than a minute away which is wonderful. I can shop and grab a bite either before or after my appointment. Also, they are currently building more shops and food establishments within the Colonial Plaza- What a perfect location! And wow do my lashes look AMAZING! As always I give Melissa complete creative control with my lashes. Classic, hybrid and now volume. I've received endless compliments and from men. Crazy right? That's when you know that you've found the very best Lash Doctor in the entire state when the guys are wowed. When you first walk in, the foyer is straight up gorgeous and of course they offer a sink with makeup remover to wash your make up off so high fives to that. The studio boutiquey establishment is very clean and hygienic. Just a beautiful place with gorgeous mirrors and a crazy comfortable bed that actually heats up so you can nap comfortably while getting your lashes done. My eyelashes look amazing! My most recent style is the volume set. The glamour set if you will and I don't have a personal favorite. Every style I've had was perfect and lasts. Eyephrodisiac uses the best of everything. I mean if you're going to spend the same amount elsewhere, you might as well get the, "dope shhh**" right? As far as the negative review on here, that's insane to me. Perhaps that person used a new facial cleanser or something oily and not lash friendly? Whatever the issue was just give Eyephrodesiac a visit. You won't regret it. When I find a top notch place, I absolutely have to share it. Call it the yelper in me. I really love how natural and full my lashes look every-single-time and I appreciate how clean the place is. The decor is classy and gorgeous. I'll be sure to post photos after my next appointment. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will never go elsewhere. Well for beginners they were very welcoming and accommodating. Me being 33 weeks pregnant with twins they made sure I was comfortable. My lashes looked great when finished. But not even a week later and one eye is pretty much halfway gone. I'm very good with upkeep of my extensions and I've never had this issue before. But I've literally seen them fall from my eyes while just walking. I'll be sitting and they're falling on my shirt. I'm not sure if she just struggled to place them on this eye but I'm very unsatisfied for it to have only been a week. read more

I've even gotten my lashes done by the chick that does Kylie Jenner's lashes (if that means anything to anyone) and none of those places come ANYWHERE close to the work Mellisa does.
