The guy who did my nails was so kind, offered me a beverage, and made sure I was happy with everything throughout the appointment. He did such an amazing job, and the whole appointment only took about 2 hours, which I thought was really good for the amount of detail on my nails! Went into smiley nails to get my nail fixed. I had previously went into here and I had an issue with one of the ladies not being able to do what I had asked for, I was transferred to a different lady she was able to accomplish what I had asked for. In total I was at the salon for 2hrs 45mins no discount was offered or any apologies. I went in again to get my ring finger fixed because it has broken off and you can't totally tell the nail is not similar at all. Not even the same shape nor the same color. I tried telling the staff that and they started arguing causing a scene. Making me feel very uncomfortable and after all of this I just decided to leave it was not worth my time. Then they had the audacity to charge me $7 for this. Overall would not recommend going here, I have left feeling frustrated and with very bad nails. Not one word was said to me after she could see me filing my nails to try to fix while I was getting a pedicure by Tony. Thankfully Tony saw I was unhappy and took me over to another tech. I just would steer clear of her, I don't know how she has a job. I told her one of my nails she had done was crooked and she said that's how my nail grows. Worst experience ever!! No gloves used, one of them started with me and then moved to the next person without washing his hands. My nails were over cut and angled when I had them squared. Friendly staff but terrible work. I got my eyebrows waxed and they were extremely uneven. I got a pedicure as well and it was not up to standard. The polish was supposed to be be french tip and it turned out looking like something I could have done myself. HORRIBLE SEVICE KYM with the short hair painted my nails on the cuticles and cut me as well. I had to ask for someone else to do my nails. I'm so UNHAPPY especially I'm a nail tech for 14yrs. I came in for a fill and she took all my nails and then I had to do a fill set which were HORRIBLE. I didn't have a pedicure but charged me 30.00 for just a polish change. On the bright side, my eyebrow wax came out great! As for the rest of it, I got a regular pedicure and gel manicure, french tip on both. The lines on toes are crooked, and the gel manicure cracked on nearly all my nails within 24 hours. I went back and they were nice and redid the manicure, but the same thing happened. 24 hours later the gel has cracked and caused my long natural nails to break completely off. I needed to remove an SNS gel manicure that was very grown out, so I squeezed a Walk-In after my night shift and Becca removed the gel for only $10. She was very cautious to not over-dry my nails with acetone or over-buffer them because she wanted to make sure I was left with a healthy nail (and I was!). Excellent, professional service. The salon is very pretty and welcoming, and they provide many services other than nails. I think I'll be back soon for a pedicure! read more

They only reason I'm giving this place two stars is because one lady that worked there was really nice but this place is terrible compared to other places that I've been in the area very basic pedicure for $40 save your time and money and go to Riley's nails will get way more for your money and they do a great job. Heals still crusty after paying extra for callus removal and my polish is bad and I didn't even bother to have her fix again because she already had to fix first lady's work once. As you can see in pick that paint is bumpy and piling at cuticle my 11 year old can paint better than this. It looked as if other customers were getting better treatment. You must have to be a regular here to get good work done, I don't know but will not be returning here again. read more

I had my first visit to Smiley Nails this afternoon. I was VERY impressed and happy with their service. Lucy did my pedicure and was wonderful! She was so gentle and sweet. My nails are a little "funky" but she made them look beautiful! She massaged my feet and calves and really made me feel pampered. Amy, who did my manicure, was great and my nails look beautiful. I am thoroughly pleased with them. The sparking color she suggested is perfect! She knows her stuff! The beer for my hubby and the wine for me were wonderful surprises and very refreshing on a hot afternoon. When I go back again -- which I will! -- I will definitely request Lucy and Amy! If I could...I would give them 0 stars. I went to this place off and on for 3 years. I visited them right before my trip on Thursday and I had to wait 25 minutes for a guy to do my nails. He rushed and did not do a great job on my nails. The paint chipped, cracked and is very uneven. His work space was filthy and so were the floors and walls. I only came in for a manicure. I walked in and let him know I was unhappy a couple days later and all I got was attitude and him saying hr will redo and it might be free if i kept the same color. Poor customer service. Do not waste your money. This place has gone completely down hill. read more

Although the staff was very nice I was rushed through both my pedicure and manicure despite there being no wait (but it was a full house). I was done with both the pedicure and manicure by the time my mom was done with her pedicure. My feet were left rough and polish was sloppy. The polish for my manicure was bubbly and not cleaned from my cuticles. Pricing is average compared to similar nail salons. read more
