They take care of all their customers. Love their service and appreciate the extra care Lisa takes with everyone.

They were so in a rush to attend the other customers (regulars)there didn't ask me what service did I want did a crappie job on my feet. Never again I would pay good money and tip for a good job. They treated me very bad and I did complain or give any attitude. read more

Nick did a great job with my nails. Him and his wife were kind, great at keeping things sanitized in between customers(during Covid-19), and reasonable in pricing. I just moved down the street so I'm happy to know there's a solid nail spot so close by. I will be back! Maybe for acrylics next time to put them to the real test. :) I'm attacking a list of prices for July 2020. read more

Nick and Lisa are awesome. My husband and I had the place to ourselves. i had a full set and a pedicure with white tips. Beautiful, they really took the tip to make them perfect. And Lisa's foot care, oh my god. We were falling asleep in the chair! We'll be back. It was quiet, we got waters and all around a chill environment. It was awesome that Lisa made my husband's first salon visit memorable. read more

I don't know how this place has 4 stars! Very low quality and rushed work. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want detailed work. And to top it off, they get offered if you ask them to fix it. read more

Love this place! I've been a client for 6 months now and get a pedicure every 2 weeks. The prices do reflect the work so although my nail polish may not be as neat, I know what I am paying for. I continue to come because of the great price and excellent foot care given. If something is not as I hope for, then Lisa always takes care of it. read more

I went to them for the first time the other day. It was a marvelous experience!!! The husband and wife team are very gracious, professional, and courteous. The prices aren't too bad either. I believe for the services offered. They are quite comparable to facilities that don't even offer the time and effort it took to do a beautiful job on my hands and feet. Thanks so much for everything I will be back, and recommend you to anyone who cares to listen. read more

Very hospitable and nice to get a wonderful pedicure and manicure highly! It's the best I find in Phoenix!

Nick & the lady that were there today did a great job on My mom's nails & mine! Even if it was just solid colors, we love them!

Truly the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. My nails weren't even fully colored and they are lifted not even flushed with my nail beds. When the man was buffing my nails he was getting my skin and made me bleed. I will never be returning and will be filing out a state board complaint about how unsanitary this place was. They didn't use sterile tools or put a bag in their pedicure bowls. read more

when we first moved here, I went to a different salon, and it cost me twice as much. Then I found this place which is truly affordable, and the owners could not be nicer.! read more

#KILLEDIT This amazing little spot is ran by Nick and his wife Lisa, they are such a welcoming couple to all that come in. They do such amazing work, I've been here multiple times and I'm never disappointed. They pay close attention to detail when it comes to the shaping, cutting and painting of the nails and if there ever was an issue with the nails they were happy to fix it to my liking. The price is almost unbeatable, Highly recommend trying them at least once! We'll definitely be back to this hidden gem!! read more

Stopped at a few other Nail Salons, and found this Salon to be everything I was looking for and more. The Husband Wife team were so cute, I regret not getting her name, but knowing the location is enough. It is a family owned business and you get real good energy when you walk in. I did the full spa and it was excellent. My legs and toes looked so beautiful and felt better! I will definitely make a point of returning before I return to California. Thank you so much! read more

This was a disturbing experience. Completely empty when my girlfriends and I showed up (first sign we should have left) They rushed through our pedicures (I asked to see the nail file to reshape my own toe nails! I also removed the paint they left on my skin myself.) They did such a sloppy and embarrassing job that we all decided to forego our manicures and get out of there as soon as possible!!! I have been loyal to another nail spa and after my most recent awful experience there decided to look elsewhere for my nail needs... I am not a weekly or monthly mani/ pedi girl but I do enjoy it as a treat every couple of months. This time was different; I had a nail emergency and a plane to catch. First world problems for sure. My preference is to spend my $ locally so I looked for a salon close to home and I found Peak - boy am I glad I did. They are in a strip mall so plenty of parking. The salon is bright and clean and definitely not snooty. The owner and his wife were exceptionally friendly. I explained that I had 10 minutes to have gels removed and a clear polish applied - "can you do it?" They assured me yes. And actively went about getting it done as quickly as possible. I could not understand what was being said but the communication between the owner and his wife was clear - be quick and be careful. It seemed that they took my nails and time limits as their personal mission. It was great. I veered off the plan and selected a color but after 2 coats I decided I did not like the color against my skin tone so asked to switch back to clear. I said I would pay the change polish price because I chose a do over but they declined. She worked miracles to make my nails look decent after the gels. They were very attentive to my needs. They were very nice and clearly hard working. The salon is very quiet because the strip mall anchor store closed this year. I agree with some other reviews - the polish is old. But the prices are very reasonable, I will go again for sure and take my own polish to make up for the age of theirs - it is still totally worth it for skilled, warm, friendly and attentive service!i read more

If you are looking for a quick spot to go to that is not very luxurious, this is your place. However that being said, the price and work do reflect on your own experience. The couple that works here are very welcoming to those that come in, they were pretty busy but took me as quick as possible. I was looking to get out of there quickly and I did, only an hour for my gel mani/pedi! It came out just the way I liked it, and if you do have a problem with your shape/color just ask for it to be fixed instead of complaining after on yelp. I definitely will be back! read more

would not recommend this salon. I came here with a friend for a mani/pedi. We walked in with no appt. but then four other people came in after us. They owners told them to wait and then worked so fast on my nails that 1) they didn't remove the clear polish on my nails from my previous manicure 2) tore my cuticles by hanking them bc they were going so fast and 3) the paint on my nails is all down in the cuticles, it looks really bad. There is not a good selection of nail polish and they add "thinner" to it because it so old and thickened. For $33 mani/pedi I would definitely suggest you go somewhere else. read more

Where do I start... This was such an awful experience. I haven't gone to get my nails done in probably 5 years. It was my birthday and I wanted to do something awesome and so I was really looking forward to it. I got there and both the husband and the wife started on my nails and feet at the same time. Then a couple minutes and she cut me! It was bleeding...she put acetone over it and painted over the blood. After they painted my nails I realized that almost all of them were messed up. The paint wasn't even and didn't coat the whole nail. I asked her to repaint them because they did such a bad job. When I paint my own nails they look pretty solid for about a week. 2 days after I left, it started chipping really bad. Because the coat was so thick, the entire coat of nail polish came off when it chipped. I just went in and asked for my money back and they insisted that the nail polish only lasted a couple of days and that when she cut me it wasn't that bad. Just wow. They were friendly, so that was a plus. Really, the only good customer service that came out of this was that the husband offered to repaint my nails. That was really nice but at this point I had enough and didn't want to end up with crappy nails again, so I declined. read more

Nick was okay for the most part, did get cut twice tho (nothing major, it just burned terribly when he applied something right after putting the tips on). His wife (forgot her name) did my spa pedi. She's so nice! Spa pedi included hot stones & towels $17, callous removal $5, full set clear tips $22, I expected to pay $44 & ended up paying $40. They do have 2 different price lists up! Also the nail polish looks OLD. You can tell they're all pretty much thinned out & can see the separation, so I picked a China Glaze color. Decor is outdated and different. I would recommend this salon overall though. I was skeptical since there's only 2 reviews on here but I took a chance on them and love the outcome. read more

They're the nicest people you'll meet, they don't judge, and my nails always end up looking so good!

cheap pedicures, friendly people. They even throw in a hot stone scrub for your legs. The massage chairs are nice too. Nothing super fancy, but it gets it done! I've been several times. read more

I was looking for a local salon to take a friend for their first pedicure and decided to take a chance on Peak Nail Spa and I'm glad I did. We walked in without an appointment and only had to wait about 5 minutes to be walked back to the pedi chairs. Our pedicures included a lengthy sit-down (30 mins) in their automated massage chairs while they finished clients already in progress. They include a variety of services including callous removal, sea salt scrubs, paraffin wax and a 'hot rock' massage. Their packages were reasonably priced and they were accommodating when I requested additional services not included with my basic pedicure. They did try to upsell a bit, but they weren't too pushy about it. The cleanliness, prices and service were all excellent. I didn't give a perfect score only because they suggested services a second time after I had already declined - and rushed us out a bit prematurely (which resulted in a smudged toe and a quick repair job while wearing my flip-flops). Other than that, I was happy (as was my companion) and I will most likely return again and perhaps even add a manicure and brow wax to my next spa day as well. read more

I was in need of a pedicure and a manicure badly. I didn't want to pay 50 bucks for them to clip my nails, though. So I called Peak Nail Spa and right away they were so happy to have me come in. I came is, was greeted immediately, and had such friendly and accommodating service. They didn't want to make me pay extra for services I didn't want an she really wanted to ensure I was happy when I left. I definitely recommend this place. Also the massage chairs are great! read more

I almost did not come here, because of the negative reviews. I did not listen to them, but quieted my mind and was guided here by my fellow angels and spirit guides. I was greeted warmly by the Owners, Nick and Lisa, a Husband and Wife Team. Lisa makes sure the place is immaculately clean and Nick is in charge of providing you with peaceful and calming music. Their prices are terrific and their work is stellar and they can understand English just fine. Please remember love is patient and kind and you get back what you give, so keep that in mind. Thank you Nick and Lisa for doing a wonderful job on my manicure, pedicure and waxing! I am blessed to have found you and I definitely will be back. Love and Light, Earth Angel Angie read more
