No idea what that means. and ultimately all she was only able to give me was a 20% military discount which was FIVE DOLLARS off when I was expecting both services to be 50% off. I was offered water and quickly completed the necessary form. The waxing specialist was nice. She had an outstanding personality that made me really comfortable which is great since it's a fairly intimate service (depending on what you're there for). The facility was extremely well kept and clean. The only reason I didn't rate a full 5 stars is because I did discover a few spots hair was left when I got home. When paying the higher costs for the service, I wouldn't expect to find any missed patches and there were a few. Overall, I'd give them another try due to the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. If I walk away again with missed patches, at that point I'll explore other options for waxes but I'm optimistic that next go around will be better.

When I arrived for my appointment, I found the salon permanently closed and the door locked. After some digging, I saw a Facebook post stating the business had closed, but relying solely on a Facebook post is not sufficient when the booking system is still active and sending confirmation texts. As an out-of-town client, there was no way for me to know my appointment was no longer valid. No call, no text, no cancellation notice. This was not a casual appointment -- it was for a wedding -- and the lack of communication forced me to scramble at the last minute. If a business is closing, booked clients should be proactively notified and all booking systems disabled. This situation could have been avoided with basic communication. Thankfully, I was able to find another salon last minute -- Primp and Blow Chandler -- who completely saved the day. Five stars to them for stepping in on short notice and doing an amazing job.
